Very dated, no elevator so lots of trips back and forth to the car. Thin walls you can hear everyone walking by especially being by the stairs. We stayed one night so we didn’t have breakfast. But it was a place to get rest after a long drive at a decent price

I felt the access to all the buildings could have been a little safer by requiring a card key for entrance to all buildings. One thing I would replace is the rug in all the hallways of the buildings. I know its high traffic and it should be a given that they are replaced often as appearance means a lot.

Strange that the design prevents you from closing the big curtians for the window. As a result you cant make the room dark, even at night as the lights shine thru the semi transparent window covering.

The front desk employee does not have the personality dealing with people in public..I have said to that I have additional reservations and she said, I have to come back 2p’clock till the next person on duty should know how to check me in and I said, it’s very simple you can see the reservation..
I don’t know how she got the job but she was rude and she said, she don’t know how to process it..(at this time I’m frustrated)..Africans American personality.”
Otherwise, she called me when I got to my room and she said, it’s taking care of, her supervisor guided her on how to process the reservation...She doesn’t belong as the registration desk, no personality..

This hotel was easy to get to off the interstate. Gas stations across the street. Breakfast was available. 60 miles from the Grand Canyon. The room was clean, small frig, one cup coffee maker- no microwave.

If you stay in a bottom floor expect to hear everything above you and surrounding you. Our room was also next to the stairs so it was noisy. Beds are so-so. Not that comfy. I fell asleep with the air turned on, yet heat came out instead. Tried to fix it but only heat Girls at the front desk are very snooty and could care less about their customers. They were aware of the discomfort of my room, but didn’t seem to care. Quality Inn just isn’t good quality anymore.

Friendly staff, quiet for being by a highway, walking distance from the train. Housekeeping did come into the hotel room while we were gone even though they weren't supposed to. Otherwise good stay.

Avoid the room by the stairs or entrance door.
The room right by the stairs is almost unusable. You will hear the stomping of feet all night and it will be hard to sleep.

Very nice stay and happy with this hotel. The only thing that kept it from 5 stars is that the Ethernet ports wouldn’t work well or keep your cord in. Other than that it was good!

Great hotel on edge of Williams. Friendly ang helpful staff, decent size rooms, enough room for 4 people and a good swimming pool. Breakfast also included which is not mentioned on the listing when we booked - bonus! Thank you to the team for looking after us

Good place to stay in Williams for one or two days. Decent pool if weather permits. Nice little town with cowboys shootout shows on Sundays and before train departure to Grand Canyon village. Next to Hway exit/ entrance. Gas station with convinience store right across the street.

Disappointing
We arrived hoping to have a swim, made sure our hotel had a pool, pool was closed. Room smelled like horrible body odor. Had to go to the desk as only two wash clothes and towels. Our air conditioner sounded like an ice machine all night long. At breakfast no one refilled the food and I reached in to get an orange and they were wet and covered in mold. When I put forth these concerns to the lady at the desk she seemed annoyed and likely will tell no one. Sorry for the price I paid they need to do better.

The hotel is fine, overpriced in my opinion but it is peak season for the Grand Canyon. Location is right next to 1-40 with a convenience store across the street. The building could use some attention but its safe and clean

Williams Weekend Trip
Family trip w/ 2 dogs. We enjoyed our stay here. Plenty of area to walk our dogs. Room was reasonable, quiet (on end of building) and had enough amenities. Was nice to see breakfast included again. Bed are on the harder side, so that is the only complaint.

The hotel is readily accessible right off the I40. There's ample parking for tractor-trailers right out front. The staff are very friendly and helpful. When the hostess heard that I had my truck/trailer out front she set me up with a room that views that part of the lot.
The building is clean. My room was in fine shape and nicely decorated. Everything works.
Tip: As of this review, there's only one ice machine, located to the left of check-in, around its corner.

