Our truck was stolen from the parking lot. There is no security or cameras. Front desk showed absolutely no concern.

Was super disappointed that Expedia couldn’t tell us the pool was closed. We did get an email after we arrived, but we would t have stayed here had we known. Also, the pool closure notice wasn’t on Hampton website until we complained, but they didn’t care anyway. These 300 ish foot rooms also were the smallest rooms I’ve ever seen. Never again.

Good for price.
This is second time we have stayed here. We did write on our reservation for a room close to pool & on 1st floor. We were opposite end of the hotel. For the price it is not bad. However, the beds are really hard, and the pillows need replaced. The TV is stationed and it doesn't allow you to move so everyone can see it. Breakfast was okay, however not enough seating areas with tables.

The room was lovely but in need of maintenance: tub faucet dripping, toilet overflowed, sunshades cord broken, phone and tv remote not working properly. Hotel was very gracious and refunded me for a one night stay. Breakfast was good but they ran out of food on the 2 mornings I was there. Pool and hot tub very nice.

Heater Broke
The heater/ac unit broke while I was there. They responded right away, offered me another room. I chose to not change rooms because of the effort.
They didn't fix the problem. But I just didn't use the heater after that.

Property is clean but really outdated. The bathroom’s are small, the can lights were out and the soaps were basic. Not thrill with the amenities considering the cost. However, the area was super convenient, shopping was great and the staff was super friendly. Haven’t had the breakfast so we will see tomorrow.

I had not considered transportation and made the assumption that hailing a taxi in Glendale would be easy, however, when the time came to get back to the PHX airport for the flight home on a Monday following a Cardinals game, the hotel couldn't call a cab for me. They were able to give me a single business card for one company, and when I called to order a taxi, was informed that they had no drivers anywhere closer than downtown Phoenix. We were in good time and suffered no adverse effects on getting there, but it was an eye opener for sure. (The Uber app wouldn't connect for some reason when I needed a ride, but was MORE than efficient in bringing me food because Hampton does not offer room service. Again, not a deal breaker but instead something I had just assumed was standard and was able to overcome.)

Great location. Nice appearance on outside. Rooms just ok, no microwave. Breakfast food was empty 45 minutes before cutoff time and breakfast area was not kept clean throughout the serving time.

Amazing location! We traveled to watch the Niner vs Cardinal game and we could not have asked for a better location. This hotel is across the street from the stadium! If you love to shop and dine out, this is the spot for you. The outlets were right next door as well as Wesgate Entertainment Distrct across the street.

Grandma night away

The Hampton in Glendale was in a very convenient location with shopping, sports, food and entertainment at walking distance. At check in the staff was very friendly and helpful. The grounds were clean and aesthetically pleasing. The room was a nice standard room, nothing special, along with the breakfast. It’s there and always nice but nothing but your run of the meal food. I do recommend staying here if you will be going to a sporting event in the area. It makes for a comfortable stay.

Our room was run-down, most of the furniture had stains or was chipped.it smelled pretty bad too. We asked for housekeeping twice and were never serviced. The manager was kind and helpful, but would not stay here again.

For high price I would except long bed i reserved a shower that water is easy to turn on and off no hole repairs in wall that is coming apart - tissue paper in room would be nice and very unhelpful staff Location is good but that’s it

Property was within walking distatnce to stadium and dining. The room next to ours had a water leak coming under the wall into our room soaking the floor and carpet. The room smelled of mildew indicating the leak had been an ongoing issue for some time. The property personnel had to have been aware of the issue but continued to book the room anyway. I wont be booking this hotel in the future when i am in the area.

Concert at Dessert Diamond Arena
It was an amazing stay at this hotel. Walking distance to the venue, where we were attending a concert. The breakfast was also very good. Service at the front desk was exceptional.

The room we checked in was not made. There were used towels on the floor and the smell of after someone’s showering was shocking. We went right back down to the reception using self servicing bell cart with our suitcases. I reported immediately about the room to the receptionist who checked in us, but she prioritized all those seven people who arrived after us to finish giving room keys/checking in. We were kept waiting more than 20 minutes watching others finish checking in, because the receptionist, she said to have seat and wait for the new room key. She blamed the computer system of the hotel and no apology was mentioned. The place look nice but service wasn’t nice. It was very disappointing experience.

Upon arrival I discovered my room was not a suite which is what I thought I booked. Something happened during the booking process that didn't save right. The day crew did everything in the power to get me accommodated, praises to them. Although it turned out that follow through didn't happen withe evening shift. Arrived back at my room only to find that the roll away didn't arrive as promised. It eventually got corrected but the night person was very rude and unpleasant.

They made me bleed
The door didn't close all the way without slamming and really pulling. There was no conditioner in the shower and the dispenser fell off the wall cutting my foot. When i told the desk clerk she informed me i would be charged for that. The charging spot didn't work so we had to scatter devices for charging

Appreciate the hard work of the staff that go above and beyond to notice the details that make guests feel safe and comfortable. There seemed to be an issue with the outer side door not locking automatically and it was resolved before we had a chance to notify a staff member.

Close to Cardinals Stadium. The only irritant was tge day front desk worker took our check-in info to call us when the room was ready. We never were notified. The night desk worker was friendly and efficient.
