This hotel was very nice, especially considering that the price was less than other hotels in the area. Upon our arrival, the staff was extremely friendly and gracious everybody had a smile. Our room was clean and came with everything that we would need, the only thing I would have changed is a combination tub/shower, rather than just a standalone shower, but that was my mistake during my booking. The bistro/bar in the lobby was a little bit pricey, but the food was great and the service was even better there Were a lot of shops and restaurants right in the immediate area and access to the hotel from the main roads was very easy and convenient to get to 10 out of 10 would stay here again.

There was a lot of noise, a fire alarm after little kids were asleep and what looked like prostitutes in the lobby. Also many transients around the area.

Lousy lumpy beds.
When I do my business travel I like to stay at nice place to get some good food and rest well. But not this place, the looks nice from the outside and inside but the beds are terrible lumpy. Came home with a back ache from sleeping on bed for two nights.

Driveway confusing with little/no lighting. Elevator(s) also confusing. No up/down button. So ended up on wrong floor at one point. Also appeared 1 elevator broke down and staff did not know .

Great room and bar!
Service was wonderful, check was easy. Marcy in the bar was great, very helpful and the food and drink were great. She stayed open a little longer since checked in later, really appreciated her kindness. Room was clean and comfortable, faces bed towards the window was a great idea. We will stay here every time.

Nice, clean hotel with a couple minor issues
The hotel is really well kept and nice. The rooms are clean and nice. The main issue is that the bathroom doesn’t have a fan switch. There is fan but no switch and our bathroom door wouldn’t shut all the way due to the door running into the jam at the bottom.

Family trip!
We enjoyed the hotel, but the only down fall was that the cafe had small hours of operation. If they could extend it to 11am I think that would be beneficial!

The employees at the front desk and the cleaning ladies were very nice. The Place was clean the only complaint I have is that the breakfast was not included in the price. The bathroom door got stuck to so that was loud in the middle of the night.

Just average, expect more from Marriott. Please rethink, saving a penny on electricity to waste 100 gallons of water waiting for it to warm. Add the 2 tiny towels and says it all. Billion hand towels so there's that.

Stayed for 1 night while attending an event at the Dessert Diamond Arena. The hotel is conveniently located close to the I-10 and 101 freeways. The staff was very friendly and the hotel is very clean.

The room was clean and nice but the bathroom was dated. The staff was friendly and helpful. The real issue was with the restaurant for breakfast. The line to order was long and there was only one person working! We only wanted coffee but realized we’d have to wait in the line for food orders and their preparations. Ridiculous! As it was we waited 20 mins. before going to Denny’s down the road. Very disappointing….

Great place to stay
Came to see show at Talking Stick Amphitheater. It was close and very accessible to the Marriott. They were doing some rehab at the motel but were doing of good job of working around guests. We were able to get a nice small meal before going to show. Pool was open.

concert getaway
went for a concert. Room was awesome except for the renovation work that woke me up early next day. Hotel was close to venue which was great. very relaxing and the bed was sooo comfy. will come back and stay again. Hopefully, renovation will be done by then. Lol

The property was under renovation and if known we would have chosen a different hotel. The AC in the room needs some serious attention as to the condition and filter. The staff at the Lobby were professional and friendly, would give them the 5 stars

I’ve stayed here one other time before and that trip was excellent no issues perfect, but this trip not so well from the start I had gotten a new suite and days prior and not until I showed to check in they said they don’t have suites yet I had reservation for one and so the offer in exchange was a normal room and a free food voucher and price difference was about 100$ of the rooms but I said ok I’ll take voucher said I had no other option and once I got to room I had issue with remote of tv later on, as well as key issues. I may come back again since first experience was great but give this one 6/10.

Disappointed and unhappy
While traveling we went online and booked and paid for a room for the night. Arrived tired and ready to check in and go to sleep. Found out our room was canceled and we didn’t have a room. I said, they had 7 rooms left when I made the reservation. I was charged and had confirmation. We had to drive to find another hotel not through Hotels.com or their new name. No credit for our stay.

