I booked this because it had a hot tub which I need after a long travel day. Hot tub is out of order. This has happened quite often lately! I'm considering not staying with Holiday Inn in the future. Otherwise the stay was good

We thoroughly enjoyed our overnight stay, as the hotel is currently being renovated and everything was new and clean! Breakfast was adequate and filling; and the staff were super nice!

Night person could have been friendlier, Day person was nice. Room was good, bed was ok. The Holiday Inn was under some sort of construction many printed signs telling visitors that they must wear pants. Communication was difficult with some of the workers, breakfast was average. There were people wandering around outside at night, but my car was fine. I would stay there again in a pinch, but I would rather pick a different area.

We had no problem locating the property. It was clean, although undergoing renovations. I like that it was smoke free and no pets since a barking dog had kept us up at another hotel the previous week.

Older rooms. Very clean. Had to ask for them to clean room and change towels after 2 days. Front desk staff too busy to ask questions. Pool too cold to use. $580.00 plus a deposit for 3 nights is expensive for that area.

Wonderful holiday inn
My son & I just had an overnight stay, but will definitely stay again. Wonderful beds, clean bathrooms, free breakfast, close to restaurants & i75. Amazing hotel.

The key card had to be re-keyed EVERY SINGLE DAY!! It got ridiculous!! We were ALWAYS locked out of our room!! This was VERY INCONVENIENT, especially with two children in tow!! Nothing was offered to us for this inconvenience. The staff came up TWICE to see why the key card was not working...next day...SAME THING after returning from the wedding we were there for...key card not working!! Ridiculous. This combined with the toilet that double flushed and ran constantly..it basically SUCKED.
However, the hotel staff were amazing! Daniel at the front desk, Kia who was our housekeeper and the kitchen staff made the stay more pleasant. They all receive 5 stars!!
Your hotel needs to update the pull out couches as they are stained and old!!
Our room 223 was a good room and we had a view of the pool.

Under construction
The hotel is under construction, and that does not say it on the website. When you have asthma, the dust is everywhere and that makes me very uncomfortable.

The bed was horrible. They even told us that the contractor was not fixing/exchanging the beds. So basically the bed was broken!

Very quiet… lot of guests with dogs… The guy that checked me in seemed to want my card info even though he didn’t need it. Check in was a real pain, and my room was paid in full before I got there.

Very Clean friendly staff. Room not quiet was by elevator and walls so thin could hear person next door snoring. The average price of $173 per night this place is not worth it. $115 per night would be more like it.

My experience was very negative. I was using this hotel to mitigate my anxiety of pending hurricane 4 storm expected to land in central to south FL. On the Expedia and hotel websites, there were no disclosures about the hotel not having access to a generator. I found out this tidbit after I checked in close to 3 pm on 9/26.
Despite my being obligated to a significantly nonrefundable higher rate than is typical for this location there was a hold placed on my debit card for $50.00 which is still in effect as of noon on 9/30. I didn't incur any extra incidental expenses.
After midnight, there was a fire alarm drill where all guests had to exit premises for about 1/2 hour. After it was determined that this was a false alarm, all guests were allowed to return.

Dated building, photos not accurate
The rooms and pool area look nothing like the photos. They must have been taken when the building was new and clearly not updated. They first stuck me in a terrible room on the first floor right next to the parking lot. It echoed in the room. I asked if there were other rooms. She acted like she didn’t want to give us a different room even tho they weren’t full. Why would you give someone a crappy room if youre not full? Second room was better but very dated. The carpet looked and felt filthy. They were short staffed at breakfast. No coffee, and the poor woman was clearly very stressed out . She asked The front desk woman to come to “help” and just stood there. Very sad.

Room was good except the airconditioning would not cool the room well. Also, the door to the bathroom sticks.
What bothered the most was the room was not cleaned, trash emptied for the three says we stayed.

The staff is very nice. The hotel itself is old and needs repairs. We could not open our curtains to let sun in— it was broken and hooked together. The shower rod was leaning down and caused water to go all over the floor. The hotel needs to be fixed up and repaired.

the front desk staff and housekeeping staff was very kind and helpful. we only got four names: daniel, yobanni, maria, and carey. the young man in the continental breakfast area was fun to visit with each morning and did a great job keeping everyone fed and happy. we loved your comfortable pillows and bed and we loved the dove products in your great shower. your hotel was centrally located for all our travels going north and south along 75, so we would definitely stay with you again. the only thing it was loud and noisy in the early morning with cars, trucks, motorcycles and semis in the early morning!

