Rooms are comfortable and staff very helpful and pleasant. Very close to all the shops, restaurants and parks. Premises do not have a bar or restaurant however there are ample choices within 100 yards so really not a problem. Rooms have

It is in a great area...Coconut Grove... great for walking and exploring. Wonderful selection of restaurants.
We also arrived in advance of check. I was expecting to store our bags but our room was ready so we got to check in early - really appreciated this.
Finally, the rooftop pool was amazing!.

Average at best. Upon arrival we found a dirty porcelain cup in the pantry and a cloth hanger on the floor behind a chair. No working restaurant and no prior notice that it was not open. One day no cleaning of room and next day not until we complained. Size of room good. Location, fitness center and swimming pool area very good. Staff not sufficiently knowledgeable about the premises. Several attempts to call front desk with no answer.

You need a ramp from the front upper level to the street
level at the main entrance and exit.
I could not manage my luggage from the front exit
to the driveway.

This is a great hotel. Rooftop pool and jacuzzi with views of Biscayne Bay. Great balconies with views of Coconut Grove and Coral Gables too. Only negative is elevators take a long time but ok.

Don’t stay here. Rooms are old and dingy . Poor security . Someone was turning the breakers off in the hallway and they couldn’t do anything , said only maintenance could see security cameras next day . You could her the person turn them off and it would go pitch black . Awful . And the room next door was so loud with a creepy cackling women . Do not recommend . Calling downstairs was useless . Great area though !!!!

This property management team and their properties are beyond helpful in terms of customer service matters, and the properties themselves are incredibly beautifully decorated, and it feels like a relaxed oasis for someone like me who loves electronic black out windows. It makes me daydream that I owned and lived specifically in room 1017-2 at the Arya Hotel in Coconut Grove. I also stayed in one other of their rooms on the 9th floor and that one too was so cute and the favorite parts for me, is the bathtubs and the optimization of space.

What an amazing stay ! Booked this for my family and I to celebrate my husbands birthday ! We absolutely loveeeed that it had a range inside the room which allowed us to cook and stay inside ! Especially with this random Miami weather 😁 Smack in the middle of Coco walk and everything being walking distance was so convenient . The staff was incredibly friendly and so accommodating !

This hotel is great overall! Spacious rooms, clean facilities, good views, and it’s in a great area. The only downside was the elevators… only two of the four actually worked; so it made entering and exiting a little longer. Great stay overall though.

Over priced and not worth it!

Book it! Me and my man stayed here on the 20 th floor and it was everything! Convenient plenty of restaurants and bars to choose from. Pool area was beautiful. Only downside is the bar area is under construction so get a bottle lol, but it’s not nothing you will see or hear with the construction. The bar just closed. We had a ball

I absolutely love this place! it’s the second time I’ve stayed here. it’s very clean, the staff are all helpful and nice, walking distance for restaurants and things to do is definitely a perk, and overall just a great area and hotel to stay. I highly recommend this place!

I would highly recommend this property. The room was spacious and spotless, with great décor and crisp bed sheets. My room came with a descent size balcony that overlooked the city, and offered spectacular views. And bonus is it's in a great location, near many dining restaurants and several shopping options within walking distance.

Property looks nice in photos and lobby but felt dirty and outdated once there. pulled up expecting valet to at least say hello but instead had to drag bags up steps and practically beg the guy to park our car. front desk staff seemed like we were annoying them. weird double door entry to rooms like some kind of weird dorm. old appliances and the vent filter looks like it hadn't been changed in a decade. we couldn't wait to get out the next morning and even considered forfeiting the night and paying double to stay somewhere else.

Great location and view of city and ocean. Three major concerns:
During 4th of July week only on person at front desk when I checked in. She was great but doing everything. Check in was slow.
Also only 1 elevator working and it was slow. In addition I had to do laundry but the hotel could not provide quarters. So I had to go beg for change from unfriendly merchants (Hooka Lounge next door)

The Arya Hotel is beautiful and in a perfect setting. I would probably try other hotels before coming back because of the following reasons:
1. elevators extremely slow and there was only one working out of 4 and the service elevator worked sometimes
2. There was no where to get quarters for the washer and dryer
3. The shower by the pool was not accessible. There was a lady sitting there with a dog and you couldn’t use the shower.

For South Miami it is definitely a nice Hotel. The staff were polite, helpful and considerate. The pool was amazing and the staff at the pool area always greated us and offered the kids goggles or pool noodles. It was a friendly fun stay. Park right across the street if traveling with children. Would highly recommend. Walking distance from Coco Walk which had nice dining.

