The hotel/resort is very nice. It is clean, quiet and the staff is friendly and helpful. Your room is a condo; it is quite spacious and has good amenities (2 TVs, a balcony, a kitchen (no stove but a modified stove top), a fridge, and a stackable washer/dryer. My complaints are that for the price, it is not all-inclusive. You must pay for food and to park. There are no public garages or other parking options so the $40/day is another fee that cannot be avoided. Also, not much variety in food options. One restaurant and the food is okay - nothing great. There is a local grocery story about a mile away. Recommend shopping there for breakfast, food one can cook on stove top, and snacks to minimize cost and for variety. I enjoyed my time at the beach - showed up and got a chair and unlimited towels (but these are included in resort fee). Overall - good to get away, quiet, and relaxing but not worth the inflated prices/fees.

The beach was clean she conveniently located. It was quiet and the staff were all very professional and the area felt safe. The staff at the valet were always extremely quick to retrieve our vehicle and were kind and professional. We will definitely be back in the future!!

It’s not a terrible hotel. It’s very expensive where we stayed which was a two bedroom two bath but it is outdated and the outdoor furniture is also outdated. I wasn’t really impressed, especially with the price that I paid.

I was very happy with everything. It was a girls trip/surprise bachelorette for my daughter.Rod helped us at the pool in our cabana and was great. Check in was great at check in and check out. The concierge was also very helpful with getting champagne and fruit and cheese platters. (Frank and Shawn) We also loved our massages! I would definitely recommend! Marianne

Where to start?
This was by far, one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed at. The staff was so incredibly kind and nice I felt like I didn’t deserve such treatment! They were extremely accommodating and ready to literally serve us with anything we needed at whatever time. The hotel itself was beautiful! The beach and beach staff was amazing as well. The restaurant, front desk, valet staff, everyone in general really made an effort to make sure our stay was unforgettable. Our room and view were top notch! There was a need for some minor upgrades in the bathroom but everything else was so good that those little details didn’t even matter. Our family had the best time here. Such good time that my 6yo cried on our last day there because we were leaving. I definitely plan to stay here again many many times :) very happy with this property.

No parking options means expensive valet parking is a requirement. This should be disclosed up front. Parking cost per day were excessive and with many long waits. Similarly, Convenience fees for a list of things I don’t use, is a ripoff. All in all, given the fact, I was already there across the country with no options, it felt like extortion.

Outstanding beachfront resort
We love this hotel! Besides the two fabulous pools, the beach is amazing with a reef that is right offshore and is great for snorkeling. All the staff are extremely friendly and courteous. Can’t wait to book another stay at this great resort.

Late May 2023 - Lovely location, views and beach, & friendly staff. Decor a bit tired in places, especially the pool area. There was some work ongoing, with scaffolding and workmen overlooking the pool and the entrance to the beach. The Tiki Bar was boarded off & moved during our stay. There was no notice of works at the time of booking, so a bit disappointed.

We paid for an ocean view room and got a parking lot view… when we spoke to the front desk they gave us $100 credit … so ridiculous !!! I think the language associated with the room descriptions should be reviwed!!! Happy to send you a picture of the parking lot view we spent $700 a night for !!! Ridiculous !!! Will not be staying at Marriott’s again

I paid for a ocean view and I could may be see the ocean if I stood at one corner of the balcony. The toilet ran all night. The room was mediocre at best. I felt like I paid $800 a night for a decent shower. Really disappointed

This was our first time staying at this resort and we couldn’t be more pleased. There are two great pools and the hotel is just steps down to a beautiful beach. The staff was outstanding, so accommodating, professional and pleasant. Food was delicious, too. We definitely plan to come back.

The view we were promised when booking looks NOTHING like what we had. This should be a class action law suit. Other guests experienced the same. It’s false advertising 101. They stocked room with limited supplies and we had to call for more…why just a one cup coffee maker for 4 people?? Needed more K cups constantly. Needed more towels. More soap. Etc…. This was a 3 night stay place. Staff was for the most part nice but not at all sympathetic to our promised “ocean view” room. It was like they had heard it a million times before. Marriott-STOP using those photos on your website!!!! They are lies!!!!!!! It’s not what guests are getting!!!!!! We will never return.

