I thought the property was nice until my alarm went off at 5am unnecessary. I turned on the light and saw roaches crawling up the wall. Later that morning I went to breakfast came back to find roach on my pillow. I told manager and he offered to refund my stay. I have yet to see refund. came back to

Not what I expected for the price.
Stayed two nights. Rooms were not serviced after first night. Asked why upon check out and was told we were asked during check in if wanted our rooms serviced but no one asked. In fact, two rooms were reserved at the same time but woman checking us in had to "look" for the second room. TV in my room was really small. Not all of the remote functions/buttons worked. When I told desk staff I was told it problems with remotes were from the previous year's hurricane. This makes no sense.

Everything was great. Staff was nice. Property was clean. The only complaint is the beds are very uncomfortable. Hard as a brick. And toliet to low to the ground and nothing to help you pull yourself up. They did get me a toliet riser but that didnt work for me either. I had called and asked for handicap room the day before. They said there was none available. There was one next to us and we never heard anyone or seen anyone come out of that room.

Check in experience was terrible to say the least. We were given an already occupied room! After about a 1-2 hrs check in process at 9pm with toddlers we finally got to a room. Clean and comfy and near legoland so it was convenient

Amazing room clean and close to Legoland . No complaints. Nice breakfast too love how they have coffee tea and even hot chocolate out at all times! My kids loved the hot chocolate

This place obviously doesn’t know the difference between a queen and a full size. There was 2” of box spring left sticking out under the mattress

Our check in was good and the concierge was very accommodating and friendly. However, the room was not totally clean. When we pulled down the bed comforter we found little hairs in various places on the sheets. As if the room was flipped without changing the linens. We don’t like to draw attention to ourselves, so we just asked for extra linens ourselves. I noticed the hotel could use some tlc overall. Paint chipping, rust marks in the bathrooms, etc. also the breakfast was ok. It’s seems the breakfast gets cheaper and cheaper as far as quality of food goes. Otherwise the stay was fair I suppose, but will not return to this property. The review on hotels.com gave this place a 9.8 which is why we booked it. That’s is inaccurate from our perspective

It is a reasonably priced and very comfortable hotel in an odd location yet reasonably close to my final destination. Breakfast buffet was very good. Staff friendly. Room quiet, clean, comfortable.

Overall the place was well kept and clean but the building, furniture, etc. are showing their age. got the feeling of aggressive cost cutting at this hotel, old everything, frugal approach to amenities in room extras (i.e. towels).
side note: mattress covers are too small for current mattress (king) cover slid off reveling the bare mattress during my sleep, i was not able to slide back on (not fun when you have kids its the middle of night and would like to stay on top of the sheets).

This hotel was ok - I selected it because of the brand name. We were visiting Peppa Land, an area of the Legoland theme park. The city of Lake Wales is older and doesn’t have tons of options. This hotel definitely needed some updating. The wallpaper was peeling, the carpets in the hallways and elevators were old and dirty, and the hallway walls were scuffed up. The staff was incredibly nice, from the front desk to the breakfast staff. Free decent hotel breakfast and small shop behind the counter. They had a small pool that was separated from the hotel some that needed some help - no towels there, broken umbrellas and a little messy. The room we stayed in was a suite. It was huge ! Very spacious and the kitchen area has a small sink. It was also in need of an update. The drawers in the kitchen are were water damaged and stuck and there was mold in the corners of the bathroom and from leaks in the roof. It was overall decently clean except for the mold. There was no air conditioning in the hallway so it made for a kind of swampy humid feel with the room being so cold. Pretty location and across from shopping. Wasn’t my favorite but I would stay again.

I stayed at your Hampton in Middletown De. Granted it was newer but there breakfast offered a lot more variety and someone was there at all times. The travel bag they gave us had a rock hard bagel in it.

The property was extremely nice and clean. The beds were comfortable and the room large and roomy. My only complaint was in the bathroom, the toilet was so low it reminded me of those in kindergarten restrooms. I actually fell the first time I used it because I wasn't expecting it to be so low. When I mentioned it at checkout the gentleman said yes we get a lot of complaints about that. Well if the get a lot of complaints why don't the change them out that visitors, especially older travelers can use comfortably

The check-in was wuick and easy. When we gat to our room at approximately 8PM my wife went into the bathroom and there were feces on the toilet and hair on the vanity and in the sink. The shower and the bathroom floor was dirty as well. We were very disappointed with the condition of our room.

The view behind the hotel was nice, the stay was not. The mattress was literally a newer mattress on top of an old one, no box spring. I'm not sure if this is typical with hotel rooms, but I felt like I was falling off the bed all night. Also they put a queen or twin size fitted sheet on a king size mattress so all night long the sheet was rolling up under us. The A/C was set at 72 but it felt like 78, I live less than 100 miles from this hotel and I know what 72 feels like in south FL. I didn't fall asleep until the A/C was at 62 degrees. The free breakfast was what you would expect if you ate cardboard. All in all it was a deal at 200$ compared to 500$ for a decent hotel. I will not be staying here again.

It was ok. It was near the venue I was attending so that was a plus. The room was average however the bathroom could have used some attention, The shower doors were off the track and I fixed that but could see how they would pop off as they were mounted backwards.

Very nice breakfast each morning. Easy to get to my room.
There is only the comforter. No blanket. I had a hard time sleeping. Then I found one blanket in the closet the day we were leaving.
The check in lady was not having a good day. Lol
All the other staff was very pleasant
Not much to choose from to go eat close by. But great Location to go to Bok Towers

Even though we requested housekeeping at check in, nobody came to clean the rooms any of the days. We had to ask for clean towels in the lobby. Everything else was perfect.

The staff was amazing, really sweet and really nice and friendly. The room is super clean. Had a super clean still attached to the door. Breakfast had a good selection of food. They had a waffle machine. They had eggs. Nice potatoes. I really nice hot breakfast. Location was quiet. Definitely would stay again :-)
