This Wyndham property is within walking distance of Disney Springs and is a short drive from all the parks. We stayed at the resort for a sporting event at ESPN Wide World of Sports and it was a very convenient location with adequate amenities for the kids and adults. The pool area is large and the lobby has a 24hr convenience store, both which were very helpful. The lobby bar closed at 11pm which was a bit early I thought but everything in Disney seems to roll up then. The breakfast buffet was pretty good but overpriced. The staff at the hotel was wonderful and really does a very nice job in all roles. They made the stay wonderful.

Centrally located, but properly is in desperate need of a refresh. No roomservice, no take out from the restaurant for breakfast. Staff was very putoff with questions and the time share sale attempts were ridiculous when the hotel is in such bad condition. Very disappointed.

Check in took an extremely long time. Parking attendant took our keys but no name or room number. Told us not to worry about it, yet when we returned we were given keys to a different vehicle. Very concerning.

Great location not so great hotel
Hotel has great amenities and staff was amazing. Breakfast was also good but for a price of almost $30 per person!
Room was dated, bathroom with some mold, shower curtain damaged, water temperature impossible to adjust and it would change from cold to scorching hot while taking a bath without touching the faucet.

Ok stay for a quick Disney Weekend
We picked this hotel as it was close to Disney Springs. We arrived early so i figured our room wouldn't be available yet. No big deal. We were self parking but the hostess at check in failed to give me the gate code so after checking in and driving to the gate- we had to come back to the lobby to get. At check in they tried to upsell me on paying more for early check in. I didn't need it so i decined. By the time we finally got the gate code and parked- they called me anyway to tell me my room was ready. So clearly just trying to upsell me. Back inside a third time to the room. Nice room- however it took 5 minutes before shower water would get hot. Every day. The beds were too soft and not very comfortable and it was hard to keep it a consistent temp in the room. Either too cold or warm. We kept trying to adjust the thermostat and would wake up to 64 degrees in the room- even though set on 70. Bus service was free and you had to reserve times for going and return. Going to the parks was great. Coming back was always a disaster as it seemed too many people missed their time and just waited for next bus- they ONLY ran once an hour. We finally gave up and got a Lyft back. Pools and hot tubs were both way to cold to use outdoors. The major plus here is the walking distance to Disney Springs and that is why we booked it. It was a fair price but not anything remarkable.

Check in was a cluster. Got there early .. didn't expect a room. Got down to the elevator to DS .. room ready .. turned around. Grabbed my stuff, stood in line again for my room key. Get to my room - key doesn't work. Get in line again .. for another key. Good times.

We actually have stayed at this property over 10 years ago when I took my grandchildren. They are young adults now so we stayed again. The valet was wonderful and helpful. The front desk was very polite and professional. Our room the refrigerator was so loud none of us got any sleep. The hall light never worked. The shower had about 5 minutes of hot water. It was not pleasant. I did report it to the front desk but nothing was done. I did not feel safe when we self parked and there actually was not enough parking spaces on either side. Coming back from a park late at night is hard enough. We probably will not stay here again. I am a travel agent and i book through third parties all the time and they stated I would not get points because of booking through a third party. That has never happened before and nt right so I will stay where I get points

Hotel is always very nice. Staff is very helpful and friendly. Just to mention, The A/C started making rattling noises in the morning, we stopped by the hotel front desk before breakfast and informed them. When we went back to the room after breakfast, the repairs were being completed. Very fast service. The men doing the repairs were very friendly and curteous also. Great hotel and I would recommend it.

Location is perfect. The hotel lobby smells great as you walk in, with a Joffrey’s and convenience store on the left as you walk in.
My room was in the main tower with a stunning view of Disney Springs, Epcot and Hollywood Studios. One piece of feedback is, the room was very tired, with rips in the headboard. Bed was super comfy and shower had good pressure. The sink tap, not so much when turned to hot.
You are definitely paying the higher price for the location with this hotel.

Best Location but decent stay
So we stayed for the marathon weekend in Disney. The hotel isn’t too bad, seems a little outdated in some aspects, but overall the breakfast buffet is great! Room wasn’t too bad, little smaller than I thought. The views of Disney Springs, Hollywood Studios, and Epcot are incredible! Wish there was a balcony to hear the fireworks, but you still could hear them in the room too.
Only complaint I really have is we had loud neighbors and nothing was really done when I spoke to the front desk about them. They were only there for two nights. But my wife and I had to sleep with the tv on just to drown them out. Our room was a connecting room, so I wonder if that had a play with it… but other than the noisy neighbors and the “package” of the Timeshare they want to try to sell you. It wasn’t a bad stay! Everything being so close is an added benefit!

