The room was dirty with stains and mold-like substances. It started raining and water was pouring in through the window, trickling near an exposed electrical outlet. The floor was wet enough where I had wet feet getting into bed which was absolutely disgusting. I was told when I alerted the front desk that they were fully booked and couldn't move me. I was offered absolutely nothing, no solutions.

No room available, despite my pre-paid reservation
I arrived in Phoenix at 1:30am after a long day of travel. When I got to the hotel with my pre-paid reservation, I was told there were no rooms; that several people were turned away that day and it would be difficult for me to find a room at a neighboring hotel, especially at this hour. I had literally nowhere to go, despite having a reservation number and a pre-paid receipt for the room. This was a completely unacceptable experience that could have been prevented if the hotel hadn't oversold their rooms to such an egregious extent.

The staff was really nice. The room was very clean and quite large. Had king room with walk in shower. Great location for the places we were going. Arizona Mills and Phoenix Zoo. Was close to airport. Could hear planes, but in distance. Breakfast was good.

The water at the whole property was turned off because of a plumbing problem. We were not told about this at checkin. It was off all night! The staff kept making optimistic statements about when it would be fixed. It was not fixed while we were there So no water for the toilet or shower. They did provide bottles of water. They said we will not be charged for the night. We will see if that is any more accurate than their statements about when the plumbing was going to be f up xed.

The Hampton Inn is a great value near the Phoenix airport. The rooms were good and the breakfast yummy. MOST important was the service....Gabby & Soteria were outstanding and just plan awesome. Both were welcoming with smiles and very friendly.

Staff and hotel are excellent. Unfortunately no restaurant close by if you don't have a car. Associate did kindly give me a list of restaurants. Will certainly stay again.

Well enough, but also dishonest listing about pool
The pool is listed as outdoor and heated in the listing which is specifically why we selected that hotel.. pretty frustrating.

It was not your typical Hampton Inn. The tiles were coming up in the bathroom and the bed was not properly made. They did however provide transport to and from the airport.

EXCELLENT Front Desk Staff. For some unknown reason Expedia failed to let this property know about my reservation even though I had made it more than a month in advance. Fortunately for me the Front Desk Staff cared more about my stay there than Expedia. I will be canceling ALL FUTURE RESERVATIONS with Expedia & rebooking directly with the property.

Need to hire people w/ customer service skills
Hailey should not be working a customer service job. When we got there, she told us we could not park in front to unload our things. I asked for a cart and she was rude about it telling me I had to return it...of course I return carts! There were 3 of us in the room and very few towels or wash cloths, so I was proactive and went and asked her for more so we didn't run out while showering. She rudely asked me why I needed more and didn't I just check in? She didn't offer info on the Internet, pool or breakfast and I didn't want to have to deal with her, so we skipped breakfast and didn't use the pool. Ashley witnessed some of these things and was very polite and apologized for the rudeness of Hailey. Ashley gets 10 stars and they need to get rid of Hailey. She has zero customer service skills. I asked to have a manager call me and it never happened.

At the very first day of our arrival we couldn’t find a check-in desk, because there was a construction crew and all their equipment inside of the hotel in the lobby. Some equipment was also on a side walk outside, so they were blocking it.
Nobody notified us beforehand that the property was under a renovation. Also, the staff did not meet us at the door knowing that there is a construction blocking the view to the desk. Water machine didn’t work, ATM machine is out of order. Room had a nice layout, but some things could’ve been better. There were splashes on the bed that were not cleaned. Also a splash on a wall in a bathroom.

Upon checking in hotel stuff seemed clueless I had to go down and re key 4 times for three room we booked. Also hotel was going through renovations which should have been mentioned. I have Hilton loyalty but at check in they didn’t ask me to provide my number. when I mentioned that I am a Hilton loyalty member she just shrugged and said it was my job to let her know with an attitude. Once we got in to our third floor room we noticed our bathroom potty wasn’t flushing. Tried to call front desk to mention but no one picked up. When I went down to tell her and asked to move to a new room , she asked for everyone to come down to the front desk once more before she gives us a room. After doing all that when we get to new room on fourth floor once again key card not working.

