The only complaint I have is that the drive-in entrance to the hotel was very inconvenient. There is no indication or signage as to where one is to park (you can't) while checking in. As it turns out, one is supposed to park in the gated complimentary parking area, then proceed to the poorly marked entrance to the lobby. Nevertheless all other aspects were quite satisfactory.

After a concert, I was woken up by a trash truck outside the window. My friend was terrified that someone was breaking in the door the night before, but it was the neighbors. Also, a mysterious man that looked like the bartender delivered a blanket that we did not request. We thought it was creepy.

Facility is very secure, locked front doors-only allowed in by room key, secured parking lot also allowed by room key only. Very close to a grocery store and many restaurants. Was clean and staff was very nice . No complaints from me! :)

Overall was okay
Area was good, near restaurants, bars, grocery, shopping. Drive to Highway only 5-7mins depending which direction headed.
Rooms were clean, modern, comfortable, and shower was great. Most staff was friendly.
Downside - front drive way entry is small, and each time I returned, there is a vehicle parked blocking the entrance of gate to parking lot. I had to wait until driver came back, or if I had room I cut around, and or go to exit side and wait for gate to open. That was irritating and for hotel staff to allow customer vehicle to obstruct area for emergency vehicle is careless and needs attention.

The staff at check in were nice, but seemed to have a limited vocabulary. It would have been very helpful to mention that Saturday nights on that street are very loud and might not be ideal to have a room right on the street. The bars below played loud music til after 2am!!! I told the front desk that I needed to leave at 3:30am so knowing that, you'd think the front desk person would have given me a room far away from the front street. Also, the room was never cleaned between days.

The staff was disgruntled about management and we heard about it a couple of times. You will have to pay $24 a night for parking which Hotels.com does not mention. Breakfast is advertised at the hotel as having aspects it did not. In fact the only protein offered was eggs no meat at all. Westport is crazy at night, not a family place to stay. The street at the end of the block closes at night on the weekends, so heads up.

I don’t know how Marriott can put their name on this property! The rooms were so old and the floor is comping up, literally! Hands down the absolute worst hotel (and Marriott) Iv ever been in! Sketchy area and zero amenities… def not family formally. Front desk staff was nice but the condition of the hotel was atrocious.

We had a short stay at this hotel but the staff was very accommodating and friendly. The room was clean and the bartender was so sweet. All staff greeted us with the same warmth. It was a lovely experience and I would recommend this hotel to others.

Location is clutch - walkable to all the fun action. Great selection of local bars and restaurants. Super cute. Hotel was nice, clean. Our mattress however was shot, and the vinyl plank flooring in our room was busted up. Room 403 needs some love.

Not handicap accessible
Asked for handicap accessible room with roll in shower and was told that’s what we had. The shower door opened into a towel bar in the shower, so I had to squeeze myself into the shower. There was no way of getting a shower chair in there and definitely not a wheelchair. So my aunt was unable to take a shower. Description on website is very misleading. Won’t be staying here again

This property was perfect if your attending the game. It’s between the airport and the stadium. The staff is friendly and very tentative. A lot of choices of restaurants in the area. Definitely will be staying here again.

It was little older than pictures. No complementary services available or front desk didn’t inform so def you need to bring toothbrush and razors. Breakfast was good but table was dirty and if microwave should be available because there is only roaster and bread and muffins are hard

Property is overpriced for location and cleanliness. Carpeting throughout entire hitel needs to be replaced. Ceiling was leaking water in lobby (a bunch of towels) were covering floor to catch water.
Room was clean but doors, door handles and all light fixtures were visibly dirty.
Hotel staff and bartender were very friendly.

The hotel itself was OK although it seemed like an older building that had been retrofitted and still seemed a bit worn. I thought the rate we paid ($250 for one night) was much too high. I understand that probably we were quoted a high rate because it was a football weekend and many people were coming into KC for the game and stay in a hotel. But we were not there for football, just looking for a clean, quiet hotel. We're not likely to look at AC Hotels again.

I arrived in the afternoon but just quickly dropped off luggage and went to a 6 hour meeting. Returned about 10 PM and went to bed.
The following morning when I got up and light was streaming through the windows, I realized how filthy the floors were.

This facility was under staffed, our room was not cleaned between days of our stay. had to ask for new towels every day. We were told that the shuttle/ van was not working- unavailable. No ice was available.

Let me start off by saying the front desk staff if wonderful. However, in our room there was a plastic bag over the smoke alarm tied with a charging cord I presume from the guests before. Also at 2am there were guests screaming and singing in the hall way. We expected some noise from outside because of all the bars around but this was VERY loud. We also got back from the Taylor Swift concert around 1:45am and there was no parking in the parking lot so we had to park our rental car on the street but thankfully the front desk staff promptly took off the charge for parking that day. The beds are very hard and we only had one towel which was unfortunate. I would stay here again but just be aware of those things.

Badly in need of renovations, there was a piece of flooring sticking up that we both kept tripping on in our room. The $21 parking charge is ridiculous, shouldn't that just be included in our stay like every other hotel in the area. I could have just parked across the street for free.

Overall hotel was okish ,but the beds were hard as a rock we could barely sleep all night. We came for a concert, and I’m the way back all the surrounding streets were blocked off for some event that the hotel never told us about. When we finally got into the lot all of the spots were taken so we had to park 10 minutes away and walk back in the pouring rain. Then as I leave I find out they charged me with the $21 parking fee, never even parked in the lot so why the hell did I have to pay for someone else to park in the hotels small parking lot that only holds about 30 cars

Overall, this property was nice. There were a few things that were annoying: sink stopper was down and wouldn’t stay up so we kept having to manually lift it to get the sink to drain, there is a rain shower head but we tried everything and could not figure out how to turn it on, there were a couple of small stains on the sheets, & the shampoo/conditioner made my hair feel almost sticky and there was no body wash left in the room. We’re we’re only in the hotel one night and then I mean took the stain and the body wash to the staff, they said it would be addressed right away with housekeeping. The hotel is beautiful and in the cutest area of town. Had we been staying more than one night, I would have addressed the other issues. The $21 self-parking fee was not worth it though. The lot had several spots blocked with heavy equipment and had we arrive any later than we did, we probably wouldn’t have had a spot. I would have rather street parked.

Location very convenient, although on weekend nights street is blocked nearby for partiers, making access to hotel inconvenient. Staff was very friendly. I stayed 4 nights and my room was never entered for cleaning, making bed, checking towels or anything else. I found this surprising as I thought that some room cleaning/housekeeping was typically part of the service at a hotel. Not at this one, apparently.

The staff were very friendly and accommodating. Upon our arrival we were told that there we no single-bed rooms available, so we had to stay in a room with 2 doubles. The lovely lady checking us in gave us a voucher for a free breakfast the next morning. The next afternoon I asked if there were any rooms available with a king bed and there was, so we were able to switch rooms. John the bartender makes a great old fashioned and his process is fun to watch!
The only negative was that there is no pool.

The overall feel of the hotel is cheaply constructed modern vibe pretending to be upscale. The room was tiny. The bathroom was like a closet. The room had a smart fridge that was supposed to turn on when you place food in it. It did not work at all. When we asked the front desk about it we were told we would have to move rooms rather than them take care of the problem. Two thumbs down on this one
