First time with this brand but I’ve stayed with fellow IHG hotel Kimpton and always been satisfied. At a lower price point, Staybridge is a remarkable value. Everything you can possibly judge a hotel by is simply perfect here. I was lucky to get in on the M-W evening social, which is basically free dinner and wine for all, but breakfast is also great. I simply have run out of superlatives to describe this jewel of a hotel.

Perfect stay
Came to the area for the Fiesta Bowl and had a great stay. Friendly and helpful staff, shuttle to Westgate, and the breakfast food was different each morning.

Good weekend stay
The hotel was great for our stay. We would recommend more small trash cans in the suites as that seemed to be a bother. We like the shuttle service and the pool area was perfect for the kids.

The shuttle did not take people to the concert as stated on the phone. The AC unit in the closet of the master bedroom is loud whenever it turns on.

Very wonderful staff
The entire stay from check in to check out was wonderful. Every single staff member was friendly, professional and kind. The property was very clean and well maintained. I would like to suggest a tip jar out for breakfast staff. They were fantastic. We had a minor maintenance issue in the room and even though it was Sunday morning they had Maintenance on premises and responded within minutes. That was impressive. The pool area was beatiful and inviting.

This property was amazing! Close to everything and had a lot of amenities. I was pleasantly surprised. Breakfast was great and staff was friendly. The only issue I experienced was towards end of the trip we had some ac issues.

Really Enjoyed Our Stay
Friendly front desk. Nice size two bedroom, two bath with a full kitchen. Reasonable price. Very clean, and I am particular about cleanliness. Was quiet inside. Couldn’t hear slamming doors which is always a big downside to hotel stays. Easy checkout. Would highly recommend and will stay here again if the need arises.

Our stay was great. Once we walked into check in, it smelt really good and clean. They have a Laundry room that does not require us to pay to do laundry. Pool area is very nice.
Please check the elevator by the laundry room. It scared us when it kinda dropped. Otherwise we loved our stay. The room was nice and spacious.

Check in was fast and friendly, front desk clerk had a lot of information about area events and good restaurants. Which was helpful. Hotel wasn’t smelly like others, kids enjoyed the pool area, need more selections on continental breakfast, parking had plenty Of lights in the area. Keep up the good house keeping. Will stay again

Wonderful Hotel!
We always choose this hotel for our stay in Glendale AZ. The rooms are so comfortable & give a very homey feeling. The hotel is always clean and welcoming. Our children loved the heated pool on a cool March morning. The light complimentary breakfast was much appreciated. The staff is always friendly & professional. I highly recommend this hotel for your stay:)

Rude staff, threatened to throw my daughter out of hotel if she made any noise during her stay when she checked into the hotel. She is 19 and was staying at hotel to visit friends playing in a basketball tournament at the Glendale Christian academy. She also didn't get room that was booked.

Definitely not what was advertised. We confirmed the room was was handicapped like we needed but they changed the room on us to a not handicapped room without notice. This hotel looked much nicer in pictures than in reality.

The property was nice and the staff was lovely. My room however had on whole wall behind the bed with no working ouets for electricity. This was a real issue and it was too late at night for anyone to help me. The gardening staff was super chill and let me come out to pool while they were working in the area since it wss the time I had free.

During our stay not only did they offer complimentary breakfast but also complimentary dinner from M-W. It was nice to have the option of staying in the hotel after a long day out or having a snack before real dinner.
We went towards the end of August, so we thought we would be able to cool down at the pool but the pool water was also kinda hot/warm? Thats one thing that was disappointing because the days were all over 100 degrees, but it was still a very nice property and staff! I will def book again!

Nice, clean room. Our room was a king suite with a king bed and a pull out couch, and a full mini kitchen with dishwasher, dishes, pots and pans, stove and fridge with a freezer! Breakfast was really good too. We didn't go swimming the few days we were there but did go check out the pool, looked nice as well

Perfect stay we had a two bedroom with the kitchen, we were able to save money by cooking our room some nights, every day included a nice breakfast, and Monday through Friday we were surprised to have dinner and drinks included also with wine and beer served, beautiful pool

Check in was quick and easy. We stayed in a suite and both rooms were nice. The line for the dishwasher is exposed so I took down my rating because with small children this could be an issue. The pool area was nice with great seating. The continental breakfast was okay. Nothing fancy, but everyone was able to eat and get full. The staff were nice. The lobby is nice.
Overall i give this property 9/10 and would definitely recommend.

I love the rooms, they are spacious, clean, newly remodeled, the pool is big, breakfast is good!
Didn't like the elevator something was wrong with it and it was scary to ride, 4th floor going up was always the worst. A few ofnthe staff members (the manager being one) were quite rude when they got our reservation wrong and tried to make us leave 2 days early even though we had paid for those 2 days already and the were wrong, not us! Ruined my Mother's Day to have to deal with the stress of that on my vacation.

The staff was amazing, except the front desk person at check in didn't tell me at all where my room was"it's around the corner and down a ways" (it was down the hall around the corner and the 2nd to last room on the right, 2 corners to be exact.) The floors in my room were not cleaned to my expectations, I spilt water and wiped it up with a washcloth and it was then black and grey. Outside the back door smelt like dog pee. I think a map for guests with pets would be helpful to guide them to the pet area. Or something to help with the smell. The food at breakfast was good.
Minus the few things I felt were off, I would stay there again. Actually looking about reservations in 6 months.

This is a pretty cute hotel with a lot to offer. They even provide a shuttle service to Westgate. I had fun the room is clean. The tvs don't have many channels but you can use casting from your phone to find whatever you want. For some reason mine only worked with the living room tv though. Very good experience overall. I felt very comfortable.
