Absolutely earns its “wonderful” rating! The staff is warm and welcoming, the food delicious, the suites are a tremendous value, and it was close to Dulles, which was a priority. I would seriously consider routing international trips through IAD to stay at this property again.

Lovely place. Food is very good. Great staff, but why, when two people check in, do they only give you 2 bath towels? Do I have to get management’s permission to wash my hair? This seems to be a thing in hotels now;

Property is a little tired. The suite layout is excellent!! Fitness is poor for a full service hotel; free weights are limited and layout is such that 2 people can't workout at the same time; I don't understand why properties don't have 2 of the same universal machine handles for each hand; liked there being some add'l machines for legs.

Great central location to soccer fields
Great set up for the bedroom and living room with pullout. Perfect for soccer tournament. Breakfast was very good glad I opted to pay for it with room charge. Cheaper than by the day. Good locations. Lots to eat and do.

Ants everywhere in the room, unhelpful staff - left something in the room, called and was told there'd be a call back, no response. Appears to be nice but the staff made it feel more like a motel6.

Great location in that it's minutes from Dulles and next door to many fast-food, fast-casual restaurants.
Room was good, SHOWER WATER PRESSURE was epic, I wanted to bring home with me.
Restaurant was DISAPPOINTING. Slowww service, and out of French fries at 6 pm on a sleepy Tuesday. Absurd.

Front desk was so friendly and welcoming, room was very nice. Only issue was the mini fridge was so warm we ended up throwing away everything we stored in it but overall would stay there again!

Okay hotel not the first choice I would pick
It was okay. There was no pool so that was the only thing I can say was a turn off. Also when we got the cot they didn’t give us any sheets until the next day and it was by the door on the floor when we returned from dinner Saturday.

Great place to stay and park for airport travel
Stayed here both before and after our flight for vacation and parked our car here for the entire 2 weeks and saved $ compared to airport parking. Hotel stay including breakfast was wonderful and shuttle worked well to and from the airport.

In the first room, the sofa bed was broken. I called to have it addressed. We went out for dinner. 1.5 hours later, nothing had been done. I called again. After waiting another 30 minutes, I finally asked for a different room. This was accommodated. In the new room, one of the phones had a blinking light and buzzing (had to disconnect it). The shower head would also not stay up (had to use it as a handheld only. In short, the rooms don't seem to be well-maintained. Breakfast was good (though expensive). Location is convenient -- lots of restaurants right there (1 minute walk).

The light switch next to the door did not actually do anything, like turn on a light. I need a little noise to help me sleep and I could not get the thermostat to power on the fan.

I booked this hotel on emergency and chose it for the high traveler ranking. That it was. Very mediocre bar/food but luckily there's a very nice bar/food right outside rear doors. TGIF it is. Very nice.

Accuse me of smoking on their property and charges over $1000 worth of fees on my credit card without notifying me know not checking my room. Rita was very Rude and loud this was a big event for us and she was quite an embarrassment.

Really nice hotel super clean and comfortable
Nice roomy hotel lots of space super clean and the beds and pillows were so comfortable. Staff very friendly. Limited dining option in the bar but good. Free shuttle to the airport. Would highly recommend and would stay again

The room was very nice. I felt like I was in a luxury hotel. The bedroom is connected to a room with a sink, which leads to the bathroom, which connects to the sitting room that has a pullout couch. There are pocket doors and swinging doors that allow the spaces to be separated if desired. The bed was extremely comfortable. The shower curtain with a liner was amazing. This hotel is connected to a building with a theater and several places to eat, including Panera, making it easy to get meals in between events.

Great overnight stay before flying out
Only an overnight stay, but it is was excellent. Clean, great location, and good personal service. We left too early for their shuttle, but the front desk arranged a taxi for us.

I just checked in. I found the coffee maker is broken and the room isn't well cleaned. The quality of the room is average. The receptionist who told me she is the supervisor is mean and not efficient.
I regretted that I came here.

ABSOLUTELY LOVED THIS HOTEL. It’s hard finding reasonably priced rooms with sofa beds and separate bedroom. It seems small but actually pretty spacious. Loved the location we just walked out the back doors of hotel and there were restaurants and stuff right there so didn’t have to go far for dinner. The front desk staff lady was nice and quick. I also put a note asking for a high room floor and extra towel and cloths and they actually messaged me back saying done and see you at check in. Will definitely say again.

I was really impressed by the service. We had mistakenly arrived at the wrong Marriott after a 20-hour journey. The receptionist helped us cancel our reservation at the other property and rebook at this Marriott. The room service was also very good although I wish they could have used real plates and silverware instead of all that disposable plastic. During this time of pandemic, Marriott should do more to protect its employees. The receptionists were not wearing masks or gloves.

Overall solid hotel. Doesn’t have USB charging ports so make sure you bring a wall outlet for your charger. I had to buy one from TMobile. Great location with tons of restaurants and a movie theatre nearby.

Hotel was very nice. Had a night stay before departing for Mexico the next day. In looking at this hotel however, it says 'Free Parking' everywhere. However, just a note, that I did not know about b/c it was the first I've seen for a location near the airport....they charge you to leave your car at their location if you are traveling. I was charged $50 to leave my car there during my trip. While certainly not an airport parking lot charge, it was unexpected, and had I known, I'd have stayed at another hotel with the 'Fly and Park' option that I'm used to. The 3 families in our party that were traveling with us were also caught off guard by this charge.

We had no way of knowing that there are 3 different Fairfield Inns near Dulles. When we took the shuttle that had Fairfield Inn printed on the outside and confirmed with the driver we were shocked to find out we were at the wrong Inn. Luckily the registration clerk called the other Inn, got our reservation canceled without fee and gave us a room at the Sterling Inn

Disrespectful checkin representative
When we got to the hotel to check in we was told what time. Breakfast will be served on 05/26/2019 bit was not told about what it would be on check out day 05/27/2019 so we missed breakfast. On check out day I got charged for breakfast that showed on my booking breakfast is free the check out representative was very mean and nasty she was slamming cabinets because I asked for the manager name and phone number she gave me the hotel number not what I asked for she told me she would take off the breakfast fee I was being charged since I did not get breakfast on 05/27 and while leaving she said and thank you to for her removing the breakfast off my bill and her and the other representative was running there mouth while I walked out. It is bad enough when I got into my room on checkin in the tub there was a ketchup packet in the tub and there was dirt in the tub. Talked to corporate office about the incident with the representative issue waiting on the email for investigation hope the video for the camera have sound to here the way she was shutting them cabinets and running her mouth

Heading Home to West Coast.