Terrible service, noise AC, sinking bed.
I checked in about 11.40pm, I requested to the guy front desk quiet room, he said "Yeah but only for 1 night right ?" (that's rude, eventhough I only for 1 night, I still paying full price for 1 night), and what I got the room near ice machine when someone get ice, I awake. Noisy AC that on/off weird at night, bed also noisy & sinking in middle when sleeping, I asked for a single bed online, he gave me 2 double bed, also there constructions work outside, very noisy. He also didn't give how to get WIFI connection from room, that trouble me in morning. I won't come back to this hotel.

Nice place to stay in Phoenix
A very nice room with good air conditioning and comfortable beds. Hallway was a bit hot, and the laundry room needs better ventilation (it became a steam bath when the dryer ran, and there was condensation on the window!)

No shuttle service our day of check in nor check out. Couldn’t contact the hotel from the airport because their phones were down for 2 days. Had to flush the toilet by lifting the tank top and pulling the chain plus the sink didn’t drain. Staff was apologetic and friendly which was a plus.

We enjoyed our 2 night stay and would definitely stay here again. Hotel staff was very kind and friendly. The hotel was clean, along with the pool and the small fitness room. Breakfast was also good and the area was never crowded. Best part is check-out isn't until noon, which was very convenient. No rushing in the morning.

Air conditioning did not work. The room was clean, but needs some serious updates. The bathroom tile is cracking, the furniture was in poor condition, and the walls were scuffed and dirty.

Room was ok, clean enough. The bathroom door (barn door style) had the handle torn off so there’s nothing to hold on to. The TV in main room didn’t work, WiFi wouldn’t connect in any of our devices even though we followed instructions. Overall felt kinda shoddy.

The people at the desk were nice and there’s a bonus that they call Lyft for you to access the airport upon departure but to pay $329 for a property that should be closer to $129 is very disappointing. The property and the room were dated and cheaply designed.

I liked the propoerty and the stay overall. My room was not cleaned during the stay- I am not sure if it supposed to be- but I would like in room coffee refilled.
Also the gym facility was clean- but two f the 3 pcs of equipment were not working correctly- 1 stepper and 1 treadmill kept going into error mode.

Staff were friendly and professional. The rooms were clean but they needed deep cleaning. There were black scuff marks on the walls, handprints on the doors, the restroom floor was dirty, and there was a booger on the wall next to the toilet. The corners of the walls were peeling off and the shower curtain was smelly. Beyond the room, the elevator walls are dirty and they walls walking down the hallway.

The property is close to the airport and centered near the East and West side of Phoenix. The rooms were outdated but clean and the staff was very nice and efficient. There could be more dining options within walking distance. Overall, a solid property and would stay again.

The staff were nice; however, the room were I stayed smelled bad, linen did not smell clean and when I woke up I was covered from head to toe with BED BUG BITES!!! SO DISGUSTING!!! I told the front desk and they said they were going to do something about it but I have not heard from them yet. I will not stay there ever again!

Affordable, good access to freeways and airport
The hotel was exactly what I needed for a quick, affordable weekend solo trip. I got an extremely spacious room with a comfortable king bed for $110 total a night and parking was free. The entire hotel was clean and I slept well.
Only minor complaints were that the AC in my room (west/south facing, sun all day) had a hard time keeping up even though it was only 70 to 75 out and the toilet had a leak that I couldn't shut off, so there was a slight running water sound all day and night.

For an airport adjacent hotel, this is a good choice but not close to any restaurants other than the Radisson's small (but delicious) bar/restaurant. Staff are nice and the room is large & comfortable. Price is reasonable.

This is a $80 a night hotel. Over priced as the cabinets that hold the fridge has laminate falling off. The bathroom door has a missing handle. The bottom of the bathroom door is in disrepair. The shower head wastes lots of water. Room 139. Would not stay there again.

Holiday weekend 2-night stay
It was a good 2-night stay minus that our Heater wasn’t working, the temperature only stayed at 68 degree and wouldn’t go any further up from that. I didn’t mind cause the bed did have extra blankets which did help a lot. The breakfast was “okay” also I’m not complaining it was free so I’ve enjoyed my stay.
