When we got it, the receptionist brought us up today on the schedule for breakfast, and gave us a map of the area. very helpful.
What I did not heard or was told, was that they only clean your room when you call for service. The last day I was there I brought it over to the receptionist and she told me I HAD TO CALL TO GET A CLEANING ROOM. she said the Staybridge Suites have always been that way. I was very disappointed. we spent 3 days with the bed undown and dirty towels.

Awesome, comfortable stay!
This place exceeded expectations! Our king suite was huge & had tons of amenities - full size fridge, plates/glasses, even a small stove! The free laundry facilites were great, as we'd been travelling for a week at this point & needed to wash/dry a few things. The breakfast was also really solid, with different specialties every day. We only stayed two nights, but could easily have stayed longer!

We were close to the Balloon Festival and walked to and from. Balloons were visible from our room on the second day and one landed behind our car - Exciting! Very Dog Friendly and close to a 3 story multiple dining and music venue (short drive 3 min or walk 5 min) Perfect for what we needed!

Hotel is in a great location and close to Fiesta Park. Bed was very comfortable and clean. Hotel was also nice and quiet. A huge plus is the kitchen. I had limited interaction with staff, but when I did it was friendly. Would definitely stay here again.

Really enjoyed I could cook in my suite. Was very excited to BBQ, was assured it was working and had propane. I come down with my seasoned steaks and the BBQ doesn't work and it was very dirty. I truly enjoyed everything else about this hotel. The spa helped my husband with a persistent muscle spasm. Also the cookies in the evening are fresh baked and delicious.

Very big and comfortable room.
We were on a long road trip and just stayed for one night but it was very comfortable for four adults and one 5yo. It was clean and roomy with two rooms and two TVs, we lots of space for everyone. The beds were also very comfortable.

This property was fine. The staff was pleasant. We had a room with a small kitchen which was helpful for us. The televisions didn't work well. One television never worked and the other one worked on and off. I found the beds comfortable.

This was our first time here. It was older, but very well maintained. It was a short trek off of the highway. The suite was nice, with a kitchenette, stove, micro and full sized refrigerator. Very happy with our stay.

Terrible and didn’t stay. Booked a room late night on Expedia. After waiting 20 minutes at the front desk was turned away and told their computer could not process the Expedia reservation.

Nice enough and clean enough, but definitely needs to be updated. Furniture and carpeting is tired and worn.
Disappointed in the lack of real plates and silverware for the breakfast service. Way too much plastic waste.

I enjoyed the kitchenette and the fact that it had the bedroom separate from the living room. What I disliked was the bathroom too small. Also we had no view, got to see the roof of the hotel.

Location is close to highway, which was convenient. Very little information about amenities nearby, such as markets, restaurants. TV was difficult to work. Should be a list in the room of stations and station numbers that are actually accessible. Breakfast is more than adequate and much appreciated. Gym is small but appreciated. Should be a way to lower heat, and to change stations on the monitors. Thermostat in room seemed not to work at all. Very hot inside! Staff kindlyaccomodating when we needed extra time for checkout.

Staff was super friendly and helpful. Breakfast sounded great but we were out for a gymnastics meet before it was open so we will need to try on our next visit. Stove top in the suites but no oven, usually not a problem but we brought quiche for our breakfast since we knew we would be out early. Quiche heated in the microwave is not nearly as good as heated in an oven. Pool was very popular on the weekend. Nice room, comfortable beds slept 6 as advertised.

The room was a handicap room the faucets in the both showers leaked all night one of the TV's in the bedroom only got one channel upstairs guests children were running and jumping late at night and early morning

The room was quiet and I was able to feel at home here for four nights. I enjoyed staying in one morning to watch the World Cup Final on TV. The staff was a little confused in processing my credit card when I first arrived, but I had no problems after that. I appreciate that the rooms have a mirror that is outside the showering area, which allows tasks requiring a mirror to be done right after the shower. The complimentary breakfast selection was excellent. Parking was free and always available. The location was central to many of the people I wanted to see and things that I wanted to do in Albuquerque.

Like a studio apartment
We picked this hotel because it was close to the Balloon park for a sunrise ride which ended up getting cancelled due to weather but it was a nice hotel
It’s catered to business staying; had a full kitchen, clean comfortable, free washer/dryer (my boyfriend’s perk) and the best continental breakfast I’ve seen in a hotel in a long time (included)
My only two downfalls were parking was not convenient and I wonder if it ever got super full if there is actually enough spaces. I dislike parking far but I guess that sometimes comes with big hotels. The second was the broken tile in the hotel bathroom floor. 2-3 large tiles completely off…..is that safe? I feel like someone could injure themselves. I didn’t make a fuzz as I was too tired. Had I had kids maybe but it was my last night and I just wanted to go to bed.

