To my surprise despite the previous reviews. I throughly enjoyed my stay. The hotel is situated conveniently near the interstate. I believe it sits nearby an office park. Which makes for it to be quiet.

While staying at the Sheraton North. The air condition system would not turn off. The temperature was set to 65. I called the front desk 3 times and all 3 times I was told someone would come. No one ever came. My son left the hotel sick.

Dated but still very nice!
This hotel is very nice, but it is alittle dated. The staff is amazing and alway took care of every need we had. Even gave me a discount cause we had to extend our stay and we kept it with them. The breakfast options are alittle confusing but there big one is a buffet for $21.00 a head which was a little high in my book by was good food. Room was great our A/C was kinda loud but we made it work and clean too. Big points for having EV chargers too wish more hotels had these. Overall we did enjoy it and there was not too much outside noise.

We have had three events at this hotel, and I love it. This is why I went back. This time was not the best experience. The last two times I’ve experienced problems with the parking trying to get the door open and end up having a pay for it and they’re supposed to have that included in the room. Then I get a room in the club suite room 650 which is right next to the highway and I stayed awake half the night lifting to cars driving by, the refrigerator could use some wiping down there was something sticky inside. There was a little less excited about the hotel room this time than normal. Most of the time there’s no problems.

Dirtiest hotel ever
I recently stayed at the Sheraton Orlando North and it was by far the dirtiest hotel I’ve stayed in ever. The hotel and room were all terribly dirty and the service wasn’t very good either and I’d like to speak to a representative about it. The air filters looked like they’ve never been changed, it looked like there was blood on the lightbulb, the dust was everywhere and even the balcony and view was disgusting. The buffet area has metal beams over it that had an inch of dust directly over top of food service. I could go on and have video and more pictures but I want to speak to someone about this asap

Has everything you’d need for a stay in Orlando and facilities are decent and in a good safe area. There is also a fantastic authentic Irish pub downstairs that I enjoyed very much. My only problem is the little things they try to charge you for. Parking in their lot is $15 a night which can start to add up on long stays and there is no option for reduced parking for longer stays. The breakfast bar downstairs is not complimentary, it’s $21 for the same food you’d expect from a normal complementary breakfast. It’s just one table of buffet food sitting on a warmer that you plate yourself. $21 for that? Come on….

We were really frustrated with the condition of the property. The parking gate would bot read the keys wanted us to pay with a ticket. The furniture in the room was broken and stained especially the headboard of the bed with splattered stains from the top to bottom. Although I appreciate the staff moving us to a different room the flooring in that was still dirty. They promised to accommodate us with a free breakfast that the staff informed us the next morning was not valid unless we were staying on the weekend. The chair in the room was stained like something spilled or throw up and the headboard had brown/tan spillage liquid stains down the entire fabric headboard.

Everything was great about the room.. the upgrades was very nice. However wished you all have replaced noisey a/c units. This was very unpleasant and I probably would prefer to book with another hotel who has went away from this.

The gal that checked me in was personable and professional. She was excited my room on the 4th floor was on the fully renovated floor.
It appears all the common areas and rooms were done, with the exception of the bathroom. The toilet was wobbly, the sink had a 5 inch scrape across it the shower appeared original and out-dated.
The bed was extremely comfortable and after I stacked a few pillows, I slept like a baby. I didn’t hear the air conditioner running after I dozed off.
Although I didn’t take advantage of the food options, there were options inside the hotel.
Overall, I would recommend and stay here again.

We didn’t see house keeping during our stay. Room had issues: we were initial put on an handicap room the flood the shower. The next room we were transferred to, the shower didn’t drain well and it accumulated nearly 1 1/2” of water.

Not worth the money
The room was in poor condition. Base Baird was falling off the floor all. There was a lot of dirt in the tracks of the slider. A dead roach on the floor. Curtains were old and dingy. Shower didn’t work great. Toilets didn’t flush properly. Fridge wasn’t cold.

