The only place to stay in NYC!
Never stayed better hotel than this in NYC - actually it wasn't hotel, it was more like home. I LOVED this place and I am looking for a job to afford staying here in the future. Recommend strongly.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Trump International Hotel. Hotel staff were not only very courteous and professional but responded promptly to any questions or concerns. Room was impeccably clean and comfortable. Prime location near Central Park. Would highly recommend!

Great hotel but be prepared…
We booked a deluxe park view room and it was exactly what I thought it would be. Booking via a bucket site like this we were allocated a lower (3rd floor) view which was just over the trees, literally. The flip side is you don’t pay as much. (£500 cheaper than what Trump website quoted) Room was excellent bar that. Other tip take cash for tipping. Baggage handlers tend to stroppy if you have no cash for them with ours leaving the room half way thru sorting bags out on hearing I had no cash.
Barring that the hotel is lovely and great position.

chocked of that hotel, this is not a 5 stars hotel ultra expensive for what it is, no service whatsoever , no on demand, dinig options are awful. worst hotel in ny. i should be reimbursed and this hotel should be. 4 stars hotel. i m used to the trump chicago which is a million time better

Wonderful hotel
I stayed at three other hotels during this trip, the last one I checked out early due to the terrible service. It was such a pleasure to check into Trump hotel. The check in staff were very welcoming and I was upgraded to a lovely suite with a bottle of wine waiting. The whole experience was wonderful and the suite was beautiful and very cosy. I will definitely be staying again on my next visit to NYC ☺️

5 star from start to finish. The entire staff was so attentive, friendly and helpful. I will definitely stay here again. I’ve stayed at many of the high end hotels in NYC and was extremely impressed with the customer service at Trump. I was sad to leave.

Wonderful location compensates for okay condition
Great location, very friendly and hospitable service. The hotel itself is tired and in need of refurbishment. Our air conditioning and room lighting did not work properly. The hallways are pretty beat up. But for us, since we were dining at Jean Georges, located in the hotel itself, the convenience more than made up for this.

I am so happy i booked this hotel for my 40th birthday. All gold and shiny. They upgraded my room upon arrival. Opened and closed blinds, prepared bed for our kids and put it away in a morning for all 3 days. Everyone was smiling and welcoming. I cannot wait to come back next year.

The property was well located for visiting New York. It had many things to do and shop within walkable distances. Our room which was a suite with a kitchenette with city view was spacious, modern and clean. The staff were friendly and the chocolates with the turn down service were nice.

When arrived, room selected had not been serviced yet, so Shenikwa at the front desk upgraded me. Room was more than expected and I felt very pampered. Location to Central Park was great. Just what I needed.

Room was old and needed an update. Cupboards broken. No mini bar. Bar and restaurants difficult to access and needed booking. Concierge and door staff either recognised you and said hello or completely ignored you.

Trump International Hotel & Tower is an extraordinary property perfectly situated in front of Central Park, and it is a great property with spotless rooms. But, what sets it apart from other hotels is the quality of its staff and their commitment to service.
As soon as you enter the hotel, you can feel that you are special. Once you get to the front desk, you might be as lucky as I was to interact with Ms Rabiga Z. and her manager who went out of their way to accommodate my request for an upgrade.
My family and I will be returning there once again for Christmas, and we know it will be treated as welcomed guests once again.
5-stars in all respects.

Was disappointed that the pool did not have adult hours for lap swims; instead children with beach balls and jumping in and out of the pool where I couldn't swim in a calm environment. The reason for us coming to Trump was due to my heart condition I need to swim every day. They should have "adult only" swiming hours.

I’ll say the same thing I told the staff, “I hate Trump but love his hotels!” He does hotels very well. The staff is top notch, the service is incredible, the rooms are beautiful. I’m never disappointed in a Trump hotel, dang it! Lol. For everything you get, the price is reasonable for NYC. The location is fantastic!

We chose this hotel for its wonderful location near everything as well as for the rare heated lap pool. Very courteous room service and concierge. I went here on a date night out with a wonderful girl I’ve known for 12 years. We both had experienced a loss of our fathers’ lives in the same week. We needed a break from Annapolis, MD. The Trump hotel and the service it provides could not have pleased us more during the rough time we had been going through from the losses in our families. Staying here literally helped us feel better in that we could get our minds off the sadness for the evening. We had a Central Park view suite and we will go back again and again. I would be honored to shake Mr. Trumps hand, and not due to politics, but due to his wonderful skill in real estate and building such masterpieces for the public to enjoy. I have stayed at the St. Regis and even the Adam’s Mark in Denver. Nothing compares to the Trump hotel group.