Ice maker did not work, door key pad had to be repaired. Direct TV remotes required replacement batteries. Minor issues but required multiple visits by staff. Ice maker never repaired but staff supplied ice.

BAD DEPOSIT POLICY!
My stay was an excellent experience. The only problem i had was that the damage deposit policy is not very transparent. It's not fair that local residents have to pay a $250 damage deposit but out of towners only pay $50.

Overpriced for the quality of the stay
Great breakfast spread.
Definitely an older hotel.
The suite for 6 had a pullout couch with a single sleeper mattress. That’s not ok, nor for 6 people.
2 lights didn’t work. Neither did the bathroom fan.
There was a CBD oil in a cabinet, made me wonder about the cleanliness of the hotel overall.

Busy first floor, great spacious rooms, clean
This is a hotel that was very full with large family groups on a Friday night. Staff was incredible and so helpful as I needed to stay on an upper floor away from the hustle and bustle of the first floor as I was taking an exam for work the next morning. Staff was accommodating and responsive to this need. Super comfy bed!

When we first arrived, I had to wait in line over 20 minutes at the front desk just to start checking in. After a long drive and tired kids, we were ready to get out of the car and into our room. Once we were in our room, my wife turned on the TV and there was a VERY inappropriate movie on, luckily the kids were in the other room and we turned it off right away. They changed our rooms just in case someone was in there watching inappropriate stuff for some reason... Then our new room had a pretty gross tub with quite a few long black hairs left in it. Not wanting to change rooms again, I just rinsed them out moved on. We had to call and ask for extra blankets for the fold-out bed (which had a kinda gross stained mattress by the way), and a long wait later, they finally brought up some more SHEETS (not blankets). The Pool had NO TOWELS, and when we went to the front desk to ask, they almost argued saying "There should be some, did you check?" Uh, YES, we checked. They gave us a few towels and a while later someone walked in to the pool area to double check and said "Huh, you were right, there really aren't any towels." The entire experience was just pretty rough, poor customer service. The breakfast was good and the beds were comfortable, but probably won't be staying here again.

Perfect for my daughter’s bday w/a few friends.
No complaints at all. The room was really nice and clean. There were some banged up areas in the bathroom but overall fine. Nothing luxurious but loved having the suite with separate bedroom and for the price it was fabulous!! My only complaint was that the pool had so much chlorine that it bleached out swim suits. I’d give it a 4.3 overall.

The service was good, but the hotel (at least our room) was very old and run down. Cracks and issues in the tub and bathroom, moldy smell in the room and we all got allergies from whatever animal the hotel let gusts keep in there even though we asked for a hypoallergic room. Would not recommend to others.

Functional but dated.
Dated Average. It served its purpose and isn’t in a bad area of town which is nice. Staff were helpful when asked but not overwhelming friendly, but that’s probably due to short staffing. Common area has a nice vibe, rooms are showing wear and towels are ruff!

It is a very pretty hotel, the suite we stayed in was nice but the layout was a bit odd where the bathroom was positioned. The shower & bathroom could have used updating and the water pressure wasnt great. The staff was nice, but only one person working the front desk when we arrived and there was another guest issue so we waited about 15 minutes until someone even acknowledged us. We would stay here again

Overpriced and under staffed
Late check-in - employee that checked is in worked at the holiday inn down the road. Fridge was running and cold when we showed up. Turns out, the cold air must have been from a previous tenant -we had to toss all of our food the next day.
Bathroom door handle froze up and locked us out. Front desk messaged maintenance several times with no luck. After a few hours we found Martin - an off the clock maintenance guy who stopped by housekeeping . He was super helpful and got our vacation back on track. Over all, we paid Balloon Fiesta premium prices for a really poorly managed experience.

The staff upon check was less than accommodating with our personal need of having exposure to our vehicle with all our expensive hiking / overland equipment. With the abundance of signs stating their not responsible made it more alarming. The hotel is on the edge of new development and old condemned property which we saw workers out after dark. The hotel was very run down. Very outdated. If you have a pet, make sure it’s a small one. The “dog pooping” area is SMALL. The patch of fake grass was only 6x6 at largest. Very disappointing for a stopping ground to refresh and repack for our next Jeep road adventure. Totally not worth the $179 plus taxes that I paid for one night.