Room was very nice. Very aggravated by some sort of car show going on around the property with stereo’s blasting music.Couldn’t get away from it, you could hear it in our room along with hearing it at the pool. We checked in around 4pm on a Sunday and went on until 8pm.
Also Monday morning came and at 8am housekeeping was knocking on the door to clean the room. We ignored it and then they came back around at 9am knocking on the door and after I answered them without opening the door, they wanted to know when I was leaving. That was my experience after arriving and being charged $16.00 for self parking. When I questioned it, I was told it was disclosed. Afterwards I eventually found the disclosure but it certainly wasn’t anywhere near the quoted price of the room. You would think we in some downtown area with no real estate to handle the parking. In this case, plenty of real estate with the idea of let’s throw up some gates so we can charge for parking when it provides no worth to guests because you can just go from the sidewalk along the street over the grass and into the parking lot. So no security to it at all. Nice room but everything was down hill from there. Will never consider staying here again. Very disappointed.

Have stayed here in the past numerous times and rooms have been remodeled and are very nice . The only negative is that parking used to be free and now the hotel charges a ridiculous amount of $16 per night . There are a good amount of hotels in this area that do not charge for parking so sadly because of this we will not stay here in the future

As always the Sheraton is an amazing place to stay. I can’t say enough about the staff and the attention they gave to me. However I will NEVER use Expedia again. They used a bait and switch tactic on me and I ended up spending a lot more than I planned.

Would be 5 stars if not charged for parking nightly. Lot didn't even get full with a convention happening at the hotel. Kinda whack. Other wise will still again. Also will be purchasing those pillows I had. They were the best part of the stay lol.

It's a nice place to stay with a few things to do in the hotel however I thought that I was getting the room with the nice bathtub which was in the pictures instead I got a small tub with black stain in it and curtain rod about to fall off. Also the parking is in the property why are you charging for parking?

Jamie and the restaurant staff are amazing!!! Take good care of everyone and the property is 5 star - clean and modern. Great Irish bar and the staff there are also great. After working all day it is nice to know I just need to get back to the hotel to finish my day and not go anywhere else. Thank you for the great hospitality!

Ghost ants in the room, not cleaned thoroughly, and door stopper fell off the wall when the door bumped into. No thanks. Staff were very accommodating, but these things shouldn’t happen.

For paying almost $300 I would have though there were little things that would be addressed. The garbage's around the hotel were full and spilling over, the A/C unit was old and made a lot of noise throughout the night, the bed was hard, the curtain looked as if it had burns on it, the wall had something green on it and I didn't want to get close to evaluate, while brushing your teeth you could see the reflection of something black which looked like mold or something. I only stayed 1 night so I did not want to make a fuss, but I probably wouldn't stay here again. There were updates done, but you can tell they were just a band aid to other issues.

The property location is seemingly far away from popular attractions and restaurants.
The electronic check-in process was flawed and did not assign a room which resulted in me making a special trip to the hotel ahead of plan on the day of check in just to provide identification and a credit card to keep my reservation.
The check-in process at the desk left something to be desired, but it was a very busy holiday weekend. The room was fairly clean and stocked with towels.
Although the room rate was at a premium during my stay and it did not include breakfast of any sort, the room met my needs.

This wasn’t my first stay at this property but it certainly will be my last. Do not sell Expedia the rooms as Club Level when they know very well that the club level is closed on their end. Although their TV says otherwise. Spoke with Mike (PM supervisor who basically dismissed my concern for the false advertising and the dirty room) who stated to speak with Alexis (AM manager) regarding this. Why couldn’t he handle it right then and there? Because they got caught basically stealing from customers. Any other Sheraton doesn’t do this. I spoke with many couples and singles during my stay and they were as upset as I was because they were under the impression the Club is open. BECAUSE WE PAID FOR THE CLUB ACCESS. But, no. Sagger checking in I asked Caitlyn (front desk rep) if the room is a club level room? She stated yes and left it at that as the EXPECTATION that the club is open is there. No word or mention that it was closed otherwise I would have downgraded the room or cancelled the entire thing. We went through emotional distress caused by the staff at this Sheraton for failing to be honest and upfront with their customers. I fully expect a FULL refund or further action will be taken with the individuals I met trying to access the club level they PAID for. This is not going down easy and we will be expecting responses from you.

