False advertising. Booked for the pool for my son and no pool or slides everything under construction and nothing on website that states the pool is under construction. The guy checking us in was very rude and definitely didn’t care to be at his job.

Was a great place to stay at. Great breakfast options and the staff was friendly. It was a little bit loud early in the morning and late at night but other then that I would totally recommend this place.

Christmas family trip
Stayed for a family trip . The pull out sofa bed was so small and not comfortable at all. Couldn’t get the tv to turn on . The window was leaking and water was coming in from the rain . Clean enough seemed like an older hotel . Breakfast was not impressive.

Staff was nice but the hotel was outdated. The pool are is very dirty. Yhe renovations in the pool room made it feel feel like we were swimming in a construction zone.

The heater in room was quite loud, but other than that was clean, comfortable, and quiet. Just what I needed! Breakfast had hot items on as well so that was very appreciated!

We stayed in a suite which the website said was for 6 people. The sofa bed was only a love seat turned into a small single bed for 1 person. And the springs creaked every time they moved. The other beds were only doubles. There was NO extra room to have someone sleep on the floor. AND the pools and slides were shut down due to unsafe conditions. ?!?!? Very unhappy with our stay.

Dirty with Very questionable security.
Pretty poor, very tired, dirty floors (linen fresh and clean (otherwise I would have left)) the soles on my flipflops (which I bought because of the floor) were black by day 2. Very questionable security. My cardkey failed to open my door so returned to reception where staff simply asked my room number and reprogrammed the card – no name/id check I could have gained access to any room and more concerning is anyone could have gained access to mine. It wasn’t a once off as my card failed to work 3 times and 3 different reception folks simply reprogrammed the card. Nothing environmentally friendly about this place the waste at (sub-par) breakfast was shocking. Won’t be returning – there must be a better business hotel in Fargo

We had great experience overall. Staff is super friendly, hotel clean. I would love to have some greens in breakfast menu. Add some salad for some of us who like combining meet and vegetables - and it's ok if I pay a bit extra for this option. I would come again 100%

We booked this hotel to use the hot tiling and have breakfast before our drive home. We had plans to use the hot tub before our evening plans and they were shut down for “maintenance”. Then when we went down for breakfast the coffee maker was “out of order”. No coffee was offered at all. Was told that we would have to use our room’s coffee maker which tasted like water. The sausage were very pale in color I was afraid to even eat them and the eggs looked like leftovers from last week. I’m sure they weren’t but they were awfully dry and browned.
But our room was awesome. Very roomy and clean, equipped with a working refrigerator and microwave. The staff was friendly but didn’t go out of their way to make up for the short comings. I give housekeeping 5 stars.

We went up to this hotel to enjoy the water slide and pool. When we were checking in, they told us the pool was closed. This was very disappointing as the whole reason we choose to stay at the hotel was the pool and waterside. They also did not have anything on the hotels website that said the pool was closed.

The property is okay. My room did not seem too clean. One of the beds looked like someone had been sleeping on it just before we arrived, the tissue dispenser looked like someone used the restroom right before we came, and all 3 of the shower dispensers were low or empty. I found Lindsey to be very rude when she was asked a simple question, but Quincy was helpful, so he helped to balance out the rating for staff. Not a bad location, but maybe the other hotels around this one would be a better choice if staff responsiveness doesn’t improve.

The price for the stay was outrageous. Checked in and the toilet was nasty and not flushed. Someone left a nasty mess in the toilet. The hotel was not clean. Pool area was all broken and fixed with tape. Will not be staying there again in future.

As we stayed her specifically for the pool and slide prior to flying out of state, we were excited to have a pool/slide option. The pool was COLD, hot tub was out of order, and slide was chipping.

Ok for a quick overnight stay.
The shower head was broken, couldn’t adjust the way it sprayed. The tv remote did. It work to power on but did allow to change channels once turned on at the tv and had to turn off at tv. Door key needed to be rekeyed every single time we left the room. The body wash was complete empty.
Positives was the room was clean and very spacious. Breakfast was not what was shown in the pictures but was ok.

I spoke with a lady on the phone before I booked the hotel. She said the shuttle service to the airport would be available for me the next morning. When I asked the front desk to take me to the airport they were rude and said there wasn't enough staff to take me to the airport on the shuttle—disappointed with the staff this morning and the service.

All staff that we encountered was kind and polite, our room was clean and comfy, and the pool was the perfect depth for all of our kids (2,4,7) and the slide was the perfect height and speed! Breakfast and coffee was perfect and we loved that there was a shelf with books and games! It was also a bonus that they kept the coffee going after breakfast hours. We had so much fun and will definitely make this our normal spot when we come to Fargo!

