Budget hotel not worth it
I understand budget motels so i did not have too high of expectations but i would not recommend staying here. First, they wanted to charge $20 for 1 hr early check-in. Then they said the "free internet" was not very good, but for more money i could have a code for better internet.
Then in the room the toilet leaked and flushed about every 10 minutes. Finally the bed was pretty hard and not comfortable.

Trash outside my room, dirty towels and cockroaches. Sad that motel 6 has become a dump. The chain could do better and bring more business travelers if it stepped up their game. Sorry but no more for me.

Seriously dangerous ares if town and tv basically needed to be replaced, super 8 usually has coffee pots in rooms, actual blankets, and hair dryers. It is still clear that it had the motel 6 style of updating from their designs made in late 2018ish.

This facility sucks. The room door doesn't seal, the heater blows cold air and the staff indicated they didn't have spare blankets, and there is only soap in the bathroom ... no shampoo! At the price they charge, this motel is not a value at all.

It is over-priced during the week, with no hair dryers, mis-matched coffee pot sizes to coffee packets, gang members/stalkers/dealers posted as homeless, a couple with cardboard signs followed us to hotel street turn from freeway exit on foot too. It is not safe area for walking around even for a single male, even though there is a mall on the other side of the freeway. No orbit free buses come withing 1.5 miles. Stalker appeared to be standing just at sidewalk area watching our hotel bldg too. Very scary.

Got locked out of the room, tried to contact the front office by phone and number provided. NO ANSWER! NO SERVICE FOR HOURS. LOCKED OUT WITH BAD WEATHER CONDITIONS.

Close to dining, mall, downtown, bus line. Room needs more cleaning under the bed, under the a/c unit, top of refrigerator, coffee maker (did not even use it). Less shower pressure because water is leaking from the bath tub faucet. They don't come and clean the room everyday. I was there for 8 nights. Nicole at front desk was very nice.

Budget but at a cost
Look for cut corners here. Unworthy pillow and bed coverings. Dirty floor. Workers who arrive late to open office. But if you need a budget stay conveniently located you could do worse.

The hotel was good, nice room no problems with the hotel service. Checking in was a nightmare though because i had to contact hotels.com so i wasted an hour sitting in the parking trying to get it taken care of

The staff is very rude and there are bugs and when your not about to receive a refund this is a huge problem I would not recognize this place they don’t try to make you feel comfortable and when I did reach out for help and called the office I got yelled at due to the fact that the lady on the phone said that she was busy and I wasn’t talking fast enough for her so she put me on hold for over 10 minutes with no response so I had to walk up to the office. I do not recommend but go at your own risk!!

Comfortable, but needs an update
He did have a full kitchen, but no cups plates bowls, silverware, nothing I guess they expected you to pack everything yourself. But drawers did not work. They wouldn’t open they would fall out and everything was extremely old.

The price is cheap so I didn't expect much, but the broom did not appear cleaned before I got there. White mucus stuff everywhere. And when I turned down the bed there was a live tick in the sheets. I ended up sleeping in my truck.

I have now 3 times attempted to submit a truthful review of a happening at my stay but i'm being told it's inappropriate. Let's try again with softer language wirh a different tactic.

Arrived to the room and the room smelled like smoke upon entry, so much that it exasperated my friend's asthma, then there was a dirty/wet rag on the dresser. While I was looking at the dirty rag a cockroach came out from under the dresser which I immediately stomped out. We left and went and stayed at another hotel as the front desk was very busy that night and I had to be up in a couple of hours for the Ironman in town. :(

Definitely a well used property. Coffee pot hasn't been cleaned in quite some time. Previous guests trash still under sink. They charge a$50 damage fee. Guess that says something about something. It's refundable, but still. I wouldn't go as far to say the room was dirty but it wasn't clean either. Bed was definitely used and abused.

It was clear the floors had not been cleaned before us. The table was sticky. It was very much a 2 star place as reviews show. Overpriced for the quality. Staff was friendly though.

Not a bad place
Was not too bad for the night. Booked later in the day. The room had some minor imperfections as most do, but the bed was gloriously soft and was.very restful. The floor under the bed should have been swept under, there was a lot of dust and some debris that was quite visible. The tub had some rust stains, although we declined to use it, being unneeded. Overall a good stay.

Since im a long term stay with my job 15min away walking i dont really need to share anything other than the Front Desk. Mgr on duty when i pay every week is Nicole, from day 1 she IS VERY FRIENDLY, AND HELPFUL IF I NEED IT, GOES OUT OF HER WAY TO SAY HELLO OR HAVE A GREAT DAY...