We had a 2 bedroom suite that was well done and reasonably priced. Property overall is well maintained and staffed. Location is good and down the road from the beautiful MacArthure Beach State Park. Singer Island itself is pretty soulless.

Staff was great. Room adequate, bed was poor. Bathroom was huge, but no grab bars and very slippry shower floor, and poorly designed.

It was a fantastic stay! The staff is so welcoming and helpful. The grounds were nicely maintained and the beach is beautiful. The outdoor tiki bar closes early around 4pm, that was a bummer. But they did have a beautiful bar inside that did the job. Food was great too!

This would be the last place I would recommend staying. They were rude, and not pleasant to deal with. I had a fraud report on my account, and they were not willing to work with me. Thank goodness my credit card company did. This was an absolute nightmare to deal with these people. I travel for work and this place put a bad taste in my mouth for Marriott hotels.

Beach Water & Condo-Style was a winning combo. Staff and service was exceptional. Raj & Nadine @ the front desk were personable, efficient and resourceful. Cyprie was helpful & friendly as well. My 2nd trip in 2 years-hope they don’t raise the rates, so we can go back next year!

Lovely property. Tiki Bar out back was fun with James the bartender and the grill guy. Also enjoyed the live music. The hotel needs more bathrooms out back. There is only one and people had to wait in line. A little ridiculous. Also, they need more restaurants at the property.

We had a wonderful stay. Booked a 1 bed room, free upgrade to a 2 bedroom. 12th floor ocean view with balcony was fantastic. Room was very clean. Ate dinner and lunch on site several times food was very good (but not cheap ;-)). Beach and Restaurant service excellent! Quick ride from the airport. Easy drive to downtown West Palm for shopping and museum. Some less expensive and nice restaurants near by to try. We are a mixed race family and felt comfortable at the Resort but the majority of the other patrons were white with some mixed race and black families/ international travelers. We traveled in May so this may have some impact on who was staying. Other feedback some smaller hand weights in the gym and posted instructions on how to get the TVs to work on the cardio machines would have been welcome.

Great customer service but poor conditions
We arrived at 5:30pm check in was 4:00pm and the room wasn't ready yet! My elderly patents, whom i booked for, had to sit and wait. They offered a temporary key for pool area but my folks were handicap and couldn't go outside. After a long wait they told us there was a problem and that our room had no A/C! They said they would put us up in another room but it didn't have an ocean view. They said they would refund me $300 for the difference. The resort view room was very nice but a little warm. Afterwards they told me they couldn't refund the money because i booked through a 3rd party and that i could use the $300 on the hotel premises only and only until we checkout (I booked Wednesday night and Thursday night). I wasn't happy! I paid a total of $1,141 for 2 nights. Then my dad used his card for the incidentals: $270 !!. I forgot to mention when we arrived the valet said I had to pay for valet even though I was only dropping my folks off. He said i would have to park in the next lot over. I proceeded to do so and was surrounded by homeless people. I got my pepper spray out and headed through the bushes and trees and dirt in the heat back up to the hotel!! How rudiculous and dangerous that was!! And after i paid so much money to stay here!! I spoke to the manager Mathias and apologized and said next time to have the valet slip stamped inside for free, its a shame the careless valet didn't tell me that! To add to all this, the A/C in the new room stopped working that night!

The property is beautiful, the restaurant is great, the beach is great, the pool is great.
We had an issue with the AC our room was at 76F degrees.
I explained at checkout that I was already charged for the room at check-in automatically on my online credit card but because I provided a different credit card I was double charged and they said no, had to create a ticket with expedia.

