Comfortable and clean
My stay was good. Guests were very noisy and it was easy to hear their noise. The only disappointment was the breakfast bar. No meat options were available.

Great location for business trip
The Azure Hotel was very nicely appointed with all upgraded fixtures in the room. Clean environment throughout. The front desk was super helpful, even after checkout. I had left my logoed cup on the counter and realized after I got to my destination, when I returned she had been calling trying to find out who the cup belonged to, above and beyond service. I will definitely stay again next time I'm in Mesa.

I had a pleasant stay at the Azure Hotel - the room was spacious, clean, and even though I checked in really late - after midnight - the front desk person was really friendly. The bed was comfortable and made each day we were there and the towels were soft and changed every day. Plenty of nice hot water and the showerhead offered a nice amount of pressure and spray. The only downside is that the walls and windows are really thin - it's an older building - so there's lots of noises. I used a white noise app on my phone to help with that.

I have cheaped out before and regretted it. This hotel was convenient, clean, quiet, and appeared to have been renovated/upgraded recently which made it very welcoming. I don't mind paying a bit more for those reasons.

Great staff, walkable area!
The hotel was very handy for the purpose of my trip. Close to the Mesa temple and easy for a non driver to get around, I enjoyed my stay very much. It apparently is a colder than normal winter, so I was disappointed I couldn’t swim or hot tub, but that certainly wasn’t any fault of the hotel. The breakfast was very carb heavy, but still gave me energy to start my day. I would go again.

Overall, a great place to stay, however, we had someone either near our room or outside our room who was smoking a lot of marijuana. Our room was filled with the smell. We called the front desk, and she offered us the chance to move but there were no other rooms with king beds. The next morning, the smell was back again. It felt like we were basically told to deal with it.

Walls were super thin so you can hear everything going on around you and my tv didn’t even work. Not much of a breakfast either. Very friendly work staff and easy to get more bathroom supplies that’s about all you get

Amazing place
We arrived 2 hours early and the guy at the desk was so nice. He requested our room be cleaned so we could rest up for our granddaughters championship soccer game. Will definitely use again if the need arises

The king room was very spacious. The hotel was clean. The manager was so nice at the front desk. No parking fees, $100 deposit. Very painless check in and out. If I was in the area again, I would definitely stay here again.

Christmas trip
The staff was super friendly and made conversation at breakfast. The rooms were comfortable and very clean. Check in and check out was quick and easy.
It is very close to the Mormon temple so if you are there around Christmas time be sure to take the block walk and check it out!

A rare gem! We only stayed one night but what a night! We stayed in! Thanks to the jetted tub in our room, we had the most relaxing evening that lead to a wonderful nights sleep. The best part of our stay was our lobby experience at check in. We had a really long and difficult day and were beat by the time i made the reservation. My companion (T) was . . . .less than happy and patient and both of us had forgotten about getting cash for the deposit. This meant we would have to leave to go get cash or use a card and risk it being up to a week before getting the deposit back. (T) was frusterated and headed to the car to go get cash, mumbling irritatedly under his breath. I smiled at the clerk, Alexa was her name, and explained that we were having a challenging day and he was "less than fresh"! She smiled back and said she understood and began immediately preparing the paperwork for a cash deposit stay. It took just a few minutes and then she printed out hard copies, initialed and signed them etc. Just as we were finishing, (T) came in and said "here's my card, just use it instead" and handed me a credit card. I turned to our check in clerk and braced for the fit i was certain she was about to throw for us putting her through the prep for the wrong deposit. Instead, when i looked at her i saw her smiling and saying "no worries!" as she silently crumpled the other paperwork we'd just made and threw it away without saying anything negative at all! Thank you! Outstanding!

As a business owner, I love supporting locally owned business owners. This hotel is cute, very modern and clean. The staff was very friendly. It's close by a lot in the downtown Mesa area, including the light rail. You can walk to the Mesa Arts center and many restaurants in the area. Highly recommended.

Poor Customer Service on Check-in
The front desk attendant when we checked in was very rude and unfriendly. The attendant did not discuss the property or provide any information. Just put the key on the desk and looked away.
The breakfast was mediocre. The area the hotel is in is rundown.

