Great affordable hotel Quick stay
Front desk is nice, rooms spacious. Relatively clean but the condition of room was pretty used. There was no door latch and maintenance had to Gerry rig it on, screws not secured. Hot tub not hot, def would not come for amenities. Was good for going to Disney and icon park, and coming back to sleep. Breakfast is fire.Free parking

The room was cold , and heater did not work , smelled kind of musty , Breakfast was ok but not the usual for a Hampton Inn. No juice , machine broken , not much fruit or different types of muffins . Sausage was more like sliced hotdogs. No waffles, Staff was nice.

Room was very comfortable and fresh. Staff at check in very friendly and welcoming. Hotel is a little dated and tired looking but well maintained. Was surprised to find the room did not have a spot for any hanging clothes and ended up having to use the shower curtain rod as a closet. However, I would stay here again.

Disappointed for Hilton.
We did not receive a room with a king bed because they didn’t have any left. When I questioned why they told me because they couldn’t use all the rooms due to the odor. I told her we had an odor as well in the room she gave us. The room was musty and had a wet feel. Also the mini fridge was falling thru the cabinet and looked like a dog chewed the face of the cabinet off. Very disappointed for it being a Hilton property. They need to invest some money in this hotel. It wasn’t worth was I paid.

Very comfortable!
We enjoyed our room very much. It’s very close to parking since my husband has difficulty walking. The room was very big for him to move around too.

The carpeting in our room was soaked. I am guessing they had just cleaned the carpet. The room was wet the entire stay. The humidity in the room was so bad that it got my laptop wet from sitting on the desk. Also, my dog found old dog poop in the room and was eating it!

The room was not clean, linens were stained. Bathroom door would not close properly, shower curtain barely covered and most of the water ended on the floor. Requested cleaning (not standard unless you request it) they did not get it done even though we were gone most of the day. Asked for more towels and they did not have them the fort day, had to ask twice the second day to get them. Bathroom does not have exhaust so after taking a shower the whole room felt soggy. Probably the same reason the room when we got in had that same feel/smell. Ned squeaked.
I would not recommend going to this hotel.
I did raise this complains to the concierge, said were going to elevate to the manager and get me a discount, never happened.

Good place ...my only disappointment was that i was charged twice a $15 fee that was supposed to be refunded upon my checkout but instead was charged again. They acknowledged that a mistake was made but it still doesn't show on my card

Bed was noisey, refrigerator in the room was noisy, the sheets were worn andid not stay on the mattress, bathroom floor needs the grout cleaned, the shower floor was slippery. Breakfast was disappointing. Location was great.

Would give them a satisfactory grade.
Definitely not the nicest Hampton Inn we have stayed at. It Definitely nees some TLC and updating. However, the staff was super friendly and accomodating. After some initial issues with our first room, the front desk upgraded us to another room that was really great. We did not ask for this accommodation, so we were super grateful that they did this for us!

Natalia Made Sure Our Family Was Near Each Other Which Was Extremely Important! Joanne Made Sure We Were All Taken Care Of At All Times! Everyone Else Was Extremely Amazing! Our Rooms Had Updated Amenities & Were Clean! Pool and Jacuzzi Were Clean & Our Family Used Them Alone! With COVID, It Was A Pleasure To Have Such A Great Time! Breakfast Had So Many Options! Overall this is a nice hotel. The property is starting to look a bit outdated but it is very clean and very well maintained.
The staff is very friendly. Mr. Camacho was very handy and helpful. The front desk personnel were very friendly too and they work fast when checking you in and out.
It gets busy, so sometimes you have to wait a bit for some of the breakfast items to get refilled.
Another thinkg I liked: water, coffee, tea and hot chocolate available 24/7.

Pros- spacious room, microwave, fridge, sink area, daily breakfast, pet friendly, nice staff, very attentive. Had an issue with our fridge and it was taken care of right away.

