Hotel was clean but outdated. Rooms are old and outdated. Bathroom looks like something out of the 90's. Mattress isn't comfortable. But the hotel was clean and everything works including the fridge

Perfect for what we needed
Room was kind of small but functional for what my family of 3 needed as we were not planning on staying in the room more than to sleep…. Breakfast was great and coffee, tea and lemon water was always available… cups leaked but drink faster and no issues lol….close to all the shopping anyone can handle and easy access to interstate…

The staff was excellent but the building, and the rooms can use some better cleaning. The filters for the AC in the room I reserved seem to need a replacement because the air in the room was causing me major beadaches. I was able to be switched to another room but had an issue with the tub. There was a sticky substance in the and it looked like it had never been cleaned. I reported the situation and requested for it to be cleaned but the tub remained sticky and dirty. I quickly went and bought some anti-fungal foot spray. Using the TV was an adventure as I had to manually punch in numbers on the remote just to change channels on the TV.

The property needs updating. The breakfast while complimentary is appreciated but they started running out of food at least half hour before closing and no one bothered to replenish it. The chairs in the dining area need some updating as they were stained. The staff in the hotel was nice and the rooms while needing more updating were decent.

The staff at this hotel were all incredibly nice and very attentive. From the front desk staff, to the breakfast crew to the housekeeping staff, everyone was wonderful! The hotel is older, but you can tell that some renovations have been made and the staff does their very best to keep the facility in good condition. There's a bit of the disconnect between the modern feel of the rooms and the heavy Tommy Bahama feel of the lobby and public spaces, but overall this was a good stay. My only few minor comments for improvements would be that the mini-fridge froze everything within a few hours no matter where items were placed in there and one of the elevators has a bumpy landing at every floor and there was no place to put my travel bottles of shampoo in the shower as the shower is older and only had an old granny style soap holder attached to the wall. All in all, I would definitely stay here again.

The hotel looked really old when we got there. The bathtub was not draining properly. The complimentary breakfast was somewhat low quality compared to others who offer the same service. Staff was friendly, but they definitely were understaffed.

This property was disgusting. I have stayed in many Hampton inn properties. The room smelled and the carpet was so filthy that my wife’s socks became visibly discolored. It gave you the feeling that you were sleeping inside a dog house.

Every staff member was very pleasant and professional.
It was so nice to have infused water and coffee/tea/hot chocolate in the lobby along with fresh fruit.

I had no complaints the room was nice didn't smell funny it was great and then I showered and when I got into bed I flipped over the flat sheet and the comforter and I don't know if the sheet the bottom sheet was stained but it looked like someone their work pants may have brushed across the white sheets and left some black streaks . By that time I was just tired and ready for bed so I slept in it but overall pretty darn good

Our family go to place
Our family lives this hotel. Our room is always comfortable and clean, the people are very friendly and we just enjoy our stays here. Kids love going to the “little store” by tue front desk for their ice cream at night and we love the breakfast. We have been here many times before and will be back again.

This hotel is very close to the Tampa outlets. Lots of restaurants near by. Very clean and comfortable. Off the main road so the stay was very quiet. Staff were very friendly and check in was quick and simple.

Another great stay with family
We stayed here last year and loved it so much we went back 2 weeks later for my birthday. We have had alot going on since and decided to “get away” for the weekend once again staying here. We are always comfortable here and enjoy our stay. With lots to do within short (1-5 miles) distance this is the perfect place to stay. People are very attentive and friendly. See ya agin soon!

Outdated hotel
Not a good place to stay, check in staff was good but the room is outdated. Too few pillows compared with other hotels in the area, desk chair was worn out and leaned to one side. In room coffee maker was old style and only had coffee for one day, it was not replenished when housekeeping came in. No where to store clothes other than some wire baskets in the cabinet lived out of our luggage while we stayed there. Very outdated. Never received a receipt when I checked out for the taxes and fees paid. It was also noisy with kids running in the hallway and people talking loud. The only plus was it is pet friendly.

Avoid the general manager
The hotel is dated, and could use a facelift. Staff (Erik) was friendly and helpful. General manager goes out of his way to make your stay a nightmare. The worst Hampton Inn stay we have encountered in 20+ years, thanks to the GM. Better to stay around the corner at Holiday Inn Express.

Our one night stay was great. The hotel staff sent texts to check if our room was adequate which made us feel welcomed. Jenita helped us find the confusing tv channel guide. Complementary breakfast included sausages, pre-made veggie and cheese omelettes and make your own waffles. Instant oatmeal variety packs, assorted bread and fruit were also available but no real gluten free or vegan options.

Relatively quiet property. A youth hockey team was on our floor so that was a bit noisy but the hotel is right across the street from the arena.
