The front desk person Mike S was the best part of our stay. He had everything ready for us when needed. He was there both day and night and was very attentive. He deserves a raise or some kind of recognition.

This property was okay. I think they could have done a better job with lighting in the lobby. A little too dark for me. The staff and pleasant and friendly. The room was clean but our TV did not work on the first night and I called and it was fixed. Close to dining and overall I would stay again

I've stayed at this property several times a year for years now - but this is my first visit since COVID started - so it's been at least 4 years since my last stay. The decline in quality was noticeable. The cooked items on the breakfast buffet were not nearly as nice as I remember (those uniformly round yellow disks that you are calling 'scrambled eggs' - please don't serve those - they are awful). Paper plates and plastic forks/knives/spoons. No soap or shampoo in the shower. Housekeeping isn't what it used to be - one day they visited and all they did was empty the trash. One of the two TV remotes in the room didn't work, thermostat on wall showed 'REPLACE BATTERIES' that maintenance apparently ignores. Coffee maker in the room made brown water that tasted nothing like coffee. On my last night there was a loud party in the room across the hall that disturbed my peace and quiet. The computer in the lobby that I usually use to print my boarding pass was broken and the front desk couldn't do anything about it. Couch cushions in the breakfast area have noticeable wear and should be replaced. Frayed carpet in the hallways. Piles of towels under communal ice maker to sop up water leaks. There were black stains on the walls around the air vents in my room.

I was told that our reservation was canceled by the staff, also we get to uir room and the bed skirts were heavily stained as well as the pillow cases. We made a nother attempt to find another hotel and no luck. When we were leaving that next day I understood why our room was not properly cleaned. The house keeper was sitting listening to his music. So, we were not happy at all and there was no reason to complain to the staff because they were all from different properties and were very confused. And it showed with the poor service we received.

We reserved a 4 night stay and it was conveniently located for our needs. The staff was friendly and courteous to not bother us when our sign was on the doorknob, which was the whole time. We asked for towels as needed. The 3rd floor reeked of pot, I didn’t say anything since I didn’t think they could do anything about it. The coffee was good in the morning but the eggs and sausage were AWFUL! The eggs come in a bag frozen. (We and another couple) asked because of the strange texture, taste and the visible difference. I highly doubt the owners of this hotel would eat them so why try to feed them to the people who stay there. The elevator broke 1/2 way through our 4 day stay and it definitely made it inconvenient since we were on the 3rd floor. We asked for help at checkout time to carry our stuff down to the lobby. They had no problem with our request. I’d like to say I felt safe but never found out why the police were there the first night walking through the halls and all around the premises of the building.

The first rooms smelled like pure smoke! Dirty dingy furniture. Moved us to another room on a upper level and the bed was decent the floor was filthy and the couch should not be touched… it was horrible. The bathroom was not cleaned properly and i was throughly disappointed in this experience.

The property next door does not have a fence blocking their yard. This was quite an eye sore during the day when it’s light outside and you can see. People are on vacation and do not want to look at that right next to where we park our cars

Funky pool and breakfast
I booked 3 rooms this week. My family was excited to swim and a pool is typically a reason I choose one hotel over another. The front desk attendant walked down to the pool with us because the pool lock was not working. There were spots (mold?) floating all over the surface of the water and none of the 7 in my party would get in it. No one else was there either. The attendant did not look surprised at this condition or say, "Sorry" or "That's weird" or anything so I don't know what is normal there. After this I was skeptical about eating breakfast here and if things would be sanitary and well prepared. My sister opened a milk carton and it came out in chunks on her cereal so she lost her appetite for anything else. The rooms overall were good other than some strong smells, maybe cleaning solution? It was hard for my mom to sleep because the smell was so strong and her neighbors yelled and argued all night. Labor Day 2023

It was in a great location for my trip. The hotel rooms and lobby were nicely remodeled. Some areas (like ice machine area), and the hall lighting are not remodeled yet. Overall great place to stay, much better than expected for the money.

Our first room when we checked in was not great. The toilet didn’t work, the lock on the door would get stuck and the ceiling had obvious water damage. It had cracks it in and was bubbled up where the water had sat. The pool was also less than spectacular
Staff was helpful and moved us to a new room but the had no more suites so we had to downgrade rooms.