I stayed at this hotel on Fathers Day Weekend. I was amazed because it was clean and nicely decorated and in a nice neighborhood. The first day of checking into my room I asked about the pool they told me it was closed. Mind you guys you cannot check into the hotel until 3:00 PM. The next day I asked when will they be opening the pool they told me they wasn’t due to it needed to be cleaned. I waited 1 hour and went on the floor the pool was on and I saw some people sitting in chairs. She told me she was waiting for the lady to open the door. I was confused because the lady just told me they wasn’t opening the pool. Long story short they was only letting selective people in the pool. And plus the restaurants and bars was closedt too.

like the location and the view from the pool deck.
didn t like that restaurant was closed for renovation and could not have a breakfast at 7am before going to work. pool deck needs serious refresh and same for amenities in the room. went twice before to this property when it was a sonesta and will not go again unless it is fixed up.
note in the room says that room will be cleaned only once every 2 days. not the right way to do business.

Room was big, clean and with almost new furniture. Building is modern and with very nice reception area. Location is excellent. Only downside is restaurant closed but there are plenty of options close by. This is my third stay here and will definitely be back.

There was a cockroach on the bed on our last night. The front desk charged me for 3 nights of valet parking when we only stayed for 2 nights. I called the hotel and problem was fixed

The layout of the rooms are dated and not well thought out considering it was previously in apartment. Closets with nothing in them but a hook up for a washer/dryer. Cabinetry in the bathrooms was 40 years old. Granite counter and updated mirror/shower. Driveway for checking in and valet was a nightmare! Not wide enough for two cars. Location is excellent. Seems like it was the closest hotel to the bay. Right across the street from Peacock park. Walking distance to everything in downtown Coconut Grove.

However;
There was no mention that the bar was being renovated. Also I asked twice for my shower soap/gel dispenser be filled and it never was. The room layout is a bit weird, bathroom was a bit dated but fine. King bed and pillows were excellent.

Terrible experience hotel Arya in Coconut Grove.
Worst hotel experience ever! I have pictures I would love to share. Nasty soap dispensers that would not function because they were gooped up and disgusting. Broken door handle on bedroom and door wouldn’t shut. Ice dispenser did not work in refrigerator. and we had a washer and dryer in the first room but the spin cycle did not spin the clothes dry they were left soaking wet. The room was a kitchenette Suite and only came with one skillet. Room service was only provided one time while we were in the first room.Valet was too busy playing on phone to do his job. Daughter in law came with stroller and valet ignored her. Hotel has stairs no ramp. Someone from inside came out to help with stroller. Valley told my son to check in first before he would get car. We had already been there 3 day. After three days we moved to another room which was much better but we did not have a washer and dryer. We were told that they do not have washers and dryer at the hotel so I guess the washer and dryer in our first room was our imagination. it was loud outside lots of people partying two blocks down. Lots of people fighting could hear that to. of people above us evidently enjoying themselves with squeaky bed hint hint overall I will never stay at this hotel again we spent almost $3000 for one week and they should be ashamed of themselves for charging what they did for what we got..

Great property in the middle of Coconut Grove. Very secure rooms: need a key to get into the elevator. Only issue is with the "resort" fee. Not really any "resort" there and just spent the night without using anything - there about 12 hours and was charged for 2 people, 2 days of resort fees.

Please contact us regarding the cleanliness of this property. We found a cockroach in the bathroom and the manager on duty offered a deep cleaning of our room. We came back after the cleaning crew had access to our room to find no improvement. We have images to share of our experience.

When I arrived my hotel room lights were not operational for the entire room. I contacted the front desk to ask for service and the customer service rep seemed disinterested in my problem. He did mention that there was nobody on staff that could help until tomorrow after 9 am. When I asked if I could get a different room, he quickly responded that there was no available rooms and went back to his conversation.

The building and neighborhood are very nice. The unit was not so great. In need of maintenance and upkeep. There was peeled and chipped paint on doors, mold in the bathroom, windows and sliding glass doors were very dirty.

The toilet was backed up and would not flush waste and the bathroom was dirty. I stayed from 1/2-1/4, and I know the sheets hadn’t been changed because there were sequences in the bed. So gross. The mat for the shower had hairs on it.

Had high hopes but fell very short. The room was large but musty. It just felt dirty. The floor we stayed on smelled like someone was smoking marijuana. The toilet was broken and we had to fix it ourselves. The room had an amazing view of the bay but that’s all the good I have to say about staying here. The valet and maintenance staff barely spoke English, thankfully I am Spanish speaking but otherwise would have made it hard to communicate. Will not stay here again.

The scent used in the hotel made me nauseous. I believe same is used in the rooms and carpets . There was a roach on coffee maker. Otherwise, overall comfortable with a good view.

Clean, centrally located and close to dining, shops and other activities. Parking expensive and by valet only, self parking more expensive and not as close. Nice view of city, balcony was nice.
