Fantastic stay.
The entire stay was top shelf. The front desk manager was incredibly friendly and helpful. My stay was made better because of her. My room was clean and tidy. As was the hotel. Food was good. Coffee…on room and at breakfast was perfect.

Great Place to vacation or business trip.
Everything about the hotel is excellent, very clean.
The staff on each shift is amazing. The front door staff, kitchen staff and housekeeping made sure my family and I were comfortable. I had to do and extended stay due to an unexpected stomach virus. Kelly made sure we were comfortable and very caring. The breakfast is too die for.

When got to room it smelled like wet dogs.if you stay more then a day you get no room service…Breakfast suck cold coffee.. and it never a receptionist around when you need one.. don’t think I will stay here again

Our stay was amazing, when walking into the lobby you could smell the cleanliness. The young at guest services was wiping the counters down as we were walking in, she give us warm greeting and check us in. The room was very clean, carpet spotless, the nightstand/dress spots/dust free. I was prepare to go into my room with my Clorox wipes to clean the bathroom etc…I highly recommend this hotel and will most definitely stay again.

Great stay!
It was a fantastic experience! The room was pristine. No unwanted smells. Towels were soft and bathroom was royally clean. The staff was very conversant and attentive. Nothing out of place. Food was very satisfying.

Good hotel but traffic noise is an issue
The room was fine. Breakfast was ok, but not anything special. Was on 3rd floor facing east and the traffic noise made it almost impossible to sleep past 5:30am on weekdays. That is primary reason for rating.

Front desk young woman was very friendly and sweet. She made checking in simple and quick. We will be staying here on our trips to Universal Orlando from now on as we travel often. I will suggest this hotel to all my friends and family also. Need more front desk personalities like her.

My favorite part is the fact that this property still serve some type of breakfast meat with the breakfast options! We pay good money for these hotels for our outings and I am very grateful for that as well as the friendly staff that works at this specific location! Thanks Expedia/Comfort Inn!

The room was large and comfortable, however, the people next door were super loud. It made it difficult to sleep. We also asked for another blanket which the hotel couldn't provide. Also had to leave a day early and could not be reimbursed.

Great stay! Family trip. We've stayed here twice in the last month, great hotel, pool is nice and clean, safe Area, rooms smell good, are very clean, and staff is pleasant. One suggestion though, We've noticed the same gal working on sundays and she does her best to keep up, but when u have an overflowing dining room of hungry familes you need more than one person working the breakfast area.

I Found My Go-To! Excellent place all around!
It was excellent! I stay in the area a couple of nights a week sometimes and this will now be my go to. No more searching and comparing! The young lady who checked me in already knew my name and had my things ready for me. She was very friendly and she worked very hard putting together the perfect decorations for the lobby. Walking through a couple of times, I could tell she also gets along well with her coworkers.
The suite was very nice! It was roomy, very clean, and comfortable! The breakfast was amazing as well! I will definitely be returning here!

Very short drive from the Destin/Ft. Walton airport. Staff very friendly, clean, up-to-date room, very comfortable bed. The breakfast was wonderful, clean, comfortable seating areas, and very tasty with lots of choices. The staff came around offering more sausages, hashbrowns, omelets, and was very friendly. Great place to stay!

Cleanest motel I've ever stayed in. I stayed at a hilton garden the night before that was so filthy the carpet turned my feet black from walking around the room. I will definitely stay at the comfort inn again.

A nice hotel for us to rest our heads after being on the beach all day. There’s nothing to see around the property. No nice view of the city or anything, but if you want good rest after a long day you will get it. Nice lobby and our beds were clean and comfortable. The bathroom was clean, and we always had clean fresh towels. The breakfast was just ok. The front desk clerks were always super nice! Would definitely book here again!

Breakfast was crappy every day we were there 5 days and many of the towels in room were stained or still looking dirty
As well as sheets, our key would randomly stop working and once my husband had to go 4 times back down to get it fixed and the lady at desk kept telling him stop putting it around your phone … it was never around a phone to begin with and very unfriendly about us trying to get in and then again the next day key would stop. Pool was very small so really only a small group could go in making us unable to go to the pool.
You can hear everything through the walls we could hear everything from people upstairs as well as anyone around it was hard to get any sleep.
I’ve stayed in similar hotels and this one is by far the worst one

The front desk person whose name was Sam was very polite,friendly, and helpful he told us about all of the available food places as well as how to get to the airport. He greeted us very quickly and welcoming which was very comforting. Great employee clone him.