This property is very good but I did find the water preasure not as good as shall be , and at check-in we had to be change to another room due peeling paint on the door and I had a child with me. Well I guess because they had just one kitchen staff , it was terrible because the peoples was leaving waffle cup all over the counter and made it so dirty, so I wonder were the person shall have been out there making sure it run more smoothly , and I say this because we stay at two more hotel and it was much bigger and the lady say she was only one only staff and the place was so clean and food was there for you eat. But outside that I would stay there again because room was very clean and staff was nice , So please get the lady some help and make sure your water preasure is up to date. Oh one last thing we had problem get internet on my daughter tablet but we were going out and desk clerk did something and we had no more problem . Good location , just go about a mile and many places to eat. GOOD PLACE.

The check in was strange. There were two people at the desk, one of whom was working hard (a female), and a 2nd male who's job seemed to be to watch the female, not interact with any customers and basically do nothing. He was a badged employee, and I was waiting to check in for a while, but he made no attempt to do anything. When I walked through the lobby later on he was doing the exact same thing.
The first room we received had a funky odor. The staff blamed it on recent carpet shampooing, but since it was bothering us they agreed to move us to another room, which was fine with the exception of the light on the stand where the coffee maker was didn't have a bulb in it, making it impossible to see because it was in a cubby wit no lighting whatsoever. I had to move the coffee maker to the bathroom to have enough light to see it. Otherwise things were OK. The breakfast was great.

The staff was great. The only thing wrong was the futon sofa really needed to be stripped and cleaned. Other than that, housekeeping was there every morning, the free breakfast was pretty good and the staff as a whole was always friendly.

Seems like things slipping
Room was nice large and quiet. Bathtub dripped whole time, body wash was watered down. Gym had cups and trash in morning ( we picked up), eliptical makes bad noise, weights are missing. Breakfast was just ok, coffee was good. Staff was pleasant. Didn’t swim pool looked spooky. We have stayed here multiple times.

The property was very clean and this made me feel a measure of safety because of covid. Staff members were pleasant and helpful.
Dislikes were: 1) the television didn't work and 2) bathroom did not have double sinks.

They canceled my reservation before I arrived. They did not call to comfirm if I was coming or not and to make it even worse they canceled my room at 10:39am and still tried to charge my card at 4:15 pm. Then the ladies at the fromy desk was very nasty and did not explain why my reservation was canceled. Rude all the way around!!!

1. There were no extra pillows for the pull out couch. I feel like if there is a pull out couch in the room there should be sheets, blankets, and pillows for it.
2. Our comforter was disgusting. In gas stains and other stuff on it when you flipped it over, so we slept with a sheet.
3. I tried to use the blow dryer but it was broken
4. We tried to use the body wash on the wall but it wasn’t dispensing anything
5. There was no do not disturb sign to hang on the door when we weren’t in it
6. We went down for breakfast at 6:15 and there was no drinks at all, the bacon was dry and disgusting and the eggs were rubbery.
The hotel it’s self was descent but accommodations lacked.

Poor conditions lack of cleanliness and maint.
This has been one of the worst hotels we have stayed at in quite some time. For cleanliness is not a priority for this hotel. When preparing for bed, found several pieces of other peoples hair all over the sheets, pillow case and comforter. When i went down stairs to ask for another set of sheets, which they gave me, this set had a big orange stain right on top, i asked for another set she gave me ones with grease marks on them. I had to wait twenty minutes for the now forth set of sheets to be dried as they had no others available, they were all in the wash. Those finally were ok. When my wife went to use her towels after a shower she opened one and it too had someone else's hair all in the towel, a big wad of it! The toilet did not flush properly, you had to turn the handle practcally 360 degrees and wiggle it to get it to grab and flush. The wall in the bathroom was coming apart, carpet in the halls were separated at the seams ( a trip hazard) and the elevator smelled musty and was humid. I could not eat a freshly prepared breakfast in a place where it was my concern that hair might even be in their food or dishes. There was not alot out there to choose from either.

