We stayed only one night, while traveling through Yuma enroute to Texas.
The room was clean, and the bed was comfortable. The included free breakfast was good, with a nice selection of eggs, bacon, sausage, and waffles, along with assorted cereals and fruit.
Encountered a few problems with the room, but they did not otherwise hamper our stay. The toilet was loose on the floor (rocked side-to-side), the exhaust fan did not work in the toilet/shower area, the sink drain pipe was leaking water on the floor, and the the shower head was loose and not adjustable (these problems were reported to the staff upon check-out).
Otherwise, not a terrible stay.

Truly excellent value for the money. Room very clean and comfortable, breakfast quite good, but the staff is amazing - from check-in to the servers at breakfast. One of the best stays we've had, ever!

Adequate in Tombstone
The shower didn’t work. The noise from the pool generator and the refrigerator was extremely high. We hadn’t realized there were stairs and they were confusing to navigate. Included breakfast was ample and tasty.

Disappointing!
I recently stayed at this hotel and was disappointed with the condition of my room. Not sure how it got 3 star rating. The paint job was untidy, the chair was tattered, and the bathroom light and door lock were not working properly. The cafeteria was also quite small and cramped. The ambience was dull. Overall, I did not have a pleasant experience at this hotel.

Room was good. Had a lot of trouble just getting in the room door. Kept having trouble getting the latch to release, and there was no hot water on our last night. Still wasn’t any hot water the next morning

The staff was super friendly kudos to them, but the room had a clogged sink and clogged bathtub, not pleasant to take a shower and brush teeth on clogged drains, it is nasty. In addition, the Restaurant/Pub was closed at 8:30pm when it should have been open until 10pm. We have to go out for dinner and drinks. We were counting on this facility as advertise. We skipped breakfast at this place because the Pub/Restaurant did not look well run. $149 night is not so cheap that offered/advertise facilities can be closed arbitrarily.

Lied about having an airport shuttle (which is why I booked this place). Without a car, finding your building and room is very frustrating. Pool is not usable, nor are the soda machines.

There were too many stairs for a 60 yr old to navigate, especially to go their cafe. Also, my room did not have black out curtains where other rooms did. Overall, the price and amenities were worth the stay..

Booked a suite for one night hoping to have an enjoyable and relaxing Saturday night away from home with my fiancé. Loved the set up of the Suite itself. We walked in and both of us were excited with what we saw. The Kitchenette was a great addition and we both were looking forward to enjoying most of the night in our in-suite Jacuzzi/Spa. Unfortunately it wasn’t working correctly. I turned on the jets from the timer on the wall and they stayed on for maybe 3 mins and it completely shut off and wouldn’t come on the rest of the night. I called the front desk to let them know of my disappointment and I was told Maintance wouldn’t be able to look at it until the following day which wasn’t any help because we only stayed one night. The whole point of getting this Suite was so we could enjoy the Spa and what we ended up getting was just a large bathtub with some warm water in it. I did get an apology from the front desk during check out but it would have been nice to have them understand my concerns a little more and maybe offer a discount on my next stay ?!?! Customer service is important and it would have made things a little better after a dissatisfying night. On a side note the Hotels app states the deposit is $50. They actually hold $100 and might I add which 3 days later is still not back in my account and I know we left that place clean.

The hotel staff were very friendly and accommodating. The hotel is in a great area easy to get to lots of shopping and restaurants to choose from. Only draw back was the cleaning of the tile bathroom floor it doesn’t look like they vacuumed it before they mopped otherwise it was clean. The breakfast was 5 stars

Location was great. The hotel staff were kind and friendly. Room was clean and spacious. Our room came with a mini fridge and microwave. Close to a lot of restaurants and shopping. Please be aware that the hotel is doing construction and they start early and you can hear it. Also the windows are thin and you can hear the freeway and everyone who passes rolling their luggage at all hours.

Our room was more than what we expected! Definitely clean and looked very nice. However, the location of the bathroom next to the kitchen rather than within the bedroom was definitely inconvenient! The other thing, this hotel charges a $50 deposit which was supposed to be refunded at checkout. Front desk claims it was done. Our credit card statement DOES NOT. Still waiting!!! NOT HAPPY CAMPER!

We went to check in at 3 pm which is the noted standard check in time and was told no rooms were ready. Frustrating for car travel in over 100 degree heat. The front desk person was not sympathetic.
