The rooms were very comfortable and clean with good quality beds and pillows. The kitchen was fully equipped, loved the convenience of having a kitchen and living room. The shuttle bus service was great. The walk to the strip is no more than 10mins. The staff were welcoming.

There was construction going on until 8 pm. Loud! Wi-Fi was in and out. Also, no explanation of what we needed to do for checking out. I hope we did everything ok.

We really enjoyed our stay here. Our unit was clean and had all the things we’d need. The kitchenette made it easy to do our own breakfast. It was nice and quiet since it was a little way off the strip, but the shuttle made it easy to get to the strip.

Self contained apartment. Really practical for long stay. The only thing is there’s no room service unless you are there for 7 days or more.

The heater for the pool was not working so the water was ice cold. That was never coneyed to us prior to check in or at check in. We went to use the pool and found out the hard was it was not heated. We were put in an adjoining room which is fine but you could hear absolutely everything when people checked in a day after us. Housekeeping not once stopped in our room during our 4 night stay. I had to track down someone to get additional supplies we needed.
Shuttle service was nice but stopped picking up at 11 so if you were going to see a show or concert you now had to find your own way back to the resort.

I dont know how you could give this place a bad review. My wife and our 3 teenagers loved it. Its so nice to have all amenities so close. And its nice being a couple minutes from strip with the shuttle service. We where there for 9 days and we would definately do it again.

Trouble checking in
When I checked in, the card machine wasn’t working so I couldn’t get a key. After waiting for an hour, it still wasn’t working so security let me into my room. The bed was unmade and there were dirty towels on the floor of the bathroom. Had to go back to the front desk and try again. They promised to deliver a key when ready. By the next morning, I still had no key and had to go to the front desk to get it. On the positive side, they have a very good fitness center.

Our stay was very nice and enjoyable, had a shuttle to take you to the casino and also had a pool. The rooms were very clean and the staff was wonderful would definitely stay here again and recommend this place!

This location was very close without being on the strip. Parking was easy and getting to locations was a breeze. It’s also within walking distance of the strip. The hotel was clean and had really big rooms. We had a great view of Vegas, including the Sphere.

Been to Vegas many times. This was my first time staying at BlueGreen and I will be back. Everyone was super helpful. It’s very clean and safe. Zero concerns all around. I was there for 2 U2 shows by myself and have no complaints. Excellent hotel and property. Super close to everything. The Free shuttle was great. A/C was outstanding. Pool and hottub are super clean. Liquor store right next door and fresh coffee offered 24/7. Having my own kitchen was great too! I placed an Instacart order for a few groceries. Some of the reviews state that they are heavy on the Timeshare promoting but I was never approached once. I will be back!! Thank you so much!

Love it!
The room was wonderful! Very spacious and clean! The kitchen was equipped with everything we needed! The pool was huge and my kids enjoyed it, but it was very cold. The staff was wonderful! I would definitely stay there again!

Very surprised to find a washer and dryer, that was great! Nice and open. Only complaint was the floor, had food crumbs, hairs, and coffee stains, Very obvious it had not been mopped.
If I were return I would definitely consider staying here again.

The Vacation Club is a good place to stay in LV, off the strip. A shuttle brings you close the all the entertainment, but taxis and Uber are available too. "Einstein" is a good place to fill you up for the day.

Very nice property that serves primarily as a timeshare. These rooms are available for standard hotel booking. Very roomy, full kitchen, dining room, living room, nice restrooms and spacious bedroom. Free shuttle that takes you to the South strip.

Place is nice, check in went smooth but remember this is a timeshare and they will want to sell, which is annoying after long travels. Place is not setup the best, long walks to the elevator and to parking lot. First 2 nights they had no lights in front lot. Pool and hot tub are nice but the ignorance of the people before us made the hot tub a little gross.
The room itself was big and kitchen was well equipped. Alot of wasted space in bathroom area, 3 sinks 3 showers but 1 toilet made no sense. The washer and dryer were newer but we didn't
They run a shuttle every 30 minutes to the strip. We enjoyed our 4 nights there and would stay again if we ever went back to the area.

The unit was nice and roomy with all the amenities you would need for a week long stay. The only downside is the limited access to the strip because of it location and what appears to be a ton of road construction in the area which led to heavy traffic.

A very enjoyable stay. Amenities were fine. The free shuttle every half hour to Tropicana hotel and casino was very appreciated and necessary. You can move around to many places from that drop off point and return at end of day to Bluegreens on the shuttle. Vegas was a blast.

The room was huge and convenient with the full kitchen and washer and dryer. But I kept finding long black hairs all over the bathroom floor and the floors throughout didn’t look very clean. Some of the dishes weren’t completely clean either. But we liked the hotel and would stay again

For a spot that is right outside the strip it wasn’t so bad, I would definitely say this place is pretty average overall. A little noisy because of the airplanes passing by and you can hear the neighbors pretty well which wasn’t ideal. But overall not too bad. Would probably stay again.

