The bed was comfy and the staff was friendly- the room itself was not very clean overall- shower-sink-floors- but it was just fine. Not special - but convenient for our trip and easy to park right there etc.

We had a short stay at this hotel but the staff was very accommodating and friendly. The room was clean and the bartender was so sweet. All staff greeted us with the same warmth. It was a lovely experience and I would recommend this hotel to others.

We booked a king size bed and while checking in was told that there were no king size beds in the hotel. Later we attempted a shower in our room and could not do that because there was no water pressure.

Location baby!
Location is clutch - walkable to all the fun action. Great selection of local bars and restaurants. Super cute. Hotel was nice, clean. Our mattress however was shot, and the vinyl plank flooring in our room was busted up. Room 403 needs some love.

Bathrooms "meh" but rest is good
Water pressure was lacking and shower door was coming out of the wall. Also, you can see in the bathroom from the reflective door frame. Breakfast good, upscale feeling, comfortable beds, close to everything in Westport

Not handicap accessible
Asked for handicap accessible room with roll in shower and was told that’s what we had. The shower door opened into a towel bar in the shower, so I had to squeeze myself into the shower. There was no way of getting a shower chair in there and definitely not a wheelchair. So my aunt was unable to take a shower. Description on website is very misleading. Won’t be staying here again

This property was perfect if your attending the game. It’s between the airport and the stadium. The staff is friendly and very tentative. A lot of choices of restaurants in the area. Definitely will be staying here again.

It was little older than pictures. No complementary services available or front desk didn’t inform so def you need to bring toothbrush and razors. Breakfast was good but table was dirty and if microwave should be available because there is only roaster and bread and muffins are hard

Property is overpriced for location and cleanliness. Carpeting throughout entire hitel needs to be replaced. Ceiling was leaking water in lobby (a bunch of towels) were covering floor to catch water.
Room was clean but doors, door handles and all light fixtures were visibly dirty.
Hotel staff and bartender were very friendly.

The hotel itself was OK although it seemed like an older building that had been retrofitted and still seemed a bit worn. I thought the rate we paid ($250 for one night) was much too high. I understand that probably we were quoted a high rate because it was a football weekend and many people were coming into KC for the game and stay in a hotel. But we were not there for football, just looking for a clean, quiet hotel. We're not likely to look at AC Hotels again.

A very good hotel, the man manager met me very well with a smile, helped me to check in quickly, I want to express my gratitude to him, the only thing that upset me when I arrived at the hotel at the reception was a very unpleasant girl when she didn’t even try to help, I had a feeling that she spoke with anger and negativity, but then the guy manager came and quickly helped me

I arrived in the afternoon but just quickly dropped off luggage and went to a 6 hour meeting. Returned about 10 PM and went to bed.
The following morning when I got up and light was streaming through the windows, I realized how filthy the floors were.
The staff at front desk were friendly.

This facility was under staffed, our room was not cleaned between days of our stay. had to ask for new towels every day. We were told that the shuttle/ van was not working- unavailable. No ice was available.

Great Shower!
The shower at this hotel is incredible! The bed was very comfortable too. I also like that all the streaming services are on the tv. I appreciate the in room coffee and the complimentary coffee in the lobby.

Let me start off by saying the front desk staff if wonderful. However, in our room there was a plastic bag over the smoke alarm tied with a charging cord I presume from the guests before. Also at 2am there were guests screaming and singing in the hall way. We expected some noise from outside because of all the bars around but this was VERY loud. We also got back from the Taylor Swift concert around 1:45am and there was no parking in the parking lot so we had to park our rental car on the street but thankfully the front desk staff promptly took off the charge for parking that day. The beds are very hard and we only had one towel which was unfortunate. I would stay here again but just be aware of those things.

Badly in need of renovations, there was a piece of flooring sticking up that we both kept tripping on in our room. The $21 parking charge is ridiculous, shouldn't that just be included in our stay like every other hotel in the area. I could have just parked across the street for free.

Overall hotel was okish ,but the beds were hard as a rock we could barely sleep all night. We came for a concert, and I’m the way back all the surrounding streets were blocked off for some event that the hotel never told us about. When we finally got into the lot all of the spots were taken so we had to park 10 minutes away and walk back in the pouring rain. Then as I leave I find out they charged me with the $21 parking fee, never even parked in the lot so why the hell did I have to pay for someone else to park in the hotels small parking lot that only holds about 30 cars

Overall, this property was nice. There were a few things that were annoying: sink stopper was down and wouldn’t stay up so we kept having to manually lift it to get the sink to drain, there is a rain shower head but we tried everything and could not figure out how to turn it on, there were a couple of small stains on the sheets, & the shampoo/conditioner made my hair feel almost sticky and there was no body wash left in the room. We’re we’re only in the hotel one night and then I mean took the stain and the body wash to the staff, they said it would be addressed right away with housekeeping. The hotel is beautiful and in the cutest area of town. Had we been staying more than one night, I would have addressed the other issues. The $21 self-parking fee was not worth it though. The lot had several spots blocked with heavy equipment and had we arrive any later than we did, we probably wouldn’t have had a spot. I would have rather street parked.

