I stay here at least once a month because it’s clean, quiet, near great amenities, and they have a good breakfast selection. This property is actually why I’ve become loyal to Holiday Inn- never a bad experience!

The place was nice, the room was clean and look nice. Breakfast was good. The staff was very nice. The only thing that I didn't like was, they don't have proper baggage cart or trolley to be able to bring your stuff to the room with out dropping stuff in the floor.

We checked the bed for bed bugs, like we always do and there were not any. But lots of hair all over the sheets. It was gross. We asked to change rooms.

Nice hotel that is online with the other franchised properties. Staff was friendly, and the rooms were spacious and clean along with nice modern bathrooms.
The TVs are a little small compared to other hotels, but not.emough to be a complaint. Ice machine was out the night of check and morning after, so that was a bummer.
One complaint was our room had a terrible smell that hit you in the face as soon as you entered. But, being after 9pm and just wanting to sleep after a long day, we just accepted it.

We were greeted at check in by a friendly manager. He was quick, knowledgeable and had us up in our room in 5 min! Our room was very clean and the beds were comfortable. We will be back if we need to stay in the area again.

Enjoyable stay, clean, hot breakfast with a variety of items. Staff was excellent . Room was very quiet. Plenty of nearby shopping & eating places. Easy to get to from Interstate system.

Clean, Convenient, Walk to Parks
Great stay as always at this hotel. Would be 5 stars but my husband got very sick right after eating breakfast, so we think it was from the breakfast buffet. Can’t prove that, of course, and neither of us has ever gotten sick here before. He ate the pancakes and turkey sausage and I ate other things. This won’t stop us from staying here again, but I suspect he’ll be avoiding the sausage from now on!

Updated interior and close to everything
The hotel was nice and the staff was friendly. The elevator was very old and made some crazy noises. The location was great as it was close to restaurants and the mall.

The hotel is super clean, along with the room Very nicely decorated and very comfortable beds. Hotel is tucked away from the main street so that the rooms are quiet. Breakfast area is bright and clean, and the complimentary breakfast offers just about anything you would want. Also, a person is on hand for assistance if needed.

The continental breakfast needs a lot of work. Someone wrote
"I Fu!@ed my boyfriend in this pool" on the inside tile edge of the pool and my 9 year old found it and told me. If a nine year old can spot it, how come maintenance hasnt yet?

The hotel was easy to get to. The only problem was the window shade didn't have a remote to make it go up. It had to be rolled up manually, which was very awkward, and not at all possible if I had been in a wheel chair. (My room was meant as a wheel chair accessible room.)

Clean facility. A little further from the Navy base than the HIE up on Buckley, but I liked this one a lot - right next to a beautiful park with trails around scenic lakes. No sausage gravy at breakfasts though!

Upon leaving early Sunday morning the elavtor was not working!! Being disabled and on the second floor it was no easy task to get the baggage to tge first floor !!! No one at the front desk either !!! Very unhappy with this situation!!! Time to find another hotel that doesn’t shut the elavator down !!! One good arm and two suitcases and a cooler rather difficult to get down the stairs !!! Unacceptable!!!!

Wonderful hotel! The check-in was quick and the room was very clean and larger than I'd expected! The pool was warmer than most hotel pools (a huge "plus" for my son and me!) so we swam a lot and had a great time. It is close to a huge shopping center so that was handy. Free breakfast, free parking, free wi-fi too! We will definitely come back! Thanks!

Nice, clean hotel. Good breakfast choices. Decent exercise room. The only thing I could ask for is a second bike in the exercise room so both my husband and I can bike at the same time!

Housekeeping?
You have to ask to have your room cleaned and to have towels replaced. The front desk blames this policy on the Covid epidemic, but I think it is just a way to cut employees and services without cutting prices. When I checked in I asked for daily housekeeping, but on day 2 it was not done. I fussed about the omission and on day 3 the room was cleaned.

We liked how the hotel was kind of out of the way of the huddle but there was a gas station and Walmart close by. We didn’t have any issues. We got our room everything was clean and everyone was nice. When we come back we will definitely be getting another room here!
