Good value for an "off the path" Hilton stay.
An older resort recently purchased and being renovated by the Hilton brands. If you can get a good deal compared to the typical Vegas resorts, you really won't go wrong enjoying this place...and the farther into the future that you go, the more of the renovations that will be completed! Win/win.

If the off-season rates are available...go!
Stayed for an extended business trip but enjoyed the facilities far more than i anticipated prior to arriving. Nice facilities to unwind and exercise before and after a workday. Very pleasant staff.

We enjoyed our stay at the Hilton Vacation Club Cancun Resort Las Vegas! The suite style room was perfect and very clean. Definitely will use them again on our next visit to Vegas!

I specifically asked for a quiet room...We're put in a room by the pool which was being renovated and construction was being done. Could have used more washcloths in the bath and also more coffee n tea. Liked the shampoo, cond, n lotion.

I didn't like that I was there 4 days and no one ever cleaned the room while we were out, or restocked tiles ! The heat didn't work while I'm room, I called maintenance. Once they showed up, they got hear working but the later it was back to not working. I guess it wouldn't been a big deal if it wasn't January ( low 37° high 49°), this was very unacceptable.

I stayed at this property over 20 years ago.. The property is outdated and they haven't really done many things to keep it going. During my sta, I didn't realize that the main pool was shut down due to renovation.
But there is no fence or boundary covering the construction part. And it looks like you're walking. Into an abandoned Courtyard while there is a pool that is working, the first impression is not good.

Worst service ever received by this resort. Especially from Michelle at the front desk. We called to report things missing such as dishes, kitchen towel, dish soap and her response was that resort was completely full and their staff were doing their best and to expect the worst due to the holiday weekend.

When this property was The Royal the food choices were amazing and now the choices are terrible. For a property that is so beautiful one would think they would rethink the menu’s. The buffet was also only opened on weekends which was horrible considering the other options were terrible we ended up eating off the resort.

The rooms were roomy. One of the toilet wasn’t working properly and there was a cigarette burn mark on one of the comforter. Over all it was ok but not worth the price

Great for families!
Excellent family vacation spot! We were in LV for an event and needed a more quiet, affordable, roomy place for our family stay and this hotel checked all the boxes. Close enough to the main strip to still experience all LV has to offer but also allows for a good nights sleep!

The only complaint i would have is the limited handicap parking in the garage. And the 5 nights we were there, multiple times i noticed that people were parking in the handicap spots without being handicapped or having a placard. Including the security. They would park between the handicap spots leaving no room to get out of the vehical on one side

Overall our stay was good and comfortable. Staff was very friendly many stores and restaurants were in close proximity. Our wifi was down for most of our stay and they could not get it back up and running, therefore we couldn’t stream to the tv. I would recommend this property to friends and family.

Everything about this hotel was either dirty or unprofessional, from concierge to sales staff for their fantastic fake tour to see the equally dingy remodeled rooms and the pushy hilton rewards program and a presentation that started off at 29k put forth by a lady who says she has to have a new bmw every year, and when we asked to leave they wouldnt let us for nearly 2 hours for need of being signed out in which they gave us five more pitches 3 of which were after my wife told the lady she wanted to leave overtly, it was similar to being interrogated by the police, not under arrest, but not free to go either. Terrible start to a "resort" vacation. I was there 5 days and didnt even get in the water due to it all just being soured for me. I didnt want to give them the satisfaction. My trip was non refundable so my options were check out and blow another $800 on a hotel for the remainder of my stay. Would not recommend this establishment and it sincerely gave me a bad taste for hilton as a whole.

The rooms were great! The property was in a great location for families and extremely clean. However, the pool and game rooms closed much too early. The game room left a lot to be desired. It even had a sign asking people not to be loud because it disturbs the workers.
The other downside was that we didn’t get offered any room cleaning until the last night of our stay which was too late. The kitchen area of the room also didn’t include forks, knives, or spoons which was annoying.

It is in the middle of a remodel and the main pool and hotubs were closed and noisy pressure washing of the old pool. It will be nice to go back once all of the remodeling is completed.

The one bedroom with living room with pull out sofa and 2nd bathroom, eating area and kitchen was a great base for our family trip. It is convenient to the Strip as well as highways to go to Red Rock, Hoover Dam, etc.

The first suite we were in was run down, no hot water, cabinet door was hanging off the hinges, etc. so we went to the front desk and were moved to the newly remodeled building. The only thing remodeled was a slap of pain, flooring and appliances. Bed was not comfortable and the bathrooms were old and outdated. I appreciate the staff trying their best to make up for everything but honestly, when you pay that much for a suite, you expect it to be a little nicer. Hope your remodel in the other buildings goes well but we won’t stay here again.

The hotel itself wasn't too bad, the room was clean.. my real issue was the attitude of the concierge. Her name was Anna and she tried to get me to sign up for a timeshare and when I wasn't interested because I had spoken to a couple guests at that hotel who had told me that timeshare is there are terrible, she decided to tell me that since, I can't think for myself and other people have to make the decisions for me, maybe I shouldn't be there. I did try to report it to a manager but they seemed unfazed and weren't even interested

Not what I was expecting
It was kinda disappointing that the place looked older than I was expecting and not the cleanest. Big build up of dust that’s probably been there for years. Definitely not worth the amount we paid. Place had a great layout. Great pool and waterslides. Room was okay but not the cleanest and old decor. Lamp shade had stains. Microwave wasn’t plugged in, had to figure out how to plug it in. I just kept finding a lot of thick dust everywhere better decor a deep clean would help a lot.

