This hotel is use for prostitutes..visitors not saves i was very desapoiter to pa, 600 for 3 nice and have a stranger in from of my door looking for prostitute....very scary

We got in close to midnight and was tired. Walls are thin, I heard the person next door TV. Woke up around 315am from cigarette smoke. Called the front desk from the room and my cell phone, no answer. I walked to the front desk he offers to spray something im a bottle to get rid of the smoke smell. It didn't help. Housekeeping was cleaning the room next door at 4am, the door kept slamming, loud music playing, just an overall uncomfortable stay.

Horrible customer service all around
I never even got to stay there I was told they did not have my reservation nor did they have a room available. But my money sure was taken! Which I’m confused about because how did it get processed when I NEVER got to even check in!!! I literally had to drive over a hour more to even find a place to stay. So horrible exp with the hotel as well as hotels. Com and nobody can seem to help me with this!!

What I appreciate the most about this property is that they have a small store in the lobby, which has just about everything you probably forgot to bring with you. Toiletries, assorted sodas&water, even chips are available for purchase. And after my travel, I needed a pick-me-up(a Pepsi&some Pringles). What I didn’t appreciate was the bathroom could use a little updating. 8 out of 10.

someone else's key card worked in my room. went to management and they told me "they arent responsible for what happens after the card is handed off." didnt offer a refund and them and police dismissed us.

Maybe fine by the hour, but rough for a night.
Confirmed at check in that I wanted a smoking room, was put in a room clearly labeled "non-smoking" and told to "just smoke out the window". "Deluxe room" was smaller than square footage advertized (and photos on site were clearly of a different, larger room). And breakfast was not available, according to signage, "due to COVID", meaning it likely has not been available for years despite still being on the website. Window blinds missing pull chains and rods. Bathroom sink counter sagging badly enough items would roll off.

Hotel was convenient to the Parkway. Staff did not seem to understand when I said I almost fell in the shower/tub because there was no bathmats. I asked them to bring one and I only found an extra towel. You can tell it previously had one since the tub was discolored.

Mini fridge was block of ice .... unuseable ... NO SMOKE DETECTOR .. which was a surprise since this place Had a Fire last yr ... frame of bed had metal supports sticking out ... hazzard issue ... 1 large bed & Not 2 as in picture ... The shower curtain was ripped and the hand held shower head had no hanger to keep it up so you could use it hands free. I also had bugs all over the room and bathroom. Bed was good and clean.
Some of the outlets were out of service or taped over. Front steps are concrete and need repair.

Horrible place. Avoid!! Quickie motel. Thought was reputable if on Expedia. Fake positive reviews. Nasty owners. I came in and 15 min later after finding bugs and hairs in the bed sheets, we left. Hard time getting refund. Terrible place.

The room was very small, smoke detectors were removed and the entry staff were not welcoming. Definietly not coming back here. We had to book a separate room due to lack of space and the comforters had burn holes in them.

NEVER GO HERE- WHY IS THIS ON YOUR SITE?
I should have taken pics. No one will believe me. This place was the worst. It has shaken my faith in using hotels.com. It is a zero star.
First, as I'm checking in, the guy said that the website did not pay and wanted to charge my credit card. I showed him my electronic receipt. He called another guy and he told me to call. Ten minutes later I had my husband come inside and talk to them as I was getting nowhere. Miraculously we finally get a room.
We get inside room 230 and it had not been cleaned. There was waste in the bathroom trashcan, dirty toilet paper piece on the floor, opened soap in the shower, hair and dirt on the floor of the room. The bathtub was broken and the extra pieces were in the shower. The refrigerator leaked a puddle of water on the floor. There was one towel. The room smelled sickly sweet trying to mask an obvious smoking odor. The bed didn't have a top sheet, and the fitted sheet had literally 2 cigarette holes in it. The mattress had at least one hole on my side. The window shade was broken. Literally this room should not have been rented.
I asked for a new room. They said they were full and would send cleaning ladies. The woman was very nice, but this place was a disaster. They had a stream of customers because apparently they rent by the hour. It was so noisy. There were 2 used needles by the back door and I'm sure a plethora of other illegal things going on. No breakfast either, although no way we would've eaten there. Never, ever go here.