Location very convenient, although on weekend nights street is blocked nearby for partiers, making access to hotel inconvenient. Staff was very friendly. I stayed 4 nights and my room was never entered for cleaning, making bed, checking towels or anything else. I found this surprising as I thought that some room cleaning/housekeeping was typically part of the service at a hotel. Not at this one, apparently.

The staff were very friendly and accommodating. Upon our arrival we were told that there we no single-bed rooms available, so we had to stay in a room with 2 doubles. The lovely lady checking us in gave us a voucher for a free breakfast the next morning. The next afternoon I asked if there were any rooms available with a king bed and there was, so we were able to switch rooms. John the bartender makes a great old fashioned and his process is fun to watch!
The only negative was that there is no pool.

The overall feel of the hotel is cheaply constructed modern vibe pretending to be upscale. The room was tiny. The bathroom was like a closet. The room had a smart fridge that was supposed to turn on when you place food in it. It did not work at all. When we asked the front desk about it we were told we would have to move rooms rather than them take care of the problem. Two thumbs down on this one

Every staff member greeted me with a smile. Clean and updated room. Bed was comfortable, towels were newer, all outlets worked, TV was easy to use. I would stay here again.

The bar area was nice, but that was our highlight. The staff did not seem to know what they were doing. Our bathroom did not work. Breakfast was being server but was all wrapped up and no one tells you when checking in that it is $15 per person for not that great of food. Dinning staff were very rude. Beds were hard. Aside from the area, which is terrifying, the hotel was horrible
Constant noise partying in the halls till 4am?
Dog poop in the elevator lobby and hallway
Room felt like a dorm or hostel
I still don’t know why we didn’t leave immediately, we stayed one night and left asap the next following morning
Hopefully I can get a refund on the second night because I will NEVER return to this area (Westport)

Nice Hotel
The hotel room was nice and clean, check-in was great. The only issue we had was the bathroom doors were kind of not really private, and there was a large gap around them, also the water pressure was not great in the shower. They came with a "rain" shower head that didn't function. There was also not a lot of counter space in the bathroom area, just an unusual design with that whole space.

This hotel will Nickel and Dime you. Parking in the hotel's own lot: $17. Breakfast: $15. Streaming WiFi: $5. There are plenty of other hotels in the area that won't charge you for stuff that should be included with the room. Go to one of them.

How sad and EXPENSIVE
My card was charged at 7 am the day of check in. When I booked I specifically chose a book now and pay when you arrive set up. My card was charged prematurely which forced me to make a phone call while busy and waiting on customers at my coffee shop . No one acknowledged this inconvenience to me when I addressed it during the initial phone call or at check in. A simple I’m sorry goes a long way. When we arrived there was no hand soap in either of our rooms. The floors were visibly soiled with grime/dirt buildup present. There was mold on the ceilings in both rooms. There were no bags for ice in the ice buckets. When we voiced our concerns minutes after checking in, we were not offered a different room. We were told we could look for a different hotel and our rooms could be refunded. We had already ordered dinner to our room by this time and needed to get ready for our evening plans. We were only staying one night. It wouldn’t have been feasible for us to move to another hotel. We were not offered anything as a concession for the unsatisfactory room conditions. I addressed these concerns once more at check out, at which point I was told that since I booked third party, the hotel’s best price guarantee (listed on their website) did not apply and they could do nothing for us. When I once again questioned why my card was charged early, the front desk attendant told me, “they will tell you anything,” This was in reference to the offers that third party booking services advertise

The shower leaked badly but the staff did fix the leak. The floor was buckled in our room. The hallway smelled musty or like some one had been smoking in it for some time. The staff was courteous and responsive to the shower leak.

This hotel is incredible. There’s plenty of good food and coffee around the area. There’s plenty of parking. There’s day life and night life. Very pleasant. I was in KC two nights. One in downtown, great stay but with minimal amenities. The other stay was here, at AC hotel.

The hotel looks nice from the outside and the lobby area is modern. However, the rooms are dirty and appear to be falling apart. The walls are paper thin and I was awoken multiple times by other people simply closing their doors. Our ice bucket had water in it from the previous person who used it. Also, there was no ice in our ice room. Overall, the hotel was not worth the price.

This hotel was great! The front desk worker was so nice and helpful. The hotel was very clean and comfortable. It is located within walking distance to several restaurants. There was plenty of paid parking available in the lot behind the hotel. It was so hot outside but our room stayed very cool. We would definitely stay here again.

They gave us keys to the wrong room, none of the staff had on discernable uniforms, the room was dirty (we actually had to clean it ourselves), there was no ice to be found, there was a crack in the ceiling & evidence of water damage, the floor was actually peeling up in one spot, the bathroom smelled and we had to pay $17 a day to park. I emailed them with my concerns including pictures & still have not heard back.. Will not stay at a Marriott of any kind again.

We’ve stayed at this property multiple times and it seems to get worse each time. Our drinking cups were all open, the sheets had rips on them, the bathroom was dirty. It just keeps going down in cleanliness. Disappointing. We left a night early. Wish i could have gotten my money back. I don’t think we’d stay there again.
