Best kept secret
So happy to have found this hotel. The staff were the nicest and most accommodating. Breakfast in the morning is included and cooked fresh - not standard hotel fare. Location perfect near restaurants. Beach chairs, towels included. You really couldn't ask for a better stay in Cocoa Beach.

Beautiful, charming, safe, quiet, and cozy property. The front desk staff radiate warmth and professionalism. Most patrons were older adults (although it was January) so as a 20s couple we appreciated the peace and quiet. We appreciated being steps from beach access (private—key to gate attached to your room key.)
The location, price, quaintness, and friendliness of the staff make up for the lack of: (1) plant based options (“free breakfast” does not provide substantial nutrition for a vegan or a bodybuilding male), and (2) gym (was the size of a large walk-in closet with outdated equipment and dumbbells only going up to 30). We did find a few healthy, delicious vegan-friendly restaurants nearby. We also easily walked to Ron Jon surf shop and
(I understand not everyone cares for these amenities or dietary preferences though wanted other interested travelers to know.)
I wouldn’t recommend this stay if you expect luxury, as this is more of a nostalgic, warm, cozy, minimal-amenities stay. If you are on a budget and the above considerations don’t bother you, it is a good deal.

This place was super cute. Very diff than a normal hotel which was great. Wanted to be able to walk to the beach and have a pool. This had it! Offers chairs for the beach .
Was able to walk to a ton of places.

Clean but not really ocean view.
Was a bit disappointed that our standard ocean view room in an ocean front hotel had a large hedge and a parking lot between our room and the ocean. So only a partial ocean view. Tiny room. No refrigerator and no table and chairs in room. Ice machine not working. But clean and good breakfast.

We liked that we had an ocean view and the friendly staff.
There wasn’t a dresser or an alarm clock in the room. The breakfast was good, but repetitive if eating there for 7 days. Overall, a good experience though.

This property and the folks who run it are charming!!! The inn is larger than a B&B, but it has the cozy feel of a B&B. We were greeted at check-in and escorted around the main lobby facilities by the host. I travel a bit, so it was wonderful to have the personal interaction and escort, instead of the more common 'point and direct' of a clerk at a bigger, anonymous hotel. (Dinner recommendation was perfect and we took advantage the following night.) The ladies in the breakfast room were charming! Small quiches, muffins, fruit, make-your-own-boiled-eggs, cereal, yogurt, coffee, tea, and juice filled us up and we ready for exploring! Thanks for hosting!

Nice staff, cute clean room, quiet location close to the beach with plenty of places to walk too. We enjoyed the wine social hour and coffee/cookies at any time and the adults only policy makes it even better. We'll be back again when we have another event in Cocoa.

I’ve stayed here several times. Unique rooms well appointed. Close to the beach and other activities. Very good breakfast and a wine and cheese offering at 5:00.
Drink selection available. Nice staff. I just enjoy the place.

This Inn was very quaint. There are two sides to the property only one side has an elevator. If you book the pool side and a room on the second floor you have to walk up stairs. We had a very nice person at checkin that gave us a room on the elevator side since we had never been there
The room was nice but there are no dressers or shelves except in the top of the closet. Also no refrigerators.
The cocktail hour (5-6) was a nice touch. The Inn has direct beach access too

The rooms and grounds are well maintained. The breakfast is a big step up from your usual breakfast. It is not a restaurant meal, but they serve fresh made quiche, and muffins. The fruit was fresh cut and plenty. This is our third stay; ever time, the dining room, was clean, and well stocked.

The room was nice and big! No refrigerator seemed odd. It is a no children hotel, it was very quiet. Its great for older guests. They have wine and cheese hour, complimentary tea, and coffe. Really nice place.

Lovely pace to stay. Nice and quiet and didn't feel over bearing. It was friendly, but you could still be anonymous.
The breakfast ladies were lovely, and so was the food. Not sure what a sunrise muffin actually is, but they were amazing!

Fabulous place to stay!
What a fabulous hotel! From the staff to the rooms, amenities and hospitality it was one of the best and most personal hotels we have stayed at. Nothing was too much and the cocktail hour was a brilliant idea getting guest mingling and making new friends. A huge bonus was that it was adult only which, after a previous stay in a nearby hotel and a cruise, was a bonus and extremely relaxing. We will definitely book here again should we find ourselves in Cocoa Beach!😊

This is the most amazing hotel. It is so calming you immediately feel relaxed here, it feels more like a b&b with so many comfy seats and areas to sit and relax. There are a lot of nice touches like the cheese & wine social each evening, the honour bar, cookies, golf and shuffle board game at pool. Everywhere is clean, breakfast is great and pool area is relaxing with lots of shade, short walk to the beach and a host of lovely bars and restaurants. Perfect place to stay.

What a gem! This place is absolutely adorable with all kinds of wonderful amenities. The breakfast is amazing, staff is wonderful, rooms are very nice, you can use their beach chairs and towels and they even have free wine and cheese every evening. The puppies in the lobby are an added bonus! Highly recommend ❤️

Over the top experience
This was our first experience at "The Inn" at Cocoa Beach and we will definitely return. We were treated like family. So many things very different from a 'normal hotel'! Breakfast served in a wonderful, homelike dining room yet private tables. Umbrellas and chairs available for the beach, shaded sitting areas around the beautiful landscaped property, wine & cheese @pm for all, and so many more amenities made us feel very much at home! And so close to Cape Canaveral and "Ron Jon's" the famous surf shop. Also great restaurants within walking distance. Finally everything was CLEAN and the staff so very helpful!