Can’t believe this dump is a Sheraton.
Lobby was nice. The rest was downhill. Ripped curtains. Filthy bathroom, broken furniture, stained carpets. A disaster.

Check in my room and had 2 bug stains on my bed, went to the desk to ask if they can do anything like change the sheets. He said yes and when I got back the sheets weren’t on the bed, they left them on the dresser for me to make up. Would recommend this place at all.

While the property, itself, was lovely, the housekeeping lacked significantly. My room was not vacuumed upon arrival and was not vacuumed at all during my stay. I had to request room clean up (at $200.00/night). The faux Irish Pub's food was lacking, and that's being kind. A $22.00 'charcuterie' board was gross and unpalatable.
Will not stay there again.

I stayed two nights. The first was fine but the second was a nightmare. Was woken up at 11 pm by a screaming angry man down the hall, 4:50 am someone banged on at least four doors and at 7;50 am the maids were yelling down the hallway in Conversation then allowing the doors to slam shut each time they went to their carts for something.

Attended a wedding in this hotel. Booked two rooms two nights.
They were nice enough not to make a fuzz about the service dog we brought. The rooms were nice and spacious but the carpet appeared old and the renovation looked older. Nothing serious though. Just a general feeling.
The hotel itself shows as if they really try to keep it updated on a budget and they are doing the best they can with the resources they have. The lobby area is nice but not spectacular. The hallways are ok and the rooms are OK. There are 4 elevators and with the first responders coming in and filling the hotel to capacity after Hurricane Ian (two days earlier) there were two working on Friday and then Saturday/Sunday only one. Lines to get up to rooms was 15minutes.
The ballrooms had a wet smelling carpet in the area where our table was sitting. I had to move to eat my food not to be grossed out by the smell.
I understand the location is not prime and I am sure they have a hard time getting more money for the rooms because of it. But overall I would have rather paid a little more and gotten a better experience.
The one thing that bothered me a ton was the price of the breakfast (we did not opt for that) and in THAT location you should not charge for parking, certainly not $15 a night. That was just a slap in the face!

Check-in incident, but everything else OK.
Hotel can use some criteria training for some people at front desk. One lady couldn’t process my check-in due to a “3rd party issue” and the only one who could resolve it was the manager, but there was only one manager and he was in an interview a couple of feet away from us, but the receptionist told us he needed his”space and privacy” and couldn’t be bothered. So they rather had the customer wait for one full hour in the lobby until the manager was available instead of a quick 5 minute interruption to ask him how to finish the check in. Specially if the manager was the only one who knew how to do the process. After a full hour, the manager finally came by, clicked a couple of buttons and had us checked-in in less than a minute.
He did waive the parking cost though to compensate for the inconvenience.
Except for the check-in incident, everything else was good.

A faded rose; shabby without the chic!
So I am extremely familiar with this property. My spouse and I lived in different cities while we were still long distance dating and we spent about 3 days a week there for two years and it was a dream. Used to be clean and the in room dining was actually phenomenal and we are very picky. I was not expecting this stay to be as good as my previous experiences but I was seriously disappointed with the way they have “scaled back” on service. They say they offer room service during limited hours but I learned after checking in that they have no dining options other than a breakfast buffet which in the age of Covid was not an appetizing option. They are finally renovating the guest rooms but be prepared to overpay for any renovated room. All in all I would say try a better hotel . There is a Westin in North Orlando and a full service Marriott both just two or three exits away from the Sheraton and they offer a much better value!

NO advertised valet/bellman. LONG walk multiple trips for a tiny disabled senior. Could not get a single answer on dozens of attempts to connect with guest service. The service in the bar was great & Melissa at the front desk went the extra mile.