It is what I paid for
The front desk service and check-in was extremely friendly. The room is minimalist, which is fine, but places it no more than part way on the comfort scale. The kitchenette is nice, but show some signs of unaddressed maintenance. The room could be cleaner. I found debris on wall and a long hair on the floor that is not mine. It is not sheltered from outside noise. The freeway noise is constant, but expected since it is right next to it. I was kept awake by the neighbor's dog that barked a few times during the night. The room did maintain a comfortable temperature and did not require repeated adjustments. It is no frills, but does have the added kitchen amenities if needed for a decent price. I'll be looking for something a little quieter and more comfortable.

I would never stay here again.
It took a long time to check in and it required a $50 extra deposit. It was a wheelchair accessible room. The shower curtain was too short and water went all over the bathroom. There was rust on the bathroom door frame. Some moldy grout. Said it was non-smoking but we could smell the smoke. The heater didn't work. I would not recommend this motel.

I was attacked by a favorite at the hotel apparently he had no right being on the premises but yet he continued from day one even to the point of knocking at the door causing it's only charges with harassment felony charges

Instant refund for cash deposit, cheapest deposit around and as ugly as the place may appear, it can be a diamond in the rough. A few rooms are horriffic, some rooms are bad, some rooms are good and a few are outstanding; no bugs, no dents, new(er) appliances and comfortable. Find one of those rooms and you'll understand my high rating.
I work remotely and have been exploring areas via hotel stays and studio 6 breaks the motel 6 mold and at least for short term, is the lowest price and best quality hotel that isnt a horror show; *cough* Red Roof Inn Plus

This was the first time I had a issue at the property. I was refused access to my room after I had previously check-in unloaded my belongings into my room after I received my key and I was out for the day I return 9pm and my key wouldn’t work and I was refused access room and to my belongings. I had to sleep in my car over night until the next morning. I spoke to the supervisor and I was still checked-in I wasn’t give access to my until 3hours before check-out spoke with general managers. Issue was noted

Lost Reservation
When I arrived, the lady was very helpful and extra nice. She couldn't find our reservation so she looked up my name and found out that my reservation was cancelled by whom, I don't know. We traveled 7 plus hours to find this out. Was not nice that someone cancelled my reservation, she was kind enough to find me another 6 Motel, was cheaper but ugly. Someone dropped the ball and I will NOT use Hotels.com anymore.

I requested a non-smoking room and was put into a smoking room. I was so tired and had to work so early the next day I just went to bed. After work the next day, I came back, hoping to get a little sleep and requested a late check out and was denied due to them, not having enough staff.

THE STAFF IS EXTREMELY HELPFUL AND FRIENDLY. My ONLY CONCERN BECAUSE MY STAY HAS BEEN INDEFINITE. I WORK A FEW BLOCKS AWAY AT THE MARRIOTT AS A HOUSEKEEPER. HUGE PROBLEM WITH THE CABLE CONSTANTLY SCRAMBLED OR COMPLETELY OUT WHENEVER IM WATCHING SOMETHING. IVE TRIED MOVING MY TV BUT STILL PROBLEMS WITH ALL CHANNELS..

Overall, great value for the money paid for the suite. TV could be a bit larger and they had a metal doorstop attached to the floor in the middle of an open area that is an accident waiting to happen in room 260. The staff really makes up for what the property is lacking. Best deal is getting the room 3 days at a time (Deluxe Suite is the best).

Need to do something about pot smokers and roaches
I have been here before and usually it was good. I had two cockroaches in my room. Outside my door 4 gangters were blowing clouds of pot within 4 feet of my door. Coughing. I was supposed to be non smoking area. There was a security guard why didnt he ask them not to congregate outside the door of a customer.

Shut it down!
Extermely dirty all around! All linens stained and filthy looking! Parking lot fuul of automobile fluids constantly tracked int the room! Horrible customer service. Delapited beds! Non functioning appliances! People sleeping all around outside of the property! Constantly approached by panhandlers and dealers! Broke down vehicles and trailers in parking spaces in front of the rooms!

Why I never!
Check in was challenging. Asked for room on ground level because of a knee injury and I was denied. Every day my key didn’t work so I had to climb stairs to get key. Police were called to property for a couple 2 rooms away. This was a very disappointing experience.

Not a great hotel - Be wary about booking here!
No attendant on duty in evenings and nights and no way to get a hold of anyone. I booked a reservation late night and showed up with no way to get into hotel. No one answered the "phone" provided and no contact information. So I had to go down the street and book another hotel.
When I requested a refund both through Expedia as well as directly with the property - I was ignored!

Front desk ladies are nice, but the property itself is beat up, smells moldy, the tub is clogged, and shampoo is for sale. There was a top-naked man who knocked on my door and said he rang the wrong room. It's next to the highway so there's constant noise and occasionally tire screeching. Maybe I expect too much of a motel but that's what you get.

Every thing was great until I ask for towels a woman look at me and said they were filthy I felt? And said if they stay that way I'll charge you $40 I've never felt embarrassed in my life I took pictures in case but the lady in front was awesome made you feel at home and welcome but I still stayed another week because I like her neat ness and kind ness and Studio 6 is my best stay looking for home
