We left and asked to be refunded for the rooms. There was blood all over the bed sheets and the rooms look like they have never been cleaned. The girl did get us refunded with no problems.

Metal bed frame made noise all night.
Went down to breakfast and ALL of the food was cold.
Not even Luke warm.
Very disappointed in Windham
Window in lobby were filthy.

Nice Surprise!
Renovations and remodeling were greatly appreciated. Stayed here last year but very pleased with amenities. We'll return. Breakfast area very attractive and staff was happy and efficient!

Staff is friendly. Check in was fast. Room is average. No coffee any coffee pot in the room. We were told it is part of the reduced cost. There was lukewarm coffee available in the check in area.

A gem. Will stay here again.
Great stay at the Dothan Baymont. Rooms were clean and comfortable, the WiFi worked well and the breakfast was very nice. I give it a 5 out of 5.

Very courteous and responsive personal. The facility is clean and well cared for. Furniture in room scant though bed was very comfortable. There was loud music coming from nearby well into the night.

Needs cleaned up
Can hear road noise and every 30-45 min loud bang noise. Found a cockroach on the bathroom floor and the carpeting hadn't been vacuumed in a while. Sheets were clean bed was comfortable.

The front desk staff was helpful, accommodating and very personable. The property is dated, please remove carpet. And the only negative was I paid extra for a small pet, but no designated spot to take them. The grass area I found was on the opposite side of our room, and I felt unsafe being outside at night by myself.

Excellent hotel. This hotel is run with such efficiency. Everything is well maintained, clean and the guy who checked us in was very friendly and accommodating .
The breakfast was the best I’ve had in the last few years. Sausages, eggs, fruits, bagels, toast and biscuits and gravy. They also offer small pastries and muffins.
The only problem we had was no coffee maker in room. A hotel this nice should have coffee makers in the room.

The staff was friendly, it was very simple hotel, good breadfast, clean. The only thing wrong was it was located next to a night/bar or place for a party and there was very load music /people until 3:00 A.M.

The rooms are renovated nicely, and the breakfast is excellent. You might ask for a preference of room on the south side of the hotel because there is an active nightclub on the northside.

Accommodations contain the basic essentials and include a refrigerator and microwave. Room was very clean and the bed was nice. Would have appreciated a box of kleenex in the bathroom. Price is reasonable, especially considering breakfast is included.

Room was great. Beds super comfy. Everything was clean. Check in was quick and easy. Made sure I was well taken care of. Handicap room was amazing. Only thing I didn't like was going to my car in the middle of the night after forgetting my charger and seeing a prostitute and a John in the stairwell. Awkward.

The person working overnight was very slow and uncourteous. It took about 30 minutes to check in and we were the only people there. I have booked here before and have had great experiences but this was the first time I had an issue.

As soon as we arrived, had to go ask for TP. Bathroom door stuck so badly it was difficult to open/close. Towels are extremely thin. Shower rod wasn't installed properly so curtain does not stay in place. Mold on caulking around tub. Bathroom sink doesn't drain properly.

No extra blanket available upon request. The area/parking lot is dirty and next to an abandoned strip mall. Not very friendly staff on evening shift. Floors not vacuumed very well either. Would not recommend this MOTEL style property. Pictures on website don’t match the actual property.

Breakfast was horrible.
However, the staff was friendly.
If I was still working as a travel consultant, I would never recommend this property.

My go to place when I come to visit Dothan Alabama! The property is located in a safe and quiet area. The owners and staff are very nice. So of course, I’ll be back again.

This stay was awful wouldn’t recommend at all.the room was dirty lights didn’t work are plugs didn’t have power on one side of the room awful.had to ask for a broom and dustpan.also ask to be moved to a different room they refused to move me.couldn’t take a shower due to the water had rust brown stuff coming out.glad this was just one night stay.

Pro’s- Remodeled rooms. Beds comfy. Fridge, microwave… Clean. Continental breakfast great. Staff friendly.
Con’s- Need newer towels. Ice machine didn’t work. Bed frame surrounded by metal casing? Every time you got in/out of bed sounded like walking above furnace pipes. ?? Just weird.

Bed sheets were clean, but the rest of the room definitely needed more upkeep. Cleaning staff doesn’t seem to know how to vacuum around the beds and baseboards. I checked thoroughly for bugs and didn’t see any, so that’s the only reason we decided to just stay the night. It was ok for overnight, but you’re better off paying a little extra for a better quality place.

The staff was super nice! The manager gave some recommendations for food and a bar in walking distance. The food was great and the bar was fun with a lot of activities to do like pool, darts, etc.

The room smelt like stale cigarettes and it was a no smoking room. I had to pick all the hair off the sheets before I would even sit on the bed much less sleep on it. The bathroom had hair all in the floor. Poop was wiped on the wall where the toilet paper was. The entire toilet moved when you sat on it and the toilet seat moved around. I wore my shoes at all times. We were excited a little for the hot breakfast. Well the main room smelt so strong of moth balls that I could barely breathe. The hot breakfast was barely warm and it looked like it was all plastic. No waffle maker which was super disappointing. It was 85ish dollars for one night. Wish we would have spent another 20 and got a nicer place that I didn’t worry about getting bed bugs or something in my bag. If you aren’t worried about dirtiness this is your place.

We had an excellent stay and will be making this our stop on our way way to Florida from now on. Staff was great and the room was nice and clean. Surprised by by a hot breakfast including sausage, eggs and biscuits and gravy. We woke to a dead battery on our SUV and the staff had a jump box on hand. We travel frequently and stay in more expensive rooms, but this out did almost all the others! Very satisfied!

It was very quiet and peaceful. The room was clean and quite comfortable. The breakfast was perfectly adequate, biscuits and gravy were good. The lady at the front desk was absolutely wonderful and very helpful, such a nice person to work with. I would stay here again any time we were in the area.

We were greeted by a very friendly man! The room was beautiful and clean. We had one issue but it would not prevent me from staying there again. The bedspread had food or something on it. We just took it off the bed.
Waffle house is right next door. They do have a continental breakfast though

Property was older, and although it had a room decor refresh awhile ago - things looked a bit dated. Bedding was clean. Room had a "musty/ smokey" smell even though property is listed as no smoking.

The rooms were dirty. Crumbs and food not cleaned up from last party. Hand prints in head board. We were offered a different room, but tha was dirty too. The bathroom door also doesn't shut b/c it isn't put on right. The room also smelled funny. And to add to the decor someone punched a hole in the wall. It was terrible, so we left 30 mins later. I wouldn't recommend this hotel. Pay your staff better so they can care about keeping the rooms clean. The only thing that made the trip tolerable was the waffle house next door. The food and staff was excellent.

We stayed for one night as we were on our way to the beach for the weekend. For the value, it’s a great place to stay. The room was clean. Nothing fancy, but clean and furnished. The staff was friendly and helpful. The free breakfast was simple but had good variety and tasted fine. We would certainly stay again.

Three nights, a good stay all in all!
We stayed three nights. The location is pretty central so it's convenient. Hotel was clean, bed comfortable. Breakfast was good but could of used a little change by the the 3rd morning. Staff is good and helful.