I stayed four nights on a business trip and enjoyed the view of Lake Buena Vista and area. I would give the property five stars if it weren't for several things. First, the resort fee is a joke, no value whatsoever. Second, the "fitness area" is poorly equipped especially for such a large hotel. There is also a sign that states, "Only 2 occupants at a time." Third, the prices of the snacks and drinks are ridiculous. Stock up before you arrive. Fourth, there is a $25 per night parking fee. If you're flying in and only plan to be at Disney, then my advice is to use Lyft. If you're driving in, I'd find cheap long term parking nearby and use Lyft. Everywhere you go in Disney's realm there is an outrageous parking fee.

Vacation on Disney Springs
We had to evacuate due to a false alarm late at night. There's no adequate signs to evacuate, we got lost when going 18 floors down to the stairs and then to maintenance rooms and parking lots, then it was another false alarm about 6:30 in the morning. Very stressed.
Another day we needed to change the bed linens very late at night and no one answered our calls about 2:00 a.m. I wonder if there's nobody at the front desk on duty at that time

I would have said excellent but the one reason I picked this property was for the Disney transportation which was a let down. It has to be scheduled and only comes once an hour and is not available if not booked well in advance so I had to Uber when I thought I’d just be hoping on a bus back and forth

It is not that bad, but also not that great.
The good about this place is it's literally right next to Disney Springs, < 5 minute walk, and by extension it's only a few minutes drive to the park.
But that's where good goes to just ok as there are a few real challenges with this hotel
One is the advertised free shuttle to Disney parks has limited bookings and runs only once per hour. They say to book it upon check in but there's no same day or next day availability. So how exactly is this supposed to work? I'm still paying for parking at the parks despite staying "on-Disney property"
The second problem is what exactly is the resort fee paying for? Parking is an additional charge, food is also, and there's no real resort other than a pool outside.
Which leads me to problem 3 - is this actually a resort? There is a restaurant but it serves breakfast (for a fee) a few hours per day and is not open for lunch or dinner. There's also one bar with limited hours. This is basically a normal hotel trying to call itself a Disney resort because it's near Disney Springs (and on top of that much of the resort is actually a glorified motel)
Final problem is the fire alarm system seems broken, it went off several times as false alarms with no comms from the staff onsite.
Net summary if you want to walk to Disney Springs stay here for an affordable option but don't have super high expectations of it.

Old outdated rooms and no shuttle space
The room is in desperate need of renovation. Everything is old. From the decor to the furniture to the bathroom. The only reason they can charge what they charge is the proximity to the Disney Parks. Yes they have shuttles, but no one tells you you have to make reservations for the shuttle way ahead of time. So you pay to park at the hotel and then you pay to park at Disney since you have to drive there. Definitely will not stay there again.

Our room had a stained lamp shade, the head board had a huge rip in it, the toilet paper holder didn’t fit the rod that holds the toilet paper, the view was terrible, etc. We expected a nicer room for the price we paid.

This was a super convient hotel if you want to visit Disney Springs. We were taken off guard with the lack of children’s activities though. We were shocked that there wasn’t even a playground. The pool is not heated nor is the splash pad. The other shocker was that there was not a restaurant to eat at for dinner; only a buffet breakfast in an extremely cold dining room. There was a small cafe/convienient store but you couldn’t bring outside food into there. The only place to eat lunch/dinner was a tiki bar, outside by the pool. The portions were HUGE so ok for the price, but for a hot Florida day or a colder Florida evening and a packed house, you were kind of SOL. The rooms were your normal hotel room, no microwave like promised with your VIP status nor the room upgrade. The mini-fridge was broken and when we asked for a trade out they said they’d do it. We were gone for 16hrs the next day and still the same noisy AF fridge that didn’t cool. The entire staff had fantastic personalities and really did make you feel welcomed. Everything was clean and in the end, that’s what any of us really want when staying someplace that isn’t home. We would go back for an adults only trip to Disney Springs but would definitely find another if we go with the grands.

Awful night of no sleep!
We were staying on the 18th floor. At 10:45pm, evacuation alarms started going off saying to exit the building but use the stairs, not the elevator. We went down 18 flight of stairs to find no staff anywhere. Finally found someone out front who did not know what was going on. After sitting in the car in the pouring rain for a bit, we were told it was false alarm and we could go back in. Went back to bed and same thing again at 6:30am. Went down to the main building lobby at this time and found staff carrying on, mopping floors, didn’t even know the building was being evacuated. We spoke with the manager who told us we should’ve taken the elevator even when my husband told her the message said do not use elevators. It was extremely frustrating night of no sleep and very little communication from staff. I definitely would not stay here again because my safety was not their first priority.

