Overall, we enjoyed a wonderful stay! The only critique I would have would be that there was quite a bit of noise coming from other rooms, both by other guests until 2 am and by cleaning staff two hours before checkout. But the breakfast was pretty good, parking was easy, and the pool was lovely!

We like this Hampton Inn in Westfield, Ma because it is close to my son's house. Also this Hampton is always clean and the staff are helpful with our requests for more towels or any other problem we have. The room was spacious and was clean . The breakfast was enough variety to please everyone in my group.

We stayed at this hotel last year and really liked it. This year was a different story. The 1st room we had, the sheets has an awful chemical smell on only one side of the bed. I asked for a different room and that one smelt like cigarette smoke and had a huge stain on the wall. For $300 for the night was a little disappointed

Upon walking in, there was no one at the counter right away to greet us. We approached the check in counter and two young girls came out from the back. It was a quick check in process, but not very informative. We just got our keys and we’re told where the elevator was. We noticed a counter with coffee and what appeared to be an empty plate of cookies. My husband has stayed at Hampton inns before and said “they always have fresh cookies available” which I thought was a very nice gesture to offer guests upon check in. When I asked the girls at the desk (it was 330pm) if they were going to put out anymore cookies soon? My question was immediately followed by an unfortunately there will not be anymore cookies until breakfast. Honestly that’s ridiculous isn’t the who point of the cookies to be available as a check in thing? Idk maybe I’m wrong, but it just seems strange to be eating chocolate chip cookies for breakfast. It was just an all around weird check in experience. I would have expected a bit more for what I payed to stay here. Also, we had very loud neighbors on our floor which made it difficult to sleep as they were in and out of rooms, doors constantly slamming and a lot of talking/laughing loudly through the night in the halls. Otherwise the room was clean which was the only plus with our stay.

Property was good for what it was. A little overpriced but most hotels around Springfield appear to be. Nice pool. Room was great, loved the Netlfix connect to the tv. But there was a mouldy odor near the bathroom that was a bit unpleasant. Other than that, pretty decent.

I booked a one night stay at a nearby hotel that was dirty and felt unsafe with live-in residents on the first floor. I immediately checked out and checked into this hotel where I felt safe and welcomed from staff. Highly recommend

The staff (particularly Larry, the night manager), was particularly accommodating when we checked in late at night. He gave us a free snack as we were hungry.
The room itself is well-designed compared to many similar hotels: more spacious and updated renovations.
This was probably one of the best hotels I've ever stayed in for the price. (The free breakfast was better than the usual grain-based "continental breakfast.")

all was good and clean staff was great especially overnight
only issue was that shower was built for someone 6 feet tall and to get in the shower the only grab bar was where you turn the water on and the shower head was aimed at the floor. Breakfast was great and plentiful. would stay there again

Because of the pet friendly policy, i spent the night in allergic reaction to the pet dander that was still in there from the previous night. i was told by the front desk that there aren't any designated non pet friendly rooms. i slept horribly. It seems as though the hotel should clearly state that all rooms have had animals in them. The room smelled like cleaner when we entered, probably to get the animal smell out. Overall I was completely dissatisfied. The window didn't open and the fan circulation couldnt be set for constant.

We paid an exorbitant rate for a room for a 2 night stay, but this was our only option as we needed to stay in Westfield, MA. This was not a last minute reservation. We arrived at the property at 9pm and were put in Rm. 116-- which is literally steps from the lobby and you can see into the breakfast room. After we were made to sign a 'quiet agreement' that said quiet hours were after 10pm (we've stayed here before and never signed such an agreement), we were put in this room that not only could you hear all lobby noise, but it also is RIGHT ON TOP OF the ELEVATOR MOTOR, which became extremely obvious after we had turned off the TV for the evening and were trying to sleep. When I finally went out to complain, I was offered a room on the 3rd floor away from the elevator-- sadly it was after midnight and my daughter had fallen asleep-- I wish I could have said the same! So why in the world would be placed in this room if there were OTHER ROOMS AVAILABLE????

The check-in staff member had no warmth, the the one for checking out was great. The food options were subpar. Kids were running up and down the hall of the second floor until 2a. And that ice machine emits a high pitched whine when it's running.
The accomodations were great, facility clean, and the bed super comfortable!