OK Hotel, friendly staff, good location.
We needed a one night stay in the area and have had good experiences with Hampton in the past. The hotel needs a few updates to make it more comfortable. Our bathroom was quite spacious and thank you for having hooks on the wall and door (why do so few places have them??!) but lighting was very poor. No light over or near the shower and the overhead was not too bright. The room seemed generally clean but the rug & floor could use more attention. The bed was comfortable and the A/C worked like a champ! The breakfast area was nice with plenty of seating and provided hot & cold standards. The person who greeted us when we arrived and the one working the breakfast area were exceptionally friendly. The pool area was quite small and seemed to have only 2 chairs so I passed on trying the pool. Lots of chain restaurants in the area. Overall, an "OK" - lots of choices in this area so not sure I will return.

Hotel was nice and I enjoyed the breakfast options. Unfortunately, we picked this hotel because it had a shuttle that takes you to Disney, but found out the shuttle only runs once a day around 9 am and picks up before 7pm. After learning this we had to rent a car instead to not limit our time at Disney. Wish shuttles ran more often and offered more time at the park.

Our first night was unbearable as the air conditioning unit in the next room was so loud it kept us up all night. The next day, we noticed their a/c unit was in the hallway so you are obviously aware.

Seems like everything in Orlando was expensive but I expected more for the price. The decore is outdated. The beds were not especially comfortable but the room and halls smelled off. Like they are using a strong and bad deoderizer to cover up another bad smell. The exercise room is small and not well ventilated. The staff was ok and the breakfast staff was working hard to keep up. I would will look elsewhere next time.

The hot tub by the pool and the climate control in our room were both broken. But the breakfast was great each day, the property was very clean, and guest services very prompt and thorough and generous in fulfilling our request for more complimentary toiletry items. And the staff were friendly and the bed very comfortable.

The front desk service was awesome! Sweet, polite and friendly. Elevator was scary didn’t work well at all and seemed very unsafe. Room was great but pull out couch was terrible. It was broken and super uncomfortable. The complementary breakfast was good but felt rushed and the potatoes were awful.

Service and breakfast was great this time i stayed here we stayed at the 4th floor the carpets were very dirty and the room carpet as well the sink was clocked and the bathroom was dirty and a part of the shower was broken and look unpresentable. Honestly for the price I don’t think it was really worth the stay.

We have a family of 5, two of which are in wheelchairs. The room was nice and large, open with plenty of room for all of us. We have been looking for somewhere were we can consider our go to place. And we think we found it! We will definitely be returning here again. The only thing was that one of the elevators was not working but since the hotel wasn't as crowded, it wasn't really an issue. The staff was great!

We booked a suite and when we arrived to check in after a long day at the parks, we were told that their hotel was overbooked and our room was given away. I paid extra for a suite with a pull out sofa to accommodate our children. We were told that because we booked though a 3rd party, they could give us any room they wanted to. You can imagine our frustration. Also, the hallways were not air-conditioned and hot, one of the elevators were broken, the bathtub wouldn't drain. The breakfast happened to be delicious. They have a minnie mouse waffle maker that the kids enjoyed.

Hilton Honors member whom only stay at Hilton affiliated hotels. Check in was easy; front desk staff was easy. Check out is at 12pm. At 10am I was awaken by housekeeping coming in my room. Upon making the compliant at the front desk; I was advised, “oh that happens all the time”! It’s no acceptable.
Also there was a giant toenail in the middle of the carpet.

Loved the larger room we were in. Very clean and staff was very friendly, especially the front desk girl that was on the night we came in. Tip: breakfast area is small and gets crowded fast! Get there early ;)

This was a very nice place to stay. It was clean, quiet and the beds were great. The staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast they offered was nice. Items available included waffles, scrambled eggs, sausages, potatoes, oatmeal, muffins, fruits, various cereals juices and coffee. It was a great stay with no problems.

The hotel did not have my room ready, they did not have my room period. Because I booked through hotels.com; it was considered “third party” and they were not responsible for meeting my reservation.
The staff was friendly except for one of the front desk ladies. She kept on saying third party it’s not a guarantee reservation, like they were not getting pay regardless of.

The hotel was definitely on the dirtier side. The bathroom had hair stuck on the door and my bed also had hair on it. I went to the desk and got a new set of sheets. I literally was only going to be there for 8 hours to catch my plane so it wasn’t worth getting another room.