Great boutique hotel on the beach. Steps to the beach. Nice balcony and beautiful room. Staff was great! Sweet tea when you check in. Oatmeal cookies on Saturday. Fresh made breakfast. Wine and cheese happy hour. Honor bar. We also got to see a Musk rocket launch of 22 satellites from the upper terrace. This place reminds me of the hotels in the old movies. Price was very reasonable. I can't say enough nice things about this hotel! It's only 30 minutes from the Kennedy space center.

Every staff member we met was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great. Wine and cheese hour was a nice surprise and tea, coffee and cookies in the lobby was great! We even got to see two rockets launch while we were there! The rooms were clean. The only thing I missed was having a refrigerator in the room and no on site laundry. I will definitely stay here again when I return to Cocoa Beach.

Beautiful property with an extremely friendly and helpful staff. It's as close to the beach as you can get. They have free beach chairs and umbrellas, plus a very nice pool. Breakfast includes delicious quiche and muffins, along with coffee, juice, eggs and more. They could perhaps back off on the air freshener and perfume plug-ins in the rooms. Strong perfumes cause me to have migraines. We had to air out our room and they had to set up an ozone machine before we could stay in the room. But the positives far outweigh that one negative.

A gem in Cocoa Beach
Our recent stay at The Inn at Cocoa Beach will remain in memory as one of the best lodging experiences we've had. We had headed to Cocoa Beach late evening from St. Petersburg to escape Hurricane Idalia, and the initial plan was to stay somewhere en route the night before our reservation started. On a whim, I called to see if the hotel could accommodate us a night early instead, if we arrived around midnight. The night manager, Liz, was so warm and accommodating that we pushed on and were welcomed on arrival as if we were special guests who had made their way home.
That sense--of being enveloped by the staff--continued throughout our stay at this lovely spot. The setting was beautiful and the vibe an inviting mix of laid-back coastal and top-drawer, unstuffy service. Delightful!
We'd go back in a heartbeat!

The inn was extremely cozy and beautiful. We had a second floor room with a balcony facing the pool and able to see the ocean. It was in the older building, so it wasn't quite fresh, and probably a bit hard to keep clean, but overall we were very satisfied.
The staff was very friendly, courteous and professional. Any small issues were handled immediately. They pointed us to a nearby restaurant, where we dined twice and had really good food.
Breakfast was really good and the social hour was a fun touch.
The ocean was just a 2 minute walk away and we could get beach chairs and umbrellas to take with us. Also towels.
We had a cozy, romantic stay, enjoyed the pool and the ocean and would definitely come again.

This was one of the best hotels I have ever stayed at. It felt more like staying in a private villa. It is calm and relaxed. Soft spa music plays at the pool while you chill in a hammock. I’ll not be staying anywhere else when I visit Florida

The stay was great. The room was small, but comfortable and very clean. However no refrigerator in room. Shower had very little pressure. The staff were all polite and helpful. Very quiet place. Beautiful view from the balcony. Close walk to restaurants and shopping. No smoking on the grounds at all. Need some updates (lock and key 🔑). Still a great place too relx.

Low key, relaxing, almost homey atmosphere with plenty of comfortable, courtyard seating around the property.

Great place to stay loved the experience of bed and breakfast. Only 1 issue i would suggest. Put in small refrigerator in every room.you have to buy a cooler and ice to keep any drinks cold in your room. It's florida it's hot??.but all in all a fantastic place. The staff is awesome!!.. you don't find tha quality of service these days.. you owe it to yourself to stay here a least once. Or you will never experience the higher level of comfort and service..thank you to all who work there. Im a vet.and i salute you!!

Our stay at the Inn at Cocoa Beach exceeded our expectations to the fullest extent. Situated as a haven from the daily stresses of life, the location and amenities of the Inn allowed my family and I to craft a worry-free beach getaway. Starting from the moment we stepped foot on property, we were struck by the level of ornate detailings and verandah-esc villa-style features that are present across the site. We were greatly impressed with the location of the beachside Inn and proximity to restaurants and the Cocoa Beach Pier. With amenities ranging from complimentary beach equipment and continental breakfast served everyday, I felt like I was at home. From the European design elements of the gorgeous accommodations to the attentive and welcoming staff, I could not have experienced the Space Coast in a different way. I would like to thank the incredible staff for curating many memories: from Mike assisting in beachside equipment, to Stephanie facilitating our check-in process, and Lali greeted us every morning with a homemade breakfast and upmost hospitality. The upkeep of services by the extraordinary staff truly adds to the unique charm of the Inn. I definitely see myself returning to the Inn for a beach getaway in the near future!

This place exceeded my expectations. Yes, the rooms are a bit dated, but it adds to the charm of the property. The whole property has a French Chateau feel. The common area rooms are thoughtfully very French and cozy. The hotel room we stayed in was not large, but sufficient. Beautiful view of the pool and beach just beyond. Service was fantastic. Very clean.
