Overnight stay
Hotel was nice enough, but dated. Only two bath towels in room. Pet policy needs a review for sure. 8 lb hypoallergenic dog should not cost 100.00.
Hotel shuttle did not make first trip until 6:00 am - not great for traveling. The restaurant staff were friendly but food was 3/5.

Not sure why there was a Courtyard Marriott right across the street from The Marriott, but The Marriott clearly was the nicer, higher quality property.

Stayed one night with a companion as part of BMW's delivery program. The property and staff were excellent. Rick, our driver from the airport, was amazing and super friendly. Dinner at the on site restaurant was delicious. I would definitely stay here again!

In general, my stay was good and the Marriott here was fine. Nice hotel with a decent restaurant and of course close to everything I needed for work. It bothered me a lot that I had to pay for Internet because I signed up through Expedia. I have never had that experience at any hotel before. In addition, the firewalls on my computer were going crazy when I was trying to sign up for the paid Internet. I had to go into advanced options just to get onto the Internet at the Greenville Marriott and they had to connect me with an IT department offsite just to sign in to the Internet. That was a very bad way to start my visit. Other than that, everything was fine. I would skip the restaurant though. It is overpriced, and the food is mediocre at best. The server was fabulous though.

I was in town for a BMW Car Club Of America event at the Headquarters and at the BMW Performance Center. The quality of the hotel and proximity to good dining options are the reason I chose the hotel. will stay there again next year for the same event.

Nice, quiet, temperature issues.
Great welcome. Check-in very efficient. Room fine. Only issue was ac seemed to stop in the night and controls did not seem to work to lower temperature. Made for a muggy evening.

The staff at this hotel is the nicest, most friendly staff Iāve ever had the pleasure of meeting. From the minute we checked in to the minute we left they were all so nice and accommodating. The room was very clean and comfortable. I highly recommend staying here.

Family Wedding- weekend getaway
He had a great stay and the bed was very comfortable.
The only issue we had was the shower head could not be adjusted to how we like the water flow.
We plan on staying at Marroitt in the future.

I stayed on the concierge level, the 7th floor, and was very impressed with how nice and quiet the entire floor was. I appreciated the warm breakfast in the concierge lounge and the availability of cold drinks 24/7. I will stay here again on my next trip through Greenville/Greer.

Very nice
Hotel was little dated but was told full renovation was coming soon . Court yard looked beautiful! Restaurant was amazing and the workers were so friendly. This was done right .

Nice place!
Incredibly friendly staff from check-in to dinner, bar and breakfast. Nice rooms. Only complaint is the doors are very loud when opening/closing and the walls a little thin so you can hear hallway activity and your neighbors water running.

Decor is dated, minibar fridge is loud, door lock didnāt work on arrival and shower didnāt work but both were sorted out quickly. Breakfast was ok, but after 8am they seemed to stop restocking it. Itās ok, but not good enough to make me want to use it next time.

Even though the airport shuttle was not scheduled to start until 6:00 am, there was a driver (I think his name was Darryl) available who took us to the airport at 4:30 am. That was much appreciated!

This hotel was rated as 4 star hotel however, there was no refrigerator only a cooler and no microwave which why I specifically selected this hotel. I had to request cleaning services for my room more than once.

The area was nice, but I paid extra for an executive room. At this hotel, an executive room just means a room on the 6th floor. Why that is extra/special, I don't know, but the room was too small for my wife, child, and me. We ended up leaving around 9pm and returning home (we are selling our home, so we needed a day away while showings on our home were taking place). We paid for breakfast, so we came in the morning and dined at the hotel restaurant, which was pretty good. The breakfast was the best part of the stay.

Happy We Stayed at the Greenville Marriott!
The staff were fabulous. We needed a very late checkout since our car had a nail in a tire, necessitating finding a place to get a new Michelin tire to match our other three. They also arranged for us to place some medical cool-packs in a freezer. The restaurant staff was great, too. We can't imagine nicer people and we'll be staying there again the next time we visit Greenville!!

For a high end Marriott property this place is VERY datedā¦ desperately needs updating. Breakfast buffet expensive amd disappointingā¦ a Hilton Garden Inn breakfast has better quality food and more options. Breakfast staff two mornings in a row was more interested in chasing us out of dining room 20 minutes before closing. Concierge level on 7th floor featured a few cans of soda and more 1990s furniture. So many better hotel options in Greenville.

I had reserved a double bed room and when I arrived they lied and said that I had reserved a king bed room. They knew what I had reserved because they had a roll away bed in the room already. They treated be badly because I reserved through a third party. They also didn't have my loyalty number on file which is a reoccurring issue with Expedia. They decided before I arrived that I was the one that was getting screwed and they lied to me and tried to make it out like it was my fault.

This is a beautiful property. I wish I could say the same about staff service on the phone before we arrived. I was specifically treated like trash because I booked through Expedia. With no prior knowledge of the area and no idea where to stay i was punished verbally for using a third party booking agent. Doubt Iāll stay at a Marriott again any time soon. Iām handicapped and was checking on my request for an accessible bathroom. Thanks for nothing.

This Marriott was located right off the highway and was conveniently located near many restaurants, Top Golf, a Dunkin, and a Starbucks.
We were impressed when we walked in and the TV was on and displaying a welcome message for us.
And speaking of TV, it worked. I have stayed in some of the nicest hotels in the country and they have had some of the worst TVs, but this Marriott had a tv that had a working remote. It might not sound so exciting, but after a long day, sometimes I just want to kick back and watch a little tv before bed.
The shower though, the shower needs help.
At least with the faucet. I really hated standing in the shower for 5 minutes trying to get the temperature just right. It's either scalding or cold, not much in between.
The breakfast buffet was amazing!
