Nice but really noisy
Good Hotel a little older or a little rough but it seemed clean, my big upset was it was crazy noisey train blowing it's horn very 30 minutes all night long, Ptac really super noisy people constantly slamming doors, got no sleep at all

While the overall experience was fine, our room was not. We arrived late & were tired. Our room was ready, however, the smoke detector was chirping & needed a battery change which was replaced quickly. The room had a bad odor. We were tired & just went out to eat then to bed. We found out during the night that that toilet did not flush properly on verge of overflowing. Don’ understand how housekeeping could miss that. We ended up using the bathroom in the lobby in the morning. The problems were with the room. The staff was great.

Great find!
It was probably one of the most comfortable and cleanest hotels I have ever stayed at. The staff were down to earth, friendly, and I felt like family.

I had stayed in a country suites before and liked it that’s why I booked this hotel. Very displeased. Room looked clean but a terrible stench. Not sure if cigarettes smell or body odor. Sprayed room with lysol but didn’t help. Had to apply vicks vapor rub on our noses to cover up smell so we could at least sleep.

Would stay here again!
I enjoyed my stay. We stayed here for a family trip so we had our children with us. We purchased a suite. The hotel appeared to be clean. Check in was smooth and the attendant was pleasant. The only thing that we noticed was that the tissue box in the bathroom was completely empty.

Very nice stay
Me and my family visited for spring break and i must say the experience was Great from the time we checked in until the time we checked out. The kids was all excited so they was all over the place and no one made us feel like they was a bother i highly recommend and this will be my spot when we visit again.

Awesome experience.
Hi , the stay was amazing !! The check in was awesome and smooth . The young lady at the desk was so friendly I wish I would’ve gotten her name . She told us I just forgot lol ! She was able to check a party of 14 in with three rooms within about 5 mins . And put us all on the same floor so we could all be together . Really nice stay !

Spent a week here and staff didn’t clean room when requested. No customer services. Front desk staff really need to be properly trained. I wont even come here again, nor will I recommend anyone to come to this unprofessional establishment.

The employee at the front desk during check in "Q" had the best customer service I have seen in a long time. She knew many of the guest by first name. She went out of her way to help guest have a great experience. It was refreshing to see that kind of customer service! Thank you!!

Drove over 6 hours arriving to hotel at 2:00am with the wife and 2 all kids to find the hotel gave our room away with no warning and notice. Terrible experience and very poor customer support from hotel. Would never book with them again.

This property is way overpriced for the condition that its in. If your paying more then 60 its too much. Hotel elevator smells like weed. Hotel is run down. Rooms are ok but the rest of the property is awful. If you travel and use the hotel gyms go somewhere else. Gym is gross, treadmills dont work the greatest buttons are just missing. I travel for work 3-5 days a weeks stay in 100-180 dollar a night hotels in average. This is a below average property would not recommend.

Typically my stay here in 5 stars. This time was a little different. When I first checked in the bathroom had a slight smell of cigarettes. Also, the bathroom drain was draining. Very slow. I did tell the front desk after I checked in, so they were aware. I will use this place again.

When he left the property on Saturday the 21st, I ask you to please give me the check-out confirmation paper and the hotel representative tells me that she will look for it on the website that I could not print it and I told her that I needed it to send it to my companies

Responsive staff.
The room was not cleaned appropriately. A dirty sock was found on the floor of the room. Dark long hair was found in the sheets of bed. My husband is bald and I have a very short natural. After speaking with the desk staff the next morning, however, the staff cleaned the room and changed the linen. We were very pleased with the responsiveness of the staff.

I was going to look past shaved hair on the shower curtain until the next morning there was a roach on the wall crawling. Felt disgusting as it was in the room with my bags. Will not return.

Enjoyable stay.
Very clean room, including bathroom. Shower had good pressure. Bed was comfortable. Check in and check out was simple. For the hotel eaters, the continental breakfast was adequate. Everything you could need for a one night stay.

Convenient location & quiet
Stayed in a handicap accessible room. Plenty of room with all the necessities. Breakfast was good and plentiful. Location was surprisingly quiet although near main highway.

Just so so. We had a king size bed with the smallest pillows ive ever seen and the bed was sagging in the middle. The front desk clerk was polite, however, she was distracted and only gave us one key and she didn't provide the wifi password so we had to call and ask. We had to call multiple times because the line was busy. Could'nt find a USB port in the room so couldn't charge my phone. The breakfast was the standard hotel breakfast. There was no half n half, only sweeteners for coffee. So, nothing major, just a lot of little annoying things. It was clean and a convenient location.

The hotel is old, dated and looks like a DIY project. The lobby has peeling wallpaper, patchwork unfinished, carpet dated, stained furniture, the doors to the rooms were worn and coming apart on the edges. The room had hair on the bathroom floor and in the bed as well. Didn’t want to experience someone else’s experience just mine. Very disappointed.

Just a disaster from the beginning. I was told it was close to Mayo Clinic it wasn’t. AC didn’t work properly. Bed was uncomfortable. Bfst was ok but with covid having an open Buffett with no masks was not wise.

The room and bathroom were clean. The A/C was the best. All the appliances and plumbing worked perfectly. The bed and pillows were very comfortable.
The hot breakfast was by far one of the best I have had at a hotel. I would highly recommend this hotel.