I absolutely love the location of this property and although its not on the strip the property has a shuttle to take you to Tropicana Hotel which is on the strip making it convenient to get you to the strip. This is only during the construction which is not due for completion anticipated sometime by the end of the year. The property provides shuttle times and it was pretty spot on with pickups give or take a few minutes due to traffic. We had the 2brm suite which was extremely spacious, clean and would recommend to anyone with children - 3 showers, 2 bathrooms, 2 living rooms with televisions in addition to televisions in the rooms. 2 kitchen areas also!! Very, very pleased since we were in Vegas celebrating my son 21st birthday so it's like he had his own room!! One of the rooms THE BED NEEDS to be replaced big time! Everytime you turned, rolled or just sat on the bed it made a loud metal sound as if the frame is broken. I didn't feel the need to complain since let's face it we're in Vegas where not a lot of sleep is taking place but the little sleep we had was good enough due to the mattress. I would most certainly recommend this hotel and stay here again when back in Vegas! There is a Subway, pizza spot, Italian spot, couple liquor stores which sold a variety of things such as souvenirs, and many other small businesses inside the property and around! Like I said convenient and you can't beat being right across from the airport!!

The blue green was a fantastic property. We did have a late check in the commendations were quite nice. Everything was laid out nicely. We had access to all the amenities and facilities in the resort except the sundeck, which was under construction, but with the 45 Celsius temperature it really was not needed. The staff was very friendly. Terrence at the front desk was quite nice. They do also offer tours of the property and if you are interested in getting any sort of gifts show tickets or anything related to Las Vegas they do provide that for you discounts are also there you can also go ahead and use the shuttle to the Las Vegas strip. That’s a nice added feature parking is very safe and abundant. They also do have in-house restaurants that you can utilize. Should you be coming in late Check out was also done nicely. We were also provided a late check out as our flight was in the evening and overall it was a great stay and would highly recommend it to anybody that’s in the Las Vegas area. It’s really near the strip if you are a plane spotter and want to watch flights land it’s a great place to do it and overall we had a great time .

Clean and small but noisy - VIP staff rude
I was treated horribly rude by Sampson of VIP services. His behavior and treatment was unconscionable
Their WI-FI does not work neither will your cell service as they want you to purchase Wi-Fi for $8
I attempted to extend my stay one day as o became sick because of the heat and the property ran my credit and tried to sell me a timeshare. When that didn’t work, they tried to charge me 75 more than what I originally paid
The air conditioning in my room was so loud it woke me up constantly
At 7:13am a voice and alarm started pinging loudly stating there was a false alarm - woke me from sleep
Could here people eating and cleaning dishes and talking in the adjoining room
I rate this a 3 only because of my he cleaninliness

Overall good property for our family stay. Nice rooms with full kitchen and washer/dryer, great pool, hot tub and deck. We had some issues with the time share marketing being a bit pushy, shuttle to/from the Strip was not running during due to heavy traffic. Water was warm but not hot in the shower and the bed was hard. Housekeeping was a separate addl charge.

The rooms or suites were amazing will be using again, the only downfall I booked through Expedia and needed to reduce my stay by one night and could not. If I had cancelled I would have received no refund. So that part sucks dealing with Expedia. I think the guest should be allowed a refund if the guest had to leave early.

It was OK, but there are many vacation rentals in the area. The front desk personnel were very helpful & responsive. An indoor pool is great. Parking was nice. Shuttle bus helpful. some stores/restaurants nice. but, a little farther from the strip than some other properties. Very clean & quiet.

Great Resort! Beware the time-share
It was a nice resort. We loved having a kitchen and laundry. We really appreciated the free shuttle to the strip! It’s a time-share and we felt a little pushed. We did not want to spend 2 hours listening to what they offered and felt we had to say “no thanks” at least 10 times before they let us go.

Amazing. Staff was nice. Close to everything, and a shuttle to get to the strip. After checking in, they gave me a folder with very helpful information about free things to do and free places to park. First floor has shops and restaurants outside. Also, never heard our neighbors. The room had everything we ever needed. I will definitely go back and I encourage anyone thinking about staying to give this place a chance.

Initially, I was happy with our room. It was big enough for a family of 5. It appeared clean and I enjoyed having a full kitchen and washer/dryer. However, on our 2nd night and the following morning, I saw a tiny cockroach in the bathroom tub. Killed both. I was paranoid regarding its cleanliness after that. We also used the stairs instead of the elevator and we also saw 3 large cockroaches on the staircases. They were already dead but they were huge! Our bed was also hard as a rock.
The staff was friendly and I liked that there were several stores, restaurants and shops in the ground floor of the hotel. It was also close to the strip.

The rooms were functional and comfortable. Staff was accommodating and friendly. You have you drive or take a complimentary shuttle to get to a casino and that could be either a plus or a minus depending on the purpose of your trip. I was visiting friends and appreciated the quiet, well designed suites, free parking and easy access to the airport.

Kids managed to de-program the tv remote (twice 😬). Both times the technician came over immediately to have it fixed. Great indoor pool. Awesome place to stay if you have kids.

This location has shuttles to the strip constantly. It was very clean. Staff was friendly. Airport shuttles would've been nice. The expedia listing gives walk-time to certain locations. It is generally considered unsafe to walk anywhere from this hotel (or any other off strip). If you are goin anywhere other than the strip, you need Uber/Lyft.

Very pleased with my stay. Came out for a business function. Room was very spacious and comfortable. Didn't get a chance to visit the pool nor fitness center but I would most definitely stay here again. They are a timeshare so expect to chat with a sales rep about the idea of owning a timeshare.

Loved the fully stocked kitchenette. The washer and dryer with the laundry detergent was a lovely suprise! Very nice overall. Felt very safe on the upper floors because you need a room key to operate the elevator.