Average Hotel.. Needs Updating
Nice, quiet hotel. Waited quite a long time to check in, even though I had reservations, because a woman in front of me came in at the last minute needing a room -- then proceeded to talk, and talk, and talk, for what seemed like forever. I think I must have waited 35-40 minutes to finally get someone to help me.. which was frustrating because it was almost 1 a.m. and I wanted to get in a room and sleep. Hotel is clean - older property, perhaps need some updating (new tub being one). Elevator was.... scary to say the least. I know it was inspected but it was very noisy and very very very slow. The hotel did not have an ice machine -- which I would think is standard (or should be) for every hotel. I was surprised that they didn't, especially for an extended stay type of hotel. Hotel Hot Tub was marked out of service -- and that's one reason I stayed here is for the hot tub, so I was upset that this wasn't communicated until I got down there to use it. Would I stay here again? Not sure.. wouldn't be my first choice.

Conflicting Information
I kept getting conflicting information from both company and the people that worked at the front desk. I ended up having to extend my stay because my place wasn't ready. The person that extended my stay did so without question. The next morning I received a call from the front desk from a different person who made me prepay the amount of the stay. This is something I have never had to do. I was told by the company there should only be a $50 hold.

Cleanliness throughout the property. Swimming pool was comfortable though the jacuzzi wasn't operable because of COVID-19. Room was nice and roomy; everything you'd need to stay multiple days. A 4-star for-sure.

The cleaning staff knocked on my door at 830a with the Do Not Disturb sign posted then tried to come in, fortunately I had door barred and she couldn't get in. I went to the door and told her to leave. She came back 2 more times before check out at noon. I wasn't very happy and told the front desk.

Beautiful property, easy access to the interstate. Save location, well maintained exterior and furnishings. Good quality toiletries. The inside of the building is starting to deteriorate some. Card key didn't consistently work. Door handle would get jammed and was hard to open and would have to slam the door to close correctly. Overall the hotel was very hot inside, as if the AC was off. We had to request and wait over an hour to get towels on multiple occasions during our stay. No towels in pool area, again had to ask for and wait at the front desk. Housekeeping didn't visit our room at all after the first night so we had over full trash cans & no refill packets for dishwasher detergent or towels, in addition to general straightening up of bedding and such.

This is a clean and well-maintained Staybridge with lovely staff and some good eating options across the street. Only comment is that they need to transition back to self-serve breakfast--all of these hotels are staffing breakfast with only one person and it is just brutal for them to have to prepare and serve breakfast to the entire hotel worth of guests by themselves.

They called us when we were 30 minutes outside of Albuquerque to tell us our room had to be canceled because they’re overbooked. Then Expedia couldn’t find us another room so we were forced to drive through the night to Denver. It was an awful experience and customer service. Will not us Expedia again.

They actually had a hot breakfast!!! Served by staff...but delicious. The beds were so comfy...sheets the softest I've ever slept in. We were missing a carafe in our room...came back to a brand new coffee maker! Ice cube trays in freezer are way more convenient than an ice machine down the hall. Love the separate bedroom. Even though there was a party right outside our window, you could really only hear it through the bathroom vent. And they shut it down right around 10.Quiet, clean, comfortable, LG tv's you could actually see the picture on...all in all, a wonderful last two nights of our vacay.

What a great place to stay. We meet our grandchildren here and had them stay with us for 2 nights. 5 adults and 2 children and the hotel was very spacious. The kitchen suite was a great place to store snacks. Breakfast was available to dine in. Coffee was fresh. The kids loved the pool. We had to make reservations and liked that we could have the limited capacity with a 4 year old and 8 year old. Free laundry is a added plus even just to rinse the swimwear and try our big towels. We are driving back through and already booked out stay. Whether you need extra space or not this is the perfect place to stay. As an added plus - the AC was great and very quiet! Not like a lot of hotel rooms. Great job!

I don’t do a lot of reviews but I thought this hotel needed one for further warning. During our check in the man checking us in was really polite and providing us the appropriate information he was helpful, I am unsure what was happening with the pool this day but once I asked about the pool a woman jumps in to our conversation (I can only assume she was the supervisor since the man immediately stayed silent) she was super rude and kept telling us we couldn’t reserve anything for today, the next time slot was 4:30 in the morning, when we asked about the next day she seemed exacerbated and was it’s first come first serve and I have a lot of people waiting..... the entire time she spoke to us she was rude and aggressive in our face type of talk. We ignored her we were not going to let her ruin our stay, but the room was a whole other thing only one TV worked at a time and though we asked for assistance multiple times we were blow off and never helped, rooms looked clean though my kids found a pocket knife and a sock. Continental breakfast was good, staff there was super nice and helpful. Overall the way the staff in the front desk treated us made the biggest difference and we will not be returning.