Just a lay over to sleep and catch a quick breakfast. The room was okay. The shower was wonderful. The night clerk who checked us was lovey.
Breakfast was okay. The hot eggs and sausage ran out as fast as they were replenished. Perhaps two hot dish areas would service the number of guests better.

Worked well for our family as a place to stay when visiting the Grand Canyon. Overall nice. Could you use a little updating and microwave I the room would be nice. Towels were in pretty rough shape also. Staff was excellent though!

OK place but beware additional charges
Very disappointed with staff and policy. The young checkin staff seemed more interested in what they were doing on the computer than comunication with customers.
After leaving I found that I had been charged $5 per room I booked, for what I dont know. I had paid for the room in full with hotels.com and there is no mention on the website about additional charges. On contacting the hotel I was told " on your itinerary that you will be charged a surcharge fee of $5USD per night. This is the charge that you are seeing. Please see your itinerary for details...it is shown in "total for entire stay" Thank you "
I know its only $5 per room but its the principle. There is nothing in the itinery about this.

We had a fabulous stay at the Quality Inn. The staff were friendly, the room was comfortable and had everything we needed. The location was quiet and we felt safe. Very close to shops and dining, which was convenient. Very dog friendly hotel...there is a large expanse of open land around the hotel which was great for walking our dog. We would have liked a swim, but the pool had not been opened up yet. The breakfast was great, plenty of choices to fill you up for the morning. Close to the South Rim of the Grand Canyon, about an hour to drive there. One suggestion I would make is that it would be great if you could pave the area leading up to the hotel doors where the stream area is....it is a dirt path from the parking lot to the back door and it is hard to roll a suitcase along. Anyway, just a small suggestion that would be helpful in the long run. Overall a fabulous stay, highly recommend. We would definitely stay here again if we come back this way.

Great place for price
Clean room and quality inns have been a good place for us to stay the last few weeks on our road trip. All have been nice and allow our dogs to stay for $15 per night per dog, which is one of the cheaper hotels across the USA.
This hotel in CO was clean and had a good breakfast too.
In my opinion the beds could be upgraded and more comfortable and the towels nicer and thicker. Overall clean and friendly staff. Would stay here again.

The Breakfast was Blah and had to ask for the eggs and it took over 20 minutes. There was a snow storm that hit and asked staff for a snow scraper for the windshield and was told they don't provide that anymore.

Absolutely great place
Very happy with this Quality Inn. We have been to 2 others this week on a road trip in WV and TN. This one outshines them because it has been remodeled and up to date with better beds. Though the towels are still a little small and thin, like the other Quality Inns. We were able to take our dogs for a few of $20 for each. All places charge so this isn’t a surprise.
I would 100 % stay here on our way back.
We really liked the area too, lots to explore.

The boy who checked us in was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great! Location is convenient. Lots of dining, two brewpubs, and a wine tasting all in town. Only two bad things are no elevator and you have to go outside to get to breakfast. The buildings are not connected, but are super close.

THIS hotel had a good rating?
Room was filthy. Carpeting was dirty. Sheets were dirty, wrinkled, and full of lipstick marks and pubic hairs.
Front desk eventually offered clean bedding, but we had to change it ourselves at 10pm after a long trip. And we still had to deal with the parking lot without enough spots, the weird curtains and lighting, and the urine all over the toilet.
Front desk guy did his best. But he wasn't able to compensate us or process a refund so we could transfer to a clean hotel.
Never again at this hotel.

The room was clean. Breakfast was decent. The water pressure was great.
The TV was small, the cabinet door scraped the floor. The bathroom sink didnt drain well. It is pet friendly but there is no designated pet relief area or anywhere to walk dogs. The carpets in the hallway could use replacing.

My family got in late and checked in. We were given a room and upon entry it had not been cleaned. The bed was not made and the trash was overflowing with beer bottles. I am still waiting on a refund too.

Canyon trip.
Clean comfortable rooms. Beds, linens, and pillows allowed for a restful sleep. Breakfast adequate for what you pay for. Close to Grand Canyon-affordable. Quiet!!!
