A nice stay
Having a mini fridge and a microwave was plus. Wish there was a bathtub instead of just a shower. The room was clean but pretty small for 5 of us (4 adults and a kid). The location was great.

Staff was wonderful, my son wet the bed and one associate came up and was going to change the bed but then decided we needed a new room. Kept us on the same floor and made the transfer easy!

Did not like the fact that the complementary coffee that was provided in the room was not replaced nor that the trash was not collected from the room daily. No service was provided like this for my stay. Checked in Friday and left on a Monday morning. Should receive notification that this is the practice of this facility prior to making reservation.

Great Staff and Hospitality.
Enjoyed our stay. The rooms were clean, bed made up most days, towels changed everyday. The breakfast was very convenient. People providing breakfast were very nice and asked questions for assistance. They helped you with the equipment for assistance. Most of all I dropped my Ipod and someone turned it in at the front desk. I was very pleased by the person at the front desk who ask me if it was my ipod.. I was able to identify it. I did not realize I had dropped it.

Our room was clean, easy parking, I have no complaints. Continental breakfast was good, had the usual cold foods, waffles, eggs, and a meat each day. The staff was very friendly, from the front desk to the housekeepers, always greeted you in the hallways. Would definitely stay here again.

I didn't know we had to pay for parking per day until we arrived there. Plus, we had to ask for towels before we left the room to do our activities for the day. When we got back they still didn’t get towels so I had to call and ask again. Great breakfast! Overall, nice hotel and great location.

We did not like this hotel. The hotel rules are not customer focused. The rooms are not well designed. The bedding was dirty. The room smelled of mildew. Couldn’t see the tv from the bed. No way to charge device on one side of the bed. The bed was lumpy and the pillows were thin. The staff was rude. The toilet was dirty as was the shower. The shower was also weak. The fridge was off and took forever to cool our soda. The water from the sinks tasted bad. Do yourself a favor and stay somewhere else

Bed was too close to divider wall. Made it hard to get into bed and also needed nightstand on that side of bed. Plenty of space in room to move bed over 1-2 feet away from divider wall.

A pretty nice stay
The room was very spacious for the family of 5 (3 teenagers). We loved having a pullout sofa bed. We wish there was a tub to sink in. The breakfast was ok. It was close to everything (restaurants, shops, gas stations and more).

We were so very impressed with Springhills. The staff was so friendly and accommodating. Room was clean and comfortable. Soft water which was such a treat for showering. We enjoyed the 2 day stay and complement the network for a well run and staffed facility. You can be proud.

Hotel was beautiful and clean. Everything looked just as pictured on the website. The staff we encountered were absolutely wonderful, nice and friendly. I wish we would have gotten their names because they were great! We will definitely be staying at Spring Hill Suites in the future.

Reservation was in my name but I couldn’t make the trip. My husband tried to check in and the front desk person said I needed to call to add husband to the reservation. The agent I got on the phone when calling the number the front desk gave me was rude and not helpful. I gave reservation number which he could locate but he said he couldn’t add my husband because I booked through Expedia. I said I was 6 hours from my husband and he’s there to check in and I was told to call this number. He again said he couldn’t help me. I contacted my husband cell number and the agent at the front desk was able to get him added. Why was that so hard? Why couldn’t she had done that first of all instead of having to contact the rude man I got when I called?

Average stay and at an average place. No frills however the room was clean and breakfast was decent. The hotel is crammed into its location and the common areas are small and crowded. Overall it will do for a quick one night stay.

Only pet friendly after $150 nonrefundable fee
Both Hotels.com and Marriott fail to be up front about pet fees. We were shocked to be hit with a $150 pet fee fore the night. That was more than the cost of the room.

Wonderful!
Staff went above and beyond to welcome us and make sure we were settled and comfortable. Everything was spotless. Beds were very comfortable. As a family of five, we appreciate all of the efforts and touches a hotel makes for larger families.