Lovin’ the Azure!

The rooms were large and nice but you waking up to a rooster crowing next door and hearing every single person who walked down the hall (guy who liked to whistle and conversations) was not great. We chose this location bc convenient to the amphitheater and great breakfast review. The breakfast was rough. No orange juice just a sign saying out which I was later told was for 4 days and the last day the coffee maker broke so no coffee. The rest was just bread, cereal, and very old tangerines. We were told just to use the coffee makers in our rooms but not sure how often those are cleaned bc our fridge was full of someone else’s snacks when we arrived. Our visit was just ok and luckily short so gave 4 stars.

Good stay in Mesa.
One night to attend a concert. Excellent accommodation, close to venue.. only problem was there were three clothes dryers and two were out of order and the third was filthy. Other than that, the room was very clean and inviting. Staff was pleasant.

The room, bed, and especially pillows (!) are wonderful. Very quiet, serene room environment. Spotlessly clean. I would wish for a coffeemaker other than Keurig (maybe a choice of coffeemakers could be an option?), but everything else has been super! The Azure Hotel is at the top of my list.

I was very impressed with housekeeping. If i wanted to look, i bet i wouldnt have found a spec of dirt anywhere! Always plenty of towels (an issue at large chains). Found housekeeping mopping the floors in our room!! Room smelled very nice. Tge breakfast area was always spotless. Employee was very responsive to our noise complaint. And i thought the price was excellent. Highly recommend!!

Dont go there if youre a black woman traveling. I wear red lipstick and foundation and they said they would keep my $200 depisit if it happened again. Sorry that i dont fit your white impeccable hype. I think the whole horel is racist. First of all the big drunk looking grizzly bear that they have overnight that only drinks coffee and watch tv complained for 5 minutes because it was past midnight and i went outside and forgot my key. He had to get his big lazy but up ...and said ..what if i was away doing somethijg. You sit there everynight. When i came in the room had an odor. Told the guy and he gave me febreeze. Just a shoddy , ratchet, racist organization.

Such a clean hotel. As soon as we opened our door it smelled citrus-y and welcoming. Bed was firm and perfect the way we like it. Only issue we had was figuring out the TV. All the settings were in spanish but we didnt struggle too bad. Breakfast was good, not too much to offer there but it was plenty to get the day started. We will definitely be back if we have another concert to see in town

Overall, the stay was pleasant. The room was clean and comfortable and no issues to report. A couple of exceptions were loud noises in the middle of the night coming from the hallway and the smoke odor in the hallways and elevator.

The place is nice. Clean. Room was large and clean. I would like to see some upgrades to the charging ports. Only a bedside radio with USB ports.
And the bed was rock hard. I mean we thought it was a box at first.
We enjoyed the pool and hot tub. But there were a few homeless people on the back side of the property hanging out.

Breakfast was way below the normal for a quality hotel. The Azure should be down rated for the below average offering. Had I known this I would have chosen a different establishment.
Also the bed was lumpy and the pillows were shorter than average and too hard.
The room was clean and neat but the TV was advertised as a 55” but was much smaller.

Contrary to some reviews the staff was friendly and efficient. Room was spacious but needed a deep cleaning. Dust in corners, bits of paper under furniture. No business center or exercise equipment cost the fifth star. I enjoyed my stay and will return if the need arises.

The lobby is very attractive and clean. Our room was spacious, and we had a king-sized bed. It had a Keurig coffeemaker, mini-fridge, and lots of mirrors. We loved the king-sized bed, and there was a large counter in the bathroom for my hair products and cosmetics, and it had a hair dryer. There was wifi, and free parking. Although it was not included on the list of amenities, they do include breakfast. The continental breakfast consisted of hard-boiled eggs, yogurt, oranges, pastry/toast/bagels, raisin bran or Fruit Loops, juice, and coffee. The managers were all helpful and courteous. They helped us to get a cart for our belongings. The only thing they lacked was a microwave in the room, although there was one in the lobby that we used.

The interior has been updated and well kept. The exterior can use some work. The breakfast needs more variety. The pool is nice and refreshing but could use some more umbrellas for shade.
It doesn’t have all the amenities as a big chain but for the value you can’t beat a place to rest your head