I did book room with too bed and living room sleep 4 people this what shows in the picture too
But when I check in they told me no
And charge me more to get this room
And the view was the wall there is no view
I did have to sleep there because I have no choice and I was very tired
I will not recommend this hotel

Horrible stay.
Had water temp issues for my entire stay. The first day was lukewarm that turned into cold by the third day. Had a water heater issue.
I spoke to a virtual rep for Hotels.com. I believe you are in contact with the hotel. I would like to be compensated.

PLEASE READ BEFORE BOOKING!
WHAT A JOKE! To make a long story short we arrived at this location paid the front desk lady for 2 rooms one room was on the 2nd floor and the other was on the 3rd. Went into the elevator and seen a sign stating hot water will be turned off February the 13th at 12pm for water heating issues. We were so glad that we would be checking out before it gets turned off. We get settled in the rooms get in the shower and NO HOT WATER for either rooms. My wife is mad and no one likes there wife getting mad. So I called my father and asked if he had hot water he said no. Went down to the front desk and another lady said it’s been 2 days now and they still have no hot water. When I spoke to the lady she said o sorry yea we have been having problems! WHAT ARE YOU KIDDING ME YOU COULDNT TELL US THAT BEOFRE WE PAID. We asked to speak to a manager she said ok she will get ahold of her. Well an hour n half later no manager she said o she left already. It was 10pm and we just wanted to sleep so we warmed up some water through the Keurig and washed up. Next morning we finally talked to the manager and she stated that they never got ahold of her and that she left at noon the day we got there. Nothing but lies we got from the ladies working the night before. One lady was brand new and the only one only has been working for 4 days. I HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL TO ANYONE. Just stay in your car be a lot more cheaper and at least your not expecting to have a hot shower or being lied to

We checked in late at night and in the room they gave us someone left the sink running for hours. The room was flooded out. They were quick to give us a new room and were very polite and apologetic.
The room we stayed in was very spacious and clean. No musty smell like other reviews say. I was pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness of the room and the clean smell of the air.
We had hot water the first day, but noticed a sign saying the water may be shut off while they fix the water heater. The second day after it was “fixed”, the hot water no longer worked in our room. Thankfully it was our last day. I hope they continue working on this issue for future guests.
The free breakfast was incredible — best hotel breakfast I’ve ever had!
Overall it was a very reasonable price for a clean hotel. Staff was extremely kind and helpful. Hopefully they fix the hot water issue soon.

Needs to be deep cleaned
Hotel has a musty old mop water smell in the room and the halls. Even after housecleaning did their morning thing the smell was overwhelming. Room was cleaned but the drapes had what looked like blood stain

Convenient but not as clean as I'd expect
Bathroom had hair all over the floor, leaky bathtup spigot, hotel looked a little more ragged than most Holiday Expresses I've been too. Breakfast was good and it's very convenient to I75. Still a good deal overall.

Was surprised by how clean the room was and the size of the tub was awesome. The Dunkin’ Donuts helped us for waking up before we checked in and when we checked out. Would definitely stay again. Staff was ok and explained the breakfast rules.

Location for what we were doing. The room carpet was grungy dirty making the whole room feel dirty. The linens are not pressed and very wrinkled, just downgrading the room.

Very disappointed thankfully it was only 1 night our bed was lopsided and when you lay down it sinks a good 2.5 feet down. The pullout couch you can feel every spring on the mattress, not even asking for a comforter to put on the mattress was my 80 pound 10 year old able to sleep. I mentioned it to the front desk & the responds was ridiculous. We will be remodeling soon. Are you SERIOUS, so why are you checking guest in that room. It should be out of service. Never again will we stay there.

Good for short stay
The staff was awesome and friendly. The room was clean. However, the carpet should be changed it was really grouse. They hotel would also benefit from room update. This is only for a short stay because there is nothing to do around the hotel.
