The accommodations are nice. Good sized room & bathroom. The walls are paper thin. I listened to my neighbor’s entire conversation while in my bathroom. There was also a significant snow storm. At 7 am, the lot and driveway had not yet been plowed.

Good luck finding this hotel. Limited staff, the front desk rarely had an attendant, towels left in the pool area for days. Rooms and property are very nice.

Nice, quiet location. Never had to worry about my car. Clean, quiet room was exactly as advertised. Only complaint is that the young lady at the front desk was checking her phone while I was talking to her, and I never received the towels that I asked her for.

Really upset there was no hot tub. The bed was very uncomfortable and the pillows where flat and floppy. There was stuff left make up, socks, in the room for I don’t know, how many stays ago.

Overall a great stay and nice hotel. No complaints. The staff were efficient and kind at check-in, and helpful with any questions. Very comfortable beds with pullout couch in room and mini-fridge. Would definitely recommend if you need to stay in the area!

The bathroom door was incredibly hard to close, had to use all my body weight to push it closed. When i went to shower there was a dirty wash cloth hanging over the shower rod, there was a freezer bag of trash left in the trash can. The property was nice other than these housekeeping issues.

Clean, quiet, quick check in. We only spent the night for a 4 am check out to catch a flight out. I rated actual room as 3 because of an unfamiliar odor when entering the room. May be prior tenant smoked? It was not tobacco smell. The bathroom dirt did not close flush and if you shut it too tight, you needed someone from the other side of the door to help open it to get out of the bathroom. The dead bolt lock on the door to enter the room would not work properly(only went partially into the door facing). Luckily, my daughter always carris her own lock.

The place was great for the most part. Clean, newly remodeled as far as I could tell. A little annoying that they didn't have complimentary coffee. I get not having free breakfast in the Boston area but no coffee is unforgiveable. There was a Starbucks in the lobby but I'm not a fan of Starbucks.

Be advised the bed has a wooden frame that you will hit with your shin i had jeans on and i hit the frame so hard it broke my skin but i was not alone my friend hit he"s shin also same spot so painful we both had a bruise and a cut, there was a cafe that had food only until 9:30am and after 5pm keep in mind this place is far from any food or a decent cup of coffee closing after 9:30am ridiculous...we requested the room to be clean before leaving one mornibg spoke with the receptionist and when we came back it was not done we asked for towels and they couldnt bring them to us until the morning 😔 pretty bad experience definitely not staying there ever again

The location of the hotel was a bit secluded but everything you need is within five minutes from the hotel. Rooms are clean which is a plus also. Would stay here again if I come back to town.

Really upset that the person who checked me in did not give me a card that stated housekeeping is available per request. Quite frankly, that shouldn’t be something on a card, that needs to be verbally said to their customers. It was really disappointing to come in the first night after our stay to dirty towels on the floor, again not aware that housekeeping was per request. The second night I came back in the room I immediately walked back out to the front desk - the gentleman told me I should have received a card with that information. I only received 2 key cards in the envelope, no card. Again, this is something that should be verbally said to while checking in so hopefully someone will find this review useful. After some digging, I found online stating that they will not automatically clean your room unless you are staying for a bit longer where they’ll clean after the 6th night. I don’t see if it says that they clean with an additional charge, which is what I was afraid of also. If you end up staying here, please clarify with the front desk if there is an extra charge before requesting housekeeping.

The hotel is very clean. It is in an industrial area. Very clean ,quiet. The battery was low on the thermostat . I called downstairs to tell them within 5 minutes the maintenance man came and replaced it.It looks newly renovated. It is about 35 minutes from Boston and Salem.

Be aware of huge pet fee
The check in was interesting. I booked this hotel because it is pet friendly but was told I needed to pay $75 per fee for one night. Nope, not paying that!!

I was not happy there was no tub due to having a toddler but no problem I was able to be creative with that. No microwave and had to go downstairs stairs everyday several times a day to heat up good and with having my kid with me that was very inconvenient for me ….. I was surprised to hear one of the guest device on my 2nd at there asking someone if they receive the microwave guest responded yes and very fast. Do I was now wondering why was I not offered the same option mind you it was not the same person who told me I could come down on my first night that was attending to that customer. Besides that my stay was very fine and I was happy 😊

Great hotel, enjoyed our stay - super helpful staff and luxury fittings. There were multiple dining options in driving distance but none we could walk to so we ate at the modern hotel bistro and were pleasantly surprised by the good quality of the food.

Hotel was great! Rooms were nice. Bed was absolutely comfortable. It was about 35-45 minutes from Boston and wish it was closer. However, I would still come back when visiting my child at college. The only thing I didn’t like was the front parking lot was full, and I had to park in the back lot. When I got back to my room, it was dark out. The lighting in the lot wasn’t great, and I had to walk around to the front of the building. I was alone and didn’t feel comfortable.

The room was not made up when we arrived. The was no towel or pillow cases. The bathroom floor was dirty with hair on it. We told the front desk and the asked for the room to be redone but the bathroom remained dirty.

Last minute stay on a Sunday night during a long drive.
Front desk and bartender were excellent!
Room was clean and plenty of space. My only complaint is that the sink in bathroom was very slow to drain and the shower had minimal water pressure.

I didn't like that I had made a reservation about a week before my stay. I got there had to wait because "he wasn't sure if he had a room available for me yet." If I booked a reservation days prior I expect my room ready the day I come in. NEVER AGAIN!

People at the hotel were nice. Would have loved to have had a heads up that there was security that let me into my room every time. The restaurant was very understaffed and the Starbucks was very overpriced. No phone in the room, no hairdryer, and broken glasses for water. Just a little disappointed.

Several areas of concern. No on site gym, no microwaves in the suite rooms, no continental breakfast, staff was unfamiliar with amenities at property… all services are listed on the website for the company as well as Expedia. Would not recommend.

The hotel is in the middle of being remodeled, but the staff went to great lengths to make sure we got where we needed to go and what we needed. A small hiccup with our curtains was taken car of quickly. All the staff from concierge , security, and housekeeping were amazingly kind.

Well-Managed and Maintained near Boston
While this hotel was a little higher price than we normally pay, it was worth every penny. Our 7th floor king room looked almost brand new and was exceptionally clean and comfortable. This was one of the quietest hotel rooms we have ever stayed in, not even any noise from the hallway. The wifi was fast and reliable. There was a small fridge in the room and a microwave available in the lobby/vending area. The walk-in shower and spacious bathroom felt like something from a much more expensive hotel. While there is not any dining or shopping within walking distance, the location is convenient to Boston and Concord/Lexington.
