We were in town for the USAG Hugs meet at the Wiregrass convention center. The location is convenient and the facility seems to be very well-kept. Unfortunately, at breakfast we experienced some extremely rude breakfast attendants. There were several extremely rude comments made such as "I think you should do that at your table" when we were attempting to clean up a mess at the coffee bar. Many of the athletes at breakfast on Sunday morning were autistic and competing at the Hugs meet- I truly hope that the attendants attitude is not a reflection of their feelings toward our children and families. Regardless, it makes us question how welcome we are at the Fairfield.

Marriott light
Manager has to cone to the room to reboot "new" tv that cant be turned on and off...Marriott has solved stolen towel problem..get your towels for $1.99 in the sand paper aisle at Home Depot..could find my reservation but finally when miticing Elite member ran and cane back handing ne a bittle if free wsrer. Built in 2018 this should NOT be a Marriott venue. CLOSE AND RE BRAND.

Very nice and reasonable
Very nice hotel... I believe about 6 or 8 years old. Well maintained and friendly. Breakfast isn't fancy but plenty of options and quantities. Window heating and air works from easy to use thermostat and are remarkably quiet. Will stay there again on future trips

The staff at the hotel is very courteous and is extremely customer focused. They go out of their way to offer their names and let you know they are available with any concerns or questions that may come up.
The property is extremely clean and the breakfast opens up exactly on time.

Conveniently located to shopping and medical facility.
The staff was friendly.
My only complaints are:
1. They had no tissues. (How does a hotel run out of tissues?)
2. The bed was extremely hard. For some people, that may be great. For me, it was uncomfortable.

We’ve been staying at Fairfield when we’re on the road for about a year now because they seem to have renovated quite a lot of their locations making the rooms feel current and fresh! At this specific location though, I found the housekeeping service to be a little inconsistent. We arrived late the first night and we unfortunately found that the bathroom had evidence of the previous guests, but the rest of the room was impecable. The second night when we arrived to find that they have thoroughly cleaned the bathroom, but forgot to make the bed. The third night was great, the bathroom was clean and the bed made. Something that we truly appreciate is that the staff was professional and responsive upon request. We will most likely continue to stay at Marriott’s Fairfield locations when on the road because we are overall very pleased with them.

This particular Fairfield Inn & Suites in Wesley Chapel is our favorite. The hotel is new, clean, and conveniently located to shopping areas. From the front desk, and housekeeping, to the breakfast attendant, all are excellent! Very friendly and helpful all the time.

Everyone who works at this property is welcoming and friendly - I have stayed at the Fairfield Inn and Suites by Marriott a few times and feel comfortable there.
The free breakfast is spectacular - scrambled eggs bacon or sausage, bread products to be toasted, a selection of juices, fresh waffles, and oatmeal with a variety of toppings.
I appreciate the two computers and printer.

This place is great check in was very early and wasn’t a problem. Came to the room the housekeeper went way above any other hotel I’ve ever stayed in all the way to making the toilet paper into a rose and the tissue dispenser into an even bigger flower. Cruise ship worthy housekeeping

The room was not so clean, the carpet was dirty, the room thermostat did not work, set it to 71 Deg and it keeps running, set it to 72 and it did not turn on until it hit 74 deg. The little refrigerator keeps freezing water and drinks. The beds were good, the bath room floor was dirty.

Very dissatisfied with the cleaning of the rooms. We had a hunt somebody down on our third night to have our beds changed and clean towels.
it was very noisy. Our room was right off of the elevator so we heard everyone talking disagreeing or arguing during our whole stay.

The property was great even though repairs were ongoing. The bed was a very hard and not enough blankets. While breakfast and crew were excellent. No one came to clean the room for the two days and towels were not available. A little high price.

Good overall. A few tweaks could make it better.
We were in Tampa to watch a family friend play in a hockey tournament. Overall, the hotel was clean, our room was spacious enough, and the staff was friendly. It seemed as if the hotel was a bit understaffed and underprepared in some ways.
The hallway was freezing cold for some reason.
I asked for a blanket and the woman at the front desk gave me what appeared to be an empty duvet cover. We couldn't keep the heater on at night because it was extremely loud. The hotel should have some blankets, even in Florida.
The fitness room had such a strong plastic/rubber smell that we decided not to use it. (We usually work out daily.)
At breakfast, the coffee and creamer kept running out. The poor single woman who was refilling things seemed like she needed another co-worker to help her.
Overall, good stay, but these are little improvements that can easily be made.

Very nice property, had a great stay, other than one small detail that I noticed. I am a smoker so I appreciate the smoking spot which was nicely away from property. I saw that the housekeeping staff used the same spot. At this spot there is a nice cig butt tube to put your cig butts so they do not litter the property! Unfortunately, instead of using the unit for the butts, people (I say staff because I saw no one other than staff at this spot for an entire week stay) putting their cig butts on the ground instead of using the provided unit to dispose of them. The unit is right there... Why put them on the ground instead of in this unit? This makes the beautiful hotel a little less beautiful. In my opinion, (since you asked) this is unacceptable! Management should be on top of this since it has been going on for some time. (the butts appeared to have been there for a while and many more at the end of my stay than were there at the start of my stay). If the staff are going to enjoy a smoke on their break then they should respect the property and use the provided disposal unit so the guests don't have to see the litter when having a smoke. One last thing since you asked... It would be nice if the housekeeping staff could speak English so when you ask them for a roll of toilet paper they don't say NO ENGLISH!

Pretty good place
The hotel is fairly nice. The walls are paper thin. If you have a loud neighbor, you hear every conversation. There was some fit and finish that could have been better. For example, the fridge in the room had so much ice build up, I had to remove the shelf for the door to close. There was a Q-Tip on the floor of the hall for two days. Just small things that were a bit disappointing. Would probably stay again, but they need to take care of some maintenance. In defense of the property, I did not complain about any of the issues as I was in town for a funeral and didn’t want to deal with waiting around.

We’ve stayed at this hotel twice, the first time one night, and the second three nights, and overall, our stays were very pleasant. The area feels safe, the hotel and rooms are clean, although a little small, but they don’t comfortably accommodate two adults in that there’s only one desk chair and no extra side or lounge chair to sit in for eating in, watching TV or just relaxing, so sitting on the side of or lying on the bed are the only options, which is probably great for one person or if your stay entails being out of the room for most of your stay. They offer a decent selection of typical breakfast choices.

I truly enjoyed the Inn and would definitely be back and hopefully for a week this time.
I loved having all the amenities like a microwave and fridge. People don’t understand how important those items are.

Upon arrival, we checked in and were greeted immediately. I attempted to check in online to get benefit of the remote key for the room and it never issued us a key. I asked at check in to get the key issued but it never activated. The room was clean and welcoming. The first night we tried to put some drinks in the fridge where I noticed ice was built up on the coil which seemed good because I wanted to use the fridge. The next morning the fridge was room temperature and the ice melted leaving a puddle in the bottom of the fridge. From that point on, the fridge didn’t work the rest of the weekend. Another point to note was the AC unit seemed to struggle keeping up with the temperature selected, which was only 68°. The AC would run the whole night and begin vibrating at times. The hotel itself is close to anything you could want and yet, far enough out that it was quiet even being on the first floor.

Staff was super nice! A customer before me was mad that a room wasn’t ready 1pm. The front desk lady was very nice to her even though she was being crappy. Check out was noon so they didn’t have time to clean rooms WELL that quickly. The same people wanting a room too early are the ones who complain when it’s not clean enough. Anyway…breakfast was meh, rooms were very clean and bed was super comfy (at least for me and I’m picky), close to lots of shopping and dining options.