The location was the best part about this hotel and the Disney view from our room. The pool was best used on warmer days but the hot tub was great for the cold days.
Staff was rude and not giving the Disney experience I’m used to having. Can definitely tell it’s a partner hotel and not actually Disney.
Would not stay again and if you choose to stay make sure you’re waiting outside when if you get food delivered. Because valet and front desk will shoo away your dasher and food.
Also you will have at least $400 in fees for 6days/5nights if you plan to park a rental on property. You won’t know until you check in.

Property is very conveniently located. A 5 minute walk to Disney Springs which is what caught our attention. Entrance and lobby are very inviting. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Transportation to the Disney theme parks was easy to reserve and very convenient. Rooms on the other hand could use some upgrading. Are worn down and old looking. On the other hand the beds were comfy and honestly that’s all we needed. Would definitely stay here again.

Aggressive sales
When we finished checking in a very aggressive lady came up and grabbed my daughters arm and dragged her over to the counter, saying that she had a prize package for her. Next thing I knew we were signed up for some Wyndham time share tour and she charged my credit card $75. She was very aggressive and I didn’t want make a scene in the lobby but she dragged my 18-year-old daughter over there while I was in the bathroom.

Walkable to Disney Springs and a free shuttle to Magic Kingdom. Rooms are clean and overall it was very nice. Free pack and play provided. The only thing we didnt like was the timeshare speech we got once checked in and pressure of sales rep when we just spent the day flying with a baby and wanted to go to our room. Also as a vip expedia member they provided nothing extra.

I love the location because it’s just a 5 to 7 minute walk from Disney Springs. It’s also fantastic because they offer a free shuttle to all of the parks. If you wanna walk to a main strip where you may find Burger King and Denny’s, we’re talking about a 10 to 15 minute walk. Overall a great place.

Clean, well kept property within five minutes walking distance to Disney Springs. Comfortable beds. One suggestion I would suggest to management would be to add more lighting to the restroom. Otherwise, highly recommend -friendly staff would stay again.

My only 2 suggestions for the property:
They should reopen the store with Disney merchandise that they originally had in the hotel lobby. Employees told me that it has remained close since the pandemic.
The breakfast buffet restaurant they should keep the children price until 12 years old (0-12). Currently kids above 10 years old already have to pay adult buffet price.
Other than that everything else was good and as expected!

Ive been to this property dozens of times some years ago and it was so much better. Now its just bla the people in the lobby only want you to sign up for the vacation package they offer and have attitudes when yoi decline. The dont have the shop there anymore with clothes and stuff. The room was mediocre. I guess I was expecting wjat i always got but in todays world it sucked.

Such a great find! I heard about this property on a podcast, and very glad we stayed here. The lobby was beautifully decorated for Christmas. They had a nice shop there with a good variety of snacks and beverages, a cute little bar with TVs to watch sports. The staff were amazingly friendly. Free shuttles to Disney World parks. Walkable, or very cheap Uber ride, to Disney Springs - a must visit! Last, i accidentally left my jacket with car and house keys in the room. They found it for me and send it back! SO AMAZING!!

From the time of arrival to the time of our departure, every employee that we came in contact with was friendly and helpful. The hotel was conveniently located next to Disney Springs, which was a big plus for our family. Our kids loved the pool area. It had a bucket that filled and poured water down the center had a waterfall rock structure. There was two poles, one hot tub. We ate at the outdoor grill. The day of our arrival in the food was delicious.

Walls a bit thin
The location was convenient, but in our room I could hear the guests next door coughing and talking. One pool that was connected to the kiddie area was heated, but the other one was not heated.

Extremely friendly service everywhere. The valet, drive up help, and bellhops were extraordinarily helpful and friendly, even without needing their services. They were above and beyond, truly.
The front desk was also friendly and we never had a negative experience while there.
The room was comfortable and large and the location was excellent. An easy walk to Disney Springs.

This resort needs a total revamp. The walls are thin, the furniture is outdated and almost falling apart. We stayed up all night because we heard everyone getting out of the elevator and at 3 am were awoken to someone laughing like a hyena. If you go for this resort you get it knowing there is a lot convenience across the street and the parks.