We chose this hotel based on the reviews which were really positive. The room was comfortable enough but the overall hotel is grungy and worn. From the parking lot to the room i didn't feel safe. Surprisingly the room only had one door lock and TV is small. I wouldn't recommend this hotel.

Disappointing.
The sofa sleeper was not good to sleep on in any way. Very uncomfortable, not really clean, and the sheets were not fresh.
The breakfast area was clean and cared for but the food offerings were pretty limited. The only protein offered was yogurt.

Property was clean. Comfortable bed. Nice breakfast. Great dining at Lucky 13 next door (right across the parking lot so very convenient).
We waited about 15 minutes for someone to show up at the front desk for check-in (about 7 pm). After about 10 minutes we called the hotel number and they said they would come but still took another 5 minutes. There were people coming in and out of the building but no one at the front desk at night? (In ther morning when we checked out there were 2 people.) The employee that finally checked us in didn't apologize for the wait or anything just sounded kinda annoyed that he had to stop what he was doing to check us in. Maybe they were short staffed?
Otherwise a good stay in a convenient location.

Mostly a positive stay. A couple of very minor complaints, the soap & shampoo in the shower were empty, and front desk clerk could not tell me there was a water refill machine in the hotel. But the place is clean, conveniently located, and reasonable priced.

Julian checked us in, he was kind enough to show us the room first.The cable in our room wasn’t working so I called the front desk and Julian answered and came right up and fixed it. This young man deserves a raise. He pretty much is running the place.A special thank you to Julian. Room was nice,bed was comfy.

Our room, although a little dated, was clean and comfortable. Our bed did not have a comforter but we were accommodated the next day by cleaning staff. Upon arrival the hallways looked as if they hadn’t been vacuumed. We were checked in quickly and the hotel front desk were pleasant and friendly. There was lots of parking.

We didn't like the limited bedding, you were either hot or cold, you had a sheet and a very heavy quilt. No one cleaned our room or replenished our towels in the 3 days we were there. We paid extra for the breakfast that wasn't worth going downstairs for and the website showed a recliner in the room and there wasn't one. I'll stay somewhere else next time.

We slept well, the young man that checked us in was friendly - a good conversationalist, which i enjoyed after a long day on the road.
I always like a clean room, of course.
However, the bathroom only had one bar of soap - no shampoo, conditioner, etc. We travel with our own, but that lack of amenities seemed a shortcoming from a nice-looking hotel.

The internet was down the whole time we were there. I know this was out of the hotel's control, but was still a bummer. The pool area could have used some help. Drinks spilled on the table, towels were laying around, and the dirty towel cart was full to the top.

The pull out was absolutely disgusting - full of dead bugs, brown and yellow stains all over it. No sheet on it at all. I talked to the desk worker and was supposed to get a call from the manager about it, but they still haven’t reached out two days later. Because of the nastiness of the room, we had share beds. I would never, ever stay there again.

The room was good, but the carpet within the room looked like it needed to be deep cleaned or replaced. The young gentleman who was checking people in was very stressed out, and made sure everyone knew he was stressed out. I think some customer service training would be beneficial. The young lady in the morning was very pleasant.

Overall our stay was a pleasant one at this hotel. There were a few things that could be improved though. A big one is the complete lack of anything gluten free for breakfast. My husband has Celiac and usually can find yogurt, peanut butter or fruit at a hotel breakfast. There was nothing at this one. Also the bodywash was empty in the shower and the t.v. turned on but wouldn't go to the channels. Other than those things, the room was nice, spacious, and clean.

Great front desk, Shuttle doesn't run 24 hrs a day
Our stay was good overall, though we ended up needing to pay for an Uber because their shuttle to the airport does not run 24 hours a day. This was a surprise because I booked this location based on a phone call I made to them a week earlier where I specifically asked about the shuttle and if it ran 24 hours. The person on the phone said that it did, but when I checked in the woman at the front desk said it didn't.
I do want to call out the great service by this person (sorry, I don't know her name but she was working on Monday July 11th at about 8:30pm). She was friendly and gave great service, even though it was clear she was busy that night.

Room was not handicapped accessible, even though it was supposed to be. Front desk fella is what I call “paycheck patty” just does enough to get paid. The room smelled so bad we went and got febreeze to cover it.

We booked this place under distressful situation when a GM of another hotel did not honor our reservation. Expressway Suites Fargo front desk person greeted us with "Yes, we have Room 100 available for an early check in" We were back on track for this family visit within 4 hours of losing our original reservation in Fargo to see our newborn grandson. As it turned out, this facility offered better amenities, convenience and a small suite for our room that worked out so much better for us for about the same price. We enjoyed meeting our new grandson in good shape! We recomend as good value for your $$ and friendly service.
