Terrible smell in first floor hallway that they tried to cover up with cheap room deodorizer. Toilet seat was loose and toilet leaked. Side door would “stop working” after 9pm, so had to walk around entire building to get in. Unlikely to return to this location again.

Happy to find a clean, safe and well-appointed hotel in the Riverport area! After a not-so great experience at another area hotel while seeing a show at nearby STL Music park, we returned for another show and were relieved to have a much better stay here! Springhill offers free continental breakfast, clean/quiet rooms, and a vending area that has a number of supplies and concessions (the other hotel was entirely out of bottled water and regular coffee!!) Staff was friendly and helpful, parking was a breeze. This will be our go-to hotel for any events in this area from now on. Thank you! :)

I have never had crustless quiche for breakfast at any hotel as an option. I was very good.
There were only 2 things that I was disappointed in the shower in room 234 the hot/cold indicator was backwards.
The last thing was the ice machine was out of order on at least 2 floors. Oh, i feel like the snack store prices were above ridiculous.

Definitely enjoyed the stay. The staff was very, plenty of parking, and plenty of restaurants in the surrounding area. They only thing is during our stay the ice machine wasn't working on our floor and only one elevator was working the last 2 days we were there. Luckily we were on the 2nd floor...Lol

When we checked in and went the room assigned there was someone in it :| We did get a empty room after we went back down to the desk. Other than that it was a wonderful stay. Liked the lay out of the room. Love the breakfast options too!

Book elsewhere.
When we got our two rooms they were both booked with each having one king bed per room to accommodate the couples on the trip. The second room (411) did not have a king bed, instead it had two beds in the room. I called to the front desk to only be told that it was “a free upgrade,” when in reality the hotel was sold out so I was unknowingly put in a different room without my consent. The 411 room toilet ran from the point I used it for the first time until I checked out which was very annoying. The elevators on floor 3 when I tried to take them to the lobby would not come up to the third floor, forcing me to take the stairs. This hotel appears nice and new, but certainly hasn’t had routine maintenance and it is very obvious once stepping on grounds.

Staff was great. Very friendly and willing to help. Room cleanliness was not the greatest -- there was an old washcloth left in the shower and there were petrified brownies under the ottoman in the living area. We also had an issue with no hot water, which they resolved by doing something in the utility room.

The room was incorrect, but was told it's their prerogative to do so. Shower features/functions were worse than a mobile home. Tried to give the appearance of a nice place , but failed. Charged for parking in a large parking lot in an area with an abundance of parking...

Waited in line for 30 minutes. 5pm and a lot of rooms were not clean yet, computers went down, people complaining their rooms are still dirty, guy got a room with someone already in it, people were getting ready for a concert in the lobby, never did get checked in, and we walked out. It was a terrible experience!

I like the room size and closet space.I have stayed in some of your other hotels in other places and did not like that at this one the sink was not separate from the bathroom. It makes it hard to use the mirror when someone is in the shower or restroom. Just a minor set back.

It seemed like a safe place to spend the night as we drove through STL. The room was not cleaned well though with garbage next to the couch, old food still in the fridge and dust (they had a pamphlet in the room about sanitization and enhanced cleaning of the rooms which was obviously false). The room was big enough and had a divided lounge area which was nice with our young children.

We had a late check-in due to our flight arrival. The man at the desk was helpful and efficient. As we made our way to the room we noticed that the hallways had a bad smell, like something had soured in the carpets. Our stay was good. I was surprised that the room was so tiny and that we had a shower instead of a tub/shower combination. Shower only had one rod and it was difficult to wash my feet as I cannot lift my left foot very high. Staff was friendly and helpful. We had breakfast there every morning. Toward the end of our stay the eggs were too salty for me to eat. Overall the accommodations were good.

Modern rooms, very clean, plenty of space with the living area separate, sofa makes an excellent 2nd bed either on top or trundle underneath. shower had great water pressure and easy to select temperature. Nice having sink area separate from toilet and shower. nice breakfast. Staff efficient and friendly.

Not worth the money.
I expected a nicer hotel considering the price. $150.00 total for one night. The shower was dirty, no extra towels or linens. The front desk was very nice. Breakfast was just ok. Next time I will stay at a different hotel if I’m spending this much money.

Rooms were your typical hotel room; nothing that “wowed” me. For the high-rate it didn’t meet the expectations.
My negative review will be the paper thin walls! You could hear EVERYTHING from adjoining rooms! And, the unexpected $10 parking fee that wasn’t listed on the website! Ridiculous and it should be included considering it isn’t in a downtown area that requires a shared lot or garage- it’s literally the hotel’s parking lot!!!

We came to town for a concert at the Hollywood Casino Amphitheater and would absolutely stay at Springhill Suites again. The hotel was clean and comfortable. It's location from the venue is fantastic. I would definitely recommend.

This was our fifth hotel stay during a month long visit to see family, and it was the cleanest property. Housekeeping came twice during a 4 night stay, even though we didn’t expect it. I did need to go get additional toilet paper one night around 3 am, and no one was at the front desk. Another family was waiting to check in and it took almost 20 minutes to get someone to help us.
We did not have breakfast-it looked like it was grab and go style. The snacks and drinks for sale were incredibly overpriced! $4 for a 20 ounce bottle of soda.
The bed was very comfy. Biggest downfall in the room was that there was just a shower, no bathtub, making it hard to bathe my baby, and only one side of the bed had a nightstand. My baby slept great in the pack and play provided.

The bed was comfortable, the walk-in shower was nice, the room was good with a separate seating area. The couch was NOT comfortable to sit on, and the tv was placed in the weirdest spot halfway between the sitting area and the bedroom so there was no good place to watch from except the desk. Otherwise an excellent handicap room.

Really liked the room, the staff was great very helpful, it was nice to get a hot breakfast. My family really did enjoy. My only complaint is that the shower wouldn’t heat up properly, the sofa bed was stained and the sheets for the sofa bed were not in the room. Overall I’d give it a 7 out of 10

I never actually got to stay at this hotel because when I arrived, they told me they were overbooked and sent me to another location. When I got to that location, they were also overbooked and could not accommodate me. I reserved a king suite and ended up with a room with 2 double beds. When Hotel.com tried to get me a refund they refused! Horrible customer service and horrible management! Never will I stay at another Marriott again.

The maid never showed up not one day i guess cuz i was extended stay, never a knock to see if i needed n e thing.. i did laundry an my clothes were taken out the dryer wet so some one else could dry their cuz... my other small load took 6.00 total to wash an dry, ridiculous! Front desk person was extremely nice an helpful most of the time.. 2 towel policy for a 5 person family staying at ur hotel made zero sense an attitudes when asked for new ones is not kool...