Carpet and couch in room were dirty. Was charged more for a pet fee than the actual room cost for just one night. Sketchy people hanging around and once I took my dogs out to potty I couldn’t get back in and had to go all the way around the front.

Front desk staff was welcoming. Clean hotel room, except for the couch. Located in a busy area. Close to restaurants, grocery stores and the interstate. Breakfast was good. Overall, a good hotel to stay in for my family of five.

The property is good. The elevator door opening bells and the locks on the doors are loud though.
The breakfast was just ok - plastic wrapped sandwiches and muffins, but the eggs were good, but otherwise a lot of carbs. The lady tending it was very helpful and very nice.
Be sure to check your bill for extra charges! We got charged for parking on two rooms even though we had one car. They didn't give us a parking permit or anything, so I don't know how they figure out how many cars someone has. If they're just going to charge everyone for parking, it really should be put into the price.

Excellent location for accessing the park and ride on the St. Louis Metro. We were in town for a Blues game and it's just down the road from the free park and ride. Saved a lot of headache of dealing with downtown. Great rooms, too!

I appreciated the cleanliness, well maintained property and overall condition of the rooms. Staff was friendly and quickly responsive. The location is convenient to central St. Louis, but tucked far enough off the highway that I did not hear any traffic noise. Traveling alone, I also felt like it is a safe location that is walkable to local businesses if you choose. Free breakfast included fresh fruit and hot options such a breakfast burritos and eggs with sausage.

Close to St. Louis Zoo, St. Louis Aquarium, and City Museum. Wal Mart was across the street and we ended up needing to stop by there a couple of times.

A very nice stay.
This was an entirely acceptable place. The room was clean and adequate. The breakfast was simple but good. The shower height was good (the shower head was loose but I was able to hand tighten it myself). I was a bit surprised at the charges for parking a car in the suburbs. It's not like you could get to this place by any other means than a car. But that's OK, I suppose.

Great location in Brentwood near shopping centers, restaurants, and coffee shops. Very well maintained and clean with all amenities. The fitness room is fully equipped and open 24 hours.

When we got there they couldn’t find our reservation through Expedia - resulting in a super long check in process . They also refused the 250$ cash deposit Expedia said they had to have - having to use our card instead . Once we finally checking in and made our way to the room we opened the door to find an unmade bed and trash everywhere . It looked like someone was staying there or if was not cleaned . Back to the lobby for another long check in process . New room, there were several water bottles near the bed (not ours ). The shower was dirty and had hair and visible dirt . By this time it was 930 and traveling all day we were exhausted and rather than risk a third disappointment we stayed. Had there been time to find somewhere else we would have done so.

We enjoyed our stay the hotel was spacious, clean and the beds were comfortable. The staff was friendly. The only thing we didn't like is that we had to pay $10 for parking especially since the room was not inexpensive!

I cannot get the in-room HVAC to work properly and it is blowing cold air and will not change to heat. The lack of a tub was surprising but not too bad. The suite is huge and more than comfortable. The free breakfast is very useful. It has been 33 years since I have been back to St. Louis so I found them helpful in getting me acclimated quickly and the staff acted like concierges. The bed is ridiculously comfortable and I have had the best sleep in months. The WiFi didn't work when I got in here five hours ago but is working now without issue.

Roomy, but can be noisy, staff picky
Great size room for a family of 7. Wouldn't choose the courtyard view room again, too many noisy cars coming and going from the lot and the parking garage.
Didn't care for the $10 fee to use the parking lot of the hotel I PAID to stay in.
The trundle bed had stained sheets, which staff resolved quickly, but also had lots of garbage under the couch.
Room could have been vacuumed better.
Don't stay in a room near an elevator. The dings are loud and happen frequently.
Breakfast was good, hot and good variety.
Staff seems quite worried about guests walking in and out in the morning. Both spouse and I literally were chased down by several staff, asking if we were checking out, where we were going. Do people not load cars anymore???