Room was filthy dirty! Used washcloths hanging in bathroom. Big old dirty panties balled up on bathroom sink. Had to force them to change bedding. There was weed & trash in bed under covers! Shower was dirty. When I called them to clean it they used windex! Not going back again!!!

Usually when I stay I have NO ISSUES. This last particular time I was told upon checking in that I would be charged a extra fee because I DID NOT BOOK THRU THE HOTEL DIRECTLY. I don't know if he was new or tried to scam me; that made me very upset.

The clientel leaves much to be desired, especially when checking in and you're asked how many HOURS you want!
There were no regular blankets, only the never-changed bed-cover. When I called and asked for a regular blanket, they just sent me another shiny, gross cover. Needless to say, I was freezing all night.
The 'free continental breakfast' was a joke. The coffee was the worst I've ever had, and nothing looked fresh or appetizing.

I feel like I got ripped off . I paid 333 for 1 night here while they advertise on thier web page 141 . On top of that the room was disgusting . The person in front of me in line for check in was renting a room for 4 hours was a very suspect looking Lady with him . The bath tub was dirty people were really loud in the hotel and my son turned on the Tv and the Tv was on the hard core porno channel . Both him and my wife were traumatized staying here . There were crack stem burn marks and razor blade cut marks on every flat service in the room . Im not sure what crack smells like but the room had this lingering chemical smell and did not smell like lemon fresh cleaner or anything close to that . This place is terrible . Red Carpet Inn should revoke the franchise name due to this scummy hotel condition . I want my money back . We slept horribly too . THe bed was stiff and we felt we should of had a black light to inspect the bed with . Its probably better we didn't . We would of no doubt been whorified !

Always a 50/50 with Discounted Rooms
This was my second stay here at Red Carpet Inn. I'd gotten a decent deal and chose to come back. Enjoyed my first stay thoroughly. The room on the second stay was clean but there was a slightly musty smell to the room. Probably due to the A/C unit.. kind of smelled of moisture. Other than that the stay was ok.

Romantic spot with culinary treasures
wonderful- one of the most romantic places i have stayed. The service is impeccable - if you get room service you must try their hidden gem the truffle oil and aged reggiano parmesano fries - very reasonably priced. The turn down service with the Teuscher pralines on the pillows is nice touch. I strongly recommend it and will definitely stay again

tiny room, about 100 sq ft. but clean and comfortable and uo to date. overall very private and comfy stay, but this is more of an hourly place. the front desk is a mini condom/convenience store. service isn't very great though.

RUN AWAY FAST, DON'T LOOK BACK!!!
AWFUL!!!! Stay away! I had emailed them and said I was going to be getting in late, we arrived at 2 a.m. after driving for 6 hours. My room was being "Cleaned" to make sure it was perfect for me. What?? At 2 a.m.?? Okay weird but we were exhausted. On our way to the room we smelled pot and cigarettes. Room was supposed to NON-SMOKING! Nope, it was so smelly and the only thing that said it was a non-smoking room was a little table tent that was easily moved. Then, my daughter and her friends found a condom wrapper and gum on the carpet next the bed. The bed comforter was damp like something wet had been left on it. One of the bed sheets had a stain on it! The pillows (one per person, can you spare it??) were lumpy. It was supposed to be for 4 of us and we had 2 towels. Free breakfast?? No thank you, we were exhausted so we sucked it up and stayed but got out of there without looking back! Later I found out this is hotel for hook-ups!! STAY AWAY! I booked this room to stay for an overnight with my daughter and two of her friends while doing some local college visits. I saw it seemed to have decent reviews - wish I had investigated further because I found more reviews later that supported my experience.

Terrible place. They rent rooms by the hour. We tried to checkin with an Expedia reservation and he would not let us checkin. He said it was made for the wrong day he said we could buy a second room. Which we did. The room was so bad that we got a refund. He would not refund the wrong reservation

Phone froze and I booked by mistake for wrong night. Hotels.com where willing to change reservation and just needed red carpet inn to agree. Red carpet inn would not honor, stayed it was purchased and wouldn't let us cancel/change reservation. Poor business

Not the best hotel but did the job when I drank too much across the street at the wine bar and needed a place to crash. The hairdryer wasn't working and when I called the front desk to inform them they came up almost immediately with a replacement.