Room had minor issues. Door to refrigerator was hanging a bit. No extra blankets or pillows for the pull out sofa bed. No microwave. The room is the perfect size for a family, but the lack of convenience with no microwave in room was felt. Breakfast was only mediocre. My room was not cleaned and no fresh towels during my stay. I had to take my own trash out. Front desk had to give us toilet paper as there was only a partial roll when we checked in and room was not serviced

Great service at front desk for check-in, updated and modern rooms in very good condition, excellent breakfast.
It is a busy season and it could be attributed to just one cleaner - but when I turned down my bed, I found a crumpled (used?) tissue….so obviously the bed had not been changed from the last checkout. It was late, we were tired and there was a second bed, so we just dealt with it…but….yuck. The bathroom floor also had a need for a good mopping!

When I first arrived in the industrial park, I had my doubts. However, upon check in I asked if there was a good place to have dinner and I was given a complimentary list of local restaurants within a few miles. (Including the address for each would have saved me a google search though). I had a clean and comfortable room. The complimentary breakfast was good, and the coffee was better than I expected.

The most expensive hotel we stayed at and it was dirty. Foul language appeared on the shower door. Not funny. It means it was not cleaned. My husband walked barefoot over the rug and into the shower and the bottom of his feet were filthy.

the staff was friendly enough and tried to be accommodating. I booked through expedia and booked 2 rooms w/ king beds, We got 2 rooms w/ 2 queen beds. One problem was the hotel is near a busy intersection and you hear the traffic.

It was just a bed for the night. The staff was pleasant. The facilities gave the impression of worn and cutting corners. For example one pillow case was super sized seeming to have been repurposed. There were no face cloths. The breakfast was very limited and the impression was that they were almost out of the items they did have.

Run down, FILTHY, terrible location. Would not stay again. If we could have cancelled our stay we would have, we didn’t realize at the time of booking that there were other options - although not as close - but more convenient and not in a run down, sketchy area to the venue we would be visiting. Stained sheets, filthy bedspreads, mold in showers, dirty bathrooms and stale smelling towels.
The only upside was the friendly front desk staff and snacks.

This hotel is convenient to the highway but not situated in a nice area. The hallways were very loud with people talking loudly at all hours. I was woken up both nights after midnight and both mornings before 6am.
Our shower curtain was filthy and had blood on it. I asked that housekeeping replace it with a clean one which was never done.
For the price i was hoping for a much better experience.

I honestly couldnt believe a Hilton property would have cracked shower wall.(Seriously cracked with a poor patch job).i would expect this of a lower class motel.
The rooms could use some sound proofing but otherwise I will use it again for business travel.

the roomhad heavy dust on floor probably from construction going on i room across from us .the top cover had smudges of dirt on it like it was walked on . i asked for another one the employee was very nice he apologized and gave us another one .faucets were loose on sink and shower.

The only deficit was the poor lighting. One non-adjustable desk lamp and one dim dual bedside wall light was all there was except for the entry ceiling light and bathroom light. Putting on make-up was a challenge!

The breakfast was outstanding. I reserved a king size bed. We got 2 fulls. The entire 3rd floor had a strong odor of cigarette smoke.
I called to let them know we would arrive late and they couldn't find my reservation and I was going to lose my money. Called expedia to confirm room. Still no reservation.
I will not book through anymore hotel discounts. All hotels have been disgusting!

First the pool was closed. I even called to see if it was open. Then my room had missing light bulb. Not a lot of lighting anyways to start. My bathroom was dirty and missing towels had to go get them at the desk. Location is awful and dark parking areas. My mini fridge had a block of ice on it not really keeping anything cold. And the toiletries was a hand soap, lotion, and Sani-wipe. No shampoo or conditioner. So far the worst Hilton group property.

Our bathroom was filthy. It was evident the floor had not been cleaned by the dried material next to the toilet. There was hair in the sink, the shower curtain smelled of mildew, water damage on the ceiling in the main room and questionably clean duvet covers. I took a photo of the bathroom floor and showed it to the desk staff and was told that housekeeping had left for the day. Not too impressive.
