Worst customer service experience ever
The lady at front desk was rude and prejudice told her i didn't want a smoking room she insisted because i smell like smoke i should be in a smoking room i was to tired to argue the bed had cigarette holes in the sheets and a lot of police activities

Ok hotel
The refrigerator was ticking all night. Looks like they killed some bugs and left it smeared on the wall. My husband left his glasses but they claim they didn’t see them. Unless they are wearing them.

Right off 85
The ladies at checkin were very nice & accommodating when I requested a ground floor room. The room was nice, the hotel is older. My 1 biggest issue was a large roach I had to kill on the wall. But, our room was by their laundry room. Pleasant employees. Close to alot of restaurants and a Walmart.

The woman checking us in ( owner?) was VERY rude. I asked for extra towels and coffee to take to the room and she completely gave me the run around rudely in hard to understand English. I was there to take it to my room myself. Had to wait until the next day!
The housekeeping was very good. Extra towels and coffee every day after leaving her a tip. Room was cleaned everyday.

room had a stench that was not kind to the nose. also the bed was as uncomfortable as any i have ever tried to sleep in. DID NOT sleep very well at all. dont think ill ever stay at super 8 again.

The non smoking rooms smell really bad, seems people are still smoking in there. The rooms are ok but dirty, in the corners there are piles of dirt, also in the bathroom

Horrible Stay
Dirty dirty hole in blankets electric socks opened front desk wouldn't give extra towels no smoking room smelled like a smoke room. A dead roach was under the ice bucket. My sister is still itching from something. The whole room was just plain nasty. Lamp shade was messed up. Just unacceptable!!!!

The stay was pleasant as it was rather quiet at night, but there was no breakfast food in the morning in lobby not even coffee. Luckily there are plenty of restaurants nearby.

Walls in room were dirty and there was green mold on the wall lamps by the bedroom mirrors. Went by to enjoy the free breakfast and no food was ever set out. The people next door to me kept running in and out all night and kept waking up my infant.

Felt like a Hampton except for breakfast

There were more than 30 bed bugs crawling all over the room. I talked to the front desk they changes the room, but there was no difference. They neither provided any further assistance nor any reimbursement. This place was the worst that i’ve ever experienced in my entire life.

The service at the front desk was good and friendly, but that was about it. My room was non-smoking, but it smelled strongly of smoke. The sheets were very old and had holes. The couch was filthy and in need of replacement or deep clean. My neighbors were loud and at one point even slammed into my room door. I would not revisit this location.

Fridge and microwave in room, excellent coffee in room, were great. Bed was comfortable, and bedside had a clock.
Lighting a bit dim, and too cold fluorescent for me.
If you're towing a trailer or driving a 53 footer, there's ample space to park your rig. We tow a trailer and, if heading south, may retreat to a motel when it's cold. Having space for your rig is helpful.

Outlets do not work appropriately. Cell phone plugged in all night did not charge. Outlets barely in the walls. Reported this last year - no change. Reported it at check out. Acted like he couldn't understand.

Clean bed and easy check in
The beds were clean but the bathroom facilities and bathroom sink were split into 2 areas. The shower area was so small you couldn't cuss a cat in it. The room smelled of some kind of room deodorizer so strong I had to open the door........not a good idea in a city you don't know. The bathroom floor looked like it had some kind of mold. The "breakfast" consisted of a couple boxes of individual cereal, a couple packs of oatmeal, 2 bagels and 1 cheese danish.

Worst place possible!
We wanted to stay a second night but was informed that they would not rent us another room. Apparently we had lots of people over the night before. We had no one over and even asked to review camera footage but was told no. Worst place ever.

Not for a long stay
The staff was friendly, the the hotel looks like it needed some work. If you are are the high scale end then dont stay there because you will complain yourself to sleep.

Quick and easy check in check out. my experience with this super 8 hotel was very satisfying and i would highly recommend anyone to visit this place for a comfort night or nights stay especially if it involves business staying or conferences out of town. its also convenient to many different stores and restaurants in the area so thats a major plus.

Old,outdated,needs complete overhaul
Place is very out-dated, breakfast was pitiful(cold cereal in packets), shower curtains had mold and were not clean at all, bathtub wasent cleaned well and is rugged, found hair on linen and cover had stains on it. Thank God it was just a one night stay for an event. Place needs to be upgraded..seriously!! Somebody please call in the Property Brothers for an overhaul.

Be weary of the place.
Just a quick list of everything I wasn't happy about. Tv was blurry. Crusty substance in the carpet between the beds. A/C was either ice or fire, no in between. Urine on the floor and all over the toilet when we checked in. Urine stains and mildew on the shower curtain. Shower head sprayed a million directions. I was genuinely fearful to walk on the carpet with no shoes on and would not even put my dirty clothes on the ground or in the dresser. The "continental" breakfast consisted of old bagels, 6 one serving boxes of cereal, 5 bags of oatmeal, and a 2 gallon jug of milk. Bugs every where outside.

Our room necessarily wasn't so bad other than extremely hard mattresses and the bathroom looked liked it had never been swept or the shower curtain changed, but our friends room was disgusting! Burned holes in the sheets, burns in the carpet, mold on the door. It was horrible! We were even told that this area was a bad part of town.

St. Louis stop the hairdryer did not work the rod in the shower came out if you grabbed it and I understand several murders are being investigated there. Did not know that before we chose that hotel

Disgusting.
I walked into the room and set my bags down. I took my shoes off and walked across the room to put my laptop on the desk. When I went back to the other side of the room I saw a large amount of body hair had collected on my socks. I took the socks off and they were filthy. I pulled back the covers on the bed and the blanket contained more body hair. The toilet had recent urine spots on it and the underside of the lid was covered in recently dried urine. Needless to say, this room was absolutely disgusting.
If it was not for the fact that it was midnight when I checked in and I was tired from a long day of driving, I would never have stayed the night. I slept in my clothes on a blanket I brought from my car. I served 21 years in the military and deployed dozens of times to 3rd world countries where I slept in pretty bad conditions. I would recommend many of those places instead of staying at this terrible hotel.

Ok for one night for the price.
Room was clean, beds were a little too firm, but overall ok. Very basic outdoor corridor hotel, no elevator. Room had blow dryer, iron, coffee pot, fridge. Was missing kleenex, shampoo, conditioner, hand soap and only had two towels. For the price and location hotel was ok for one night. It served it's purpose. I would. Ot recommend it for an extended stay. Unless you were only going to be in the room at night.

Comfortable, quiet, clean & great staff
Even though just off the Interstate this was a quiet location and the room was clean and well maintained. I dropped one star as the sink was slow to drain. The staff were more than helpful from the moment we arrived. This was fantastic value for money and I would recommend it to anyone. Very comfortable stay.