This hotel was quiet. Super clean. They are cleaning all the time. Free parking. Free breakfast was actually really good and fresh. On other side of frwy lots of shopping restaurants etc. Very nice size pool and jacuzzi. Would definitely stay here again. Only down side was besides pool no activities for kids for entertainment. We came with a sports team, boys and besides pool theres not much. But close to topgolf and entertainment to drive too.

Unreliable or untrustworthy?
The AC broke at night, the heat woke me up. July in Arizona. I advised the staff. They said they did not have another 1st floor, pet friendly room. So I let them know that there was no way I could stay in that room and I was leaving, checking out.
During the process of loading my car, I had to walk by the front desk at least 6 times, carrying out my luggage and dog. The front desk staff present at least 4 of those times.
They charged me for the full night AND the full pet fee.
When I sought assistance from Hotels.com, I was informed the staff denied being informed of the AC issue nor did they know that I checked out.
Alrighty then.

The pool, hot tub, & shower head/ pressure were GREAT! However, the room cleanliness was ok. We found trash and a beer can inside the sofa bed. The mattress was pretty dirty, so we didn't end up using it, even though we had intended to use it. Also, the sofa bed looked so much bigger in the photos than what it really is in person, it's about twin sized. It seems as if for a suite the room was pretty small and crowded.

Great Baseball Game Overnight Stay
Service at the front desk and in the restaurant friendly, room was very nice, large with a comfy couch, nice bar area. In town for a baseball game, not a bad drive from here to Chase Field. Would stay here again.

Our family stayed here 2 nights and had a great experience. The only thing that was a bit of a drag was that the hotel is right next to an on ramp for the 101, it was a bit loud on a Saturday night.

Not much... managed by 3rd party company. They dont offer coffee in the lobby. The do not have 5pm mixer or snack. Cheap & nickle / dime - hotel. 5 prople behind counter only 1 working. One person had 3 yrs old walking around, while .. checking customers waited 15 min.

My family and I stayed for a weekend. We had an extremely late check in and the front desk was so nice. I called prior to that to let them know we’d be late and they were so helpful. the hotel is definitely great for families and pets as well. My only complain is that when I booked the room, it did not state that there would be a pet fee. As it is, the hotel was expensive. So the pet fee was a little to much. We chose this hotel because it was “cheaper” than other ones. I would have been ok with it if it were to have been stated before booking. The area is nice. Quiet. We didnt have any problem with parking. They have a pet garden where you can take your animal. They are nice about the extras you need. My one big issue was that on the last day stay, we ended up not being able to get cleaned up because something happened with the water heater.
Also, I had asked for there to not be a joint room and we did have one. It was a bit uncomfortable. But overall the place was nice and clean which was what I was looking for while traveling with kids.

Cut above the rest
The staff was very professional and went above and beyond with respect and customer satisfaction. Room was immaculate everyday, no bs, no nuisances or loud noises, workout equipment was immaculate, worked with me on checkout time,... I could go on and on. 11/10!!

I had to move hotels 3 times upon arrival and did not get the room I had paid for. First hotel had no water moved us to another location hotel upon arrival was overbooked, moved us again to another hotel and was downgraded. Not happy!

For the price, no breakfast included, not even free coffee accept to make in room but no cream available there, had to go to the BISTRO downstairs to ask for some.
Teenee tiny frig in room, no microwave.
Food at BISTRO lousy, a cheeseburger from frozen patty.
Very expensive.
So if your tired from a long drive theres no other available options other then to go back out.
Check in with a quirky strange fellow who gave me absolutely no help in how to get around the best with my service dog to go out.
Put me on the 3rd floor and when I asked about the layout of the hotel and proximity to elevators he had no idea how to guide me.
It wasnt until a night after going out of my way to take her down and through the entire lobby out to the fron to potty on rocks that I discovered a fenced in dog area with a nice patio and even poop bags available that I simply had to walk across from the elevator and out the back doors avoiding other guests in the lobby with my dog.
When speaking to staff they were cold and unhelpful.
Didnt feel welcome and relaxed.