Our honeymoon experience with this hotel was just awful. The location, view, room itself, and beach were all nice. But it ends there.
- Bath water was yellow and smelled weird
-Staff was unresponsive
- We were called ahead of time by the hotel. They asked if it was a special occasion. Said they would have something waiting for us in the room. There was nothing.
- After asking them multiple times if they do anything for honeymoons, the sent up a very small cheese plate that had a cheese similar to parmesan, grapes, and nuts that my wife is allergic to.
- Other than the brunch and truffle fries, the food was just not great. Cold, overpriced, and bland.
- Could never log into the internet
- Movies that are "free with your stay" weren't working
- Was charged extra for internet
- Valet was 30 minutes late getting the car the day we checked out. I walked over to the valet window and the guy was fast asleep with his head back snoring. Which really annoys me because they force you to valet, and they charge you for it.
I do not recommend this place to anyone. Truly and poor and somewhat upsetting experience.

Large rooms condo style .our room had a Beautiful ocean view. Very comfortable but need some basic updating- USB ports etc. this is a family resort perfect for kid vacation. Wonderful access to beach. It’s on the beach! However they Need more meal options at beach bars and ocean restaurant and at times staff was overwhelmed. Walking distance to ocean view walk restaurants few shops. Overall beautiful relaxing vacation. Fly into west palm airport. Much closer. Ft Lauderdale airport 1.5 hours away. Would recommend this hotel.

Having travelled up and down the south florida area I can say this hotel is a bit overpriced. I guess it’s basic supply and demand and hotels are getting away with higher rates so they charge it. My issues with this hotel
- Arrived at 3pm and was told we had to wait until 4pm to check in. During this time a steady flow of other customers arrive at hotel and are being checked in, I checked several times but was told room was not ready yet others kept getting checked in. At 4pm I heard nothing so I hovered at desk and approached finally to be told my room was ready lol comon.
- suite was nice but definitely dated and not worth the rate
- location of property in palm beach is a bit out of the way from the action, but this is also a positive for many people I admit
- vallet parking was slow, they didn’t charge my EV, why? They could see I had low battery

Overall, a great place to stay with mostly positive attributes. Our suite was excellent with an entire kitchen, large living room, large bathroom, and even a washer/dryer/dishwasher. It was an amazing room with a lovely balcony as well. The hotel layout is pleasant. The pools are very average and not necessary remarkable. Hotel is located to all major areas of Palm Beach by Uber. Very kid friendly - a lot of families were there while we stayed. A few negatives: We had to repeatedly ask for our hotel room to be cleaned or they would skip over us or clean our room super late (~5pm or never). I imagine this is an issue with limited staffing due to COVID / Holiday season. However, it was inconvenient. One of the employees near the beach chairs was very unnecessarily rude to us on Thanksgiving. I won't write his name here to spare him the benefit of the doubt since it was Thanksgiving after all. The restaurant is good, although there is only 1 restaurant in the hotel. The beach is close by and pleasant. Overall, this place was very reasonable and solid. It was not a wildly breathtaking resort, but a very good option nonetheless. The highlight was definitely the massive size and amenities in our hotel room / suite. Thanks!

I prepaid for my stay on Expedia. At checkoyt i get hit with a resort fee and a $400 charge that nobody could explain. Staff try hard but clearly this property needs new management. Very disappointed that Marriott would alow this.

Property in good conditions. The rooms were large one bedrooms with good amenities for cooking one’s self. Only gripe is that the pool areas needed for more staff and that the drink options need to expand for non sugary options and offer detox juices etc.. I could have definitely spent more poolside. Otherwise it was a very nice property and helpful staff. Five stars to the valet group!

This Marriott property at Singer Island Florida is amazing. The staff is super friendly and accommodating, the entire place is spotless, the pools are big and very pleasant, and the rooms have spectacular views of the beach and intracoastal waterway. We celebrated our 40th wedding anniversary and it’s truly been unforgettable thanks to this place. Can’t wait to return!!

This property is a wonderful place to stay. However, Expedia sold us this room as a "Full Gulf View" and it was not. It was a partial gulf view with a FULL view of the park. Next time for this hotel, we will book through the Marriott and NOT through Expedia. When we checked into the hotel, all the rooms with a FULL gulf view were booked up.

The Hotel and most of it's staff are great. The condition and amenities are great. We did have an issue with the House keeping. We had several small items, Apple Air pods and jewelry stolen from our room. I you stay there don't trust leaving valuables in your room. Take them with you or put them in the safe.