The staff here was so incredibly nice, and the rooms are clean. But the beds and pillows are probably the most uncomfortable I've ever slept on, the air conditioning was so loud it woke me and I literally thought there was a train outside, and the breakfast was pretty gross (tables were all filthy and no one was cleaning, everything was running out and selection was very limited).

Very disappointing stay. To start, walking into my room felt like I was inside a warm humid water park. In June to not have a working AC unit is unacceptable. Made it very difficult to sleep. Next, the room was filthy. Had to run out and buy Clorox wipes to clean everything before I felt comfortable showering and using the restroom. It was very uncomfortable and frustrating. Barely got any sleep at all due to poor conditions. Unfortunately I will not be back and weary of other locations for this chain.

It was hot out during my stay and the hallways and elevator were uncomfortably warm. My room was very humid, so much so that part of the ceiling was peeling off. No fan in the bathroom adding to the humidity. Guests should not have to go all the way to the lobby to get something to drink but there are no vending machines anywhere except lobby.

The only thing that disappointed me was cold breakfast. I waited till around 7:30 to get breakfast since I was traveling for pleasure & in no rush, figuring I’d stay out of the way of those on a schedule. There was plenty of food, but it was all cold. The only microwave available was at the front desk at the snack sale area.
With this being my only gripe, I consider this a win! Would stay here again. Just get my breakfast earlier.

The room was spacious but it was not properly cleaned. The sink still had hair and dirt around the drain. The shower was nasty and gritty. The comforter on the beds were nasty with what looked to be either smeared feces or food on them. It also had what looked like little dead bug legs on the comforter and tiny black droppings, from what I have no idea. I knew it was going to be an unpleasant stay when the front desk clerk arrived to the front desk wearing a plain white thin tshirt and NO BRA!!! Very unprofessional attire but her personality was okay.

I would like to say that this is my second time staying at this hotel. The first time I stayed in a double queen suite. I literally had no issues which is the reason I booked at this place again, instead of a suite it was a regular double queen room. I have family out here and this hotel is very convenient being as though it is a 6 minute drive from my family. Upon arrival there were indications that maybe someone was just in the room. There was patch work in the bathroom that looked sloppy. And for a second I couldn’t figure out how to turn on the heat/ac. Quick call to the front desk and someone came to assist. The very next morning the toilet stopped working, literally the sun was not even up. I was accommodated and switched to a new room swiftly with no hassle. The new room too had patch work in the bathroom that looked sloppy. The faucet on the tub was very loose and the tub looked dingy on the sides. Also at some point during my stay me and my sister got bit while in our sleep!
We also got extremely sick while staying there (not saying it’s the hotel’s fault because corona is running around)
My first experience was great. My second experience, I would not recommend. So for that reason I would not stay at this hotel again!

The overall look was decent. When I checked in there was an issue with my credit card - the machine is outdated and didn’t take my card. Which left me in a panic - but that was settled by the manager.
The room was comfortable especially the pillows! The water pressure was TERRIBLE! Took me forever to rinse the soap out of my hair and I never felt 100% clean. The towels were pretty small. I wish the brunch offered some healthier items like fruit - but I’m sure that’s not a huge demand when people are on vacation or there for work trips.

The cleanliness of the hotel was not good at all especially because it was during covid time. The elevator had a dirty hand print when we checked it and when checked out. Our bathroom wasn't clean the entire time we were there and we left the room everyday hoping that they would at least change the towels and floor mat. The room was booked for 4 days we left on the third day. The pool was close the entire time we there. The laundry room was close.

The stay was good. The only problem I had was the beds were very, very hard. And the room had a slight odor of damp carpet smell. A little spray of my air freshener solved that.The staff was wonderful and the rooms were very clean.. I would give them 5 stars if the bed was comfortable. I didn't sleep well at all. Got up with my back on fire ... Invest in some memory foam pads or get softer beds..

Friendly employees throughout our entire stay. Everyone was kind and accommodating. From the sweet breakfast crew to the housekeeping staff, always greeted with a smile and kind face.
Housekeeping did a great job, did not seem to rush and our room was very clean upon check in.
The indoor pool was out of service, which I wish had been noted; we chose this property because of the amenity noted. The hotel is in a safe area, convenient to fast food and restaurants just up the street.