Boy was I wrong. Large, clean, nice suites. Great staff. Very good price. Next time I need to go to Vegas this will be my first choice.

The property need a make over and the cleanliness is not there. Our trash can was outside our room with throw up in it when we checked into the hotel. The rest was the same condition, no clean and no one cared. Cleaning staff came through twice and just left it. Bathrooms were not that clean. Furniture is dirty and worn. Halls are dirty.

We absolutely loved this hotel. It was roomy and comfortable place for our entire family to stay. Loved having 2 separate bedrooms and bathrooms. The only thing we didn’t like was the fact only one pool was opened and the closed at 6. My daughter played softball in the day so we didn’t get to use the pool despite having to pay the resort fee.

Grounds are nice and appear sate. Apartment was not clean. Carpet and upholstered furniture very dirty. Cleaning was hit and miss. Frequent burps of one of the toilets with bad smells. Shower and tub never cleaned and floors had to call to get them mopped and vacuumed. The apartment had a gas stove and gas oven which made me feel unsafe.

Best for families
We are a family of 6 with kids ranging from teens to toddlers. Our stay fit all of our needs - a pool to swim in, a quiet room to retreat to after a day sightseeing, and enough space that all could be fine in the hotel room. We highly recommend this hotel for families as it is short drive to the Las Vegas Strip, but quiet enough that all can get good sleep.

We were bringing our 16 year old daughter to Vegas for a music festival and I wasn’t comfortable staying on the Strip with her. This place was honestly perfect. It reminded me of a resort in Mexico - guess that’s in the name 😂 - and everyone was so friendly and accommodating! AND I didn’t realize how roomy our place was going to be, with two bathrooms! It was very comfortable and we will definitely be back and bring our friends! 😊

Definitely worth it, especially with kids
We have 3 kids, so we booked the 2 bed & bath room. It was great! Had a small living room with a pull out couch, dining area and small kitchenette. The bedrooms are decent sized with a tv in each room. Also the bed sizes are not the tiny beds were half of you hangs off, one room with the bathroom in the suite was a king and the second room was
i think a queen or full. They were decently comfortable mattresses too.But the bath tubs were enormous! The ensuite was a wide 2 person tub, and the other was about 3 ft deep with extra room but not as wide as the 2 person tub. The room was pretty clean and staff was very friendly. You also have a pretty long balcony to chill outside too. The pool area was very big and the pool was clean. The kids liked the water slides and i enjoyed the hot tubs. There is plenty of room for everyone. With 4 hot tubs and plenty of areas for swimming. Just that they blocked off a large part of the pool, but i think because it was off season.Definitely booking again!

Great place for a family stay. The full kitchen saved us a fortune on eating out. Located across the street from a grocery store and a short distance from the outlet mall. Easy access on/off the main freeway. Staff friendly and helpful. Amazing pool area with waterslides and lots of hot tubs. Very clean. Easy to access parking and elevators.

In general we loved this property and would be a great resort to bring the kids.
Unfortunately we did not get the full experience of all the facilities until the last couple days of our trip. Only part of the main pool was open, no water slides except for 2 on the last 2 days and the waterfall over the hot tub never ran the entire 5 day stay.
Also not allowed to sit around and relax around the pool after 8:00 so literally nowhere to sit and socialize at the resort. The lobby is tiny with 4 chairs. Would be a big improvement if they set up some tables and chairs for guests to lounge at right outside the main lobby on the large open deck area near the pool fence.

This is not a Las Vegas experience hotel. This is an apartment complex at best. Very dated hotel, with plumbing issues and gross tubs, 20 years old appliances and TVs. It is a Cancun timeshare experience, so if you are looking for a Vegas hotel, this is NOT it. We checked out one day early and they would t give us credit for that. I paid $388/day to stay at a dump. Hilton, please do better!

We had a two bedroom suite that we shared with our daughter, her husband, & new baby. Plenty of room & enough space in between us where we didn't disturb each other. We also enjoyed the pool & waterslides. Will definitely be staying here when we visit Las Vegas.

Sadly, I can’t rate zero stars so had to go with one. It is easiest to do this in point form:
- arrived and they checked us into the wrong room. We only realized when we lugged 5 of us to building 3, up 6 floors with luggage. We called the front desk and said we had to go back to the front desk. When we got our new room and went to go into it, it hadn’t even been cleaned yet from the last guests.
- house keeping does not come daily. I’m. It sure what their normal schedule is but we were scheduled on a couple days but they kept forgetting us.
- we needed bedding to make up the hide-a-bed for one of our kids and it took over an hour
- there was blood all over the kong mattress. We complained and they did nothing. We asked to at least have double bedding on the bottom. They said they would but never followed through.
The furniture was broken
- when swimming all I could smell was a strong natural gas odour. I mentioned it to the lifeguard. He said that it was normal and that 3 weeks earlier one of their large propane tanks exploded which was why 1/2 the pool area and outside was blocked off.
Overall, the property is filthy, service is horrible, but above all, they do not take safety seriously

While the place was nice (there were even two bathrooms in our one bedroom suite!) we had a few issues that were significant issues- though another similar property offered shuttle service to the strip, this hotel did not. It was about $55 USD round trip to get to attractions on the strip or downtown. We tried to use the bus but it’s not very frequent and we didn’t want to wait half an hour. We would expect more from Hilton.
I also was really disappointed that we didn’t have access to the game room on the evening we had planned on playing some games. We were not notified ahead of time.
We also discovered that though we had visual privacy in our bedroom, our son in the living room could hear everything we said from the vent in the bathroom next to the living room.
