Difficult to get to due to all the u turns you have to make. No easy access to fast food, again do to traffic issues and u turns. Hotel breakfast is expensive. I feel as though they take advantage of it being so hard to go elsewhere for food. The restaurant is even called the UTurn. Clean enough....strong chlorine smell on 5th floor but no indoor pool. It was fine for one night

We loved our stay at the Holiday Inn. It was easily accessible from I-10. We stayed in 305 and the AC/heat worked great! The room was spacious and very clean. The breakfast coupons are also worth it! Staff was very friendly and helpful. We will be back for sure. They are also pet friendly which is nice if you are traveling with your fur babies!

Customer Service was top notch!!
My family and I had an amazing stay. We had a very bad experience earlier that night at another hotel and this stay made up for our horrible experience in the city.

Usually Holiday Inn has the fantastic service & location (especially when I was assigned by Gov few times). But this one somehow not as expected and won't recommend at this particular location!

Not bad for the price and area
For the most part it was kinda clean. Floors were nasty in the room. Spots on the sofa in the room. The room needed a lot of maintenance updates. Great area by stores and restaurants. Nearby mall and beaches. Not bad for the price.

Last minute stay. Easy and fast check in at front desk, no BS. Ended up with a handicapped room that I didn’t want but I was just trying to sleep. Wish I’d have been staying longer because the place looked pretty good. Breakfast looked good too but all I do is fruit so it was grab and go for me. Probably deserved 5 stars but the handicapped room and my rush in and out didn’t give me a good look.

The main lobby was nice. The room was dirty and smelled wet and moldy. We found a pile of wet dirty towels in the closet. There was body hair in the tub and the toilet was not completely attached to the floor. Would not stay here again for the price.

We left our laptop computer when leaving the hotel. They called us before we even knew it was missing. We were not able to return to retrieve it. The staff was amaizing. They shipped it to us. We so appreciated all there efforts.

Single night stay so I did not have opportunity to sample the whole facility. Room was clean. Condition of the bathroom left a lot to be desired. It was a handicapped bathroom but broken tiles leaky shower needs updating.

Front desk personnel were extremely busy checking in guests that had to evacuate due to Hurricane Idalia, but they were on it! Check in was a breeze. A hidden gem was their in-house restaurant. We ate there, and our expectations wasn't high. But oh my gosh, one of the best meals we've ever had (I had the pork chop special and my daughter have steak)! And we've eaten in dives to fine dining. The room was comfortable and quiet. If there was a negative, one of the few Holiday Inn where you have to pay for breakfast. However, if pay for breakfast the night before you get a discount. Would definitely stay there again.

Best Guest Service Ever
The entire staff are so friendly and really make you feel welcomed! The rooms are so spacious and clean and they actually look like the pictures online!!! One of the cooks in the kitchen serenaded all the guests at breakfast with the most heartwarming song!!️ I will definitely stay at this location again!!

The property is close to the interstate, so there is a bit of noise. The room was fantastic. Stayed for two nights while moving child into UWF. Breakfast not free, but worth extra.

The front desk clerk was distratced and didnt di due deligence at check in. I was given a handicap accessible room with being fore warned. When i arrived at my room that was when i noticed the sinage on the wall. The room door was unlocked and anyone could have had access to the room. I have to slam shut the door for it to close. I called the front dessk and no one answered. When i showered i had to hold the shower head in my hand and the entire bathroom was flooded. I asked for a manage on check out and i was told no manager works on property. When i asked about hotel policy and assigning handicap rooms without advising the customer, the front desk clerk tried to blame it on the website when rooms are assigne at the hotel as if I am dumb. I am an IHG member and this is my worse experience EVER!

I was very disappointed when they would not accept my military ID as a form of identification. This is a federal level of identification that is accepted at many official agencies, including the I9. As retired military member in a famous military city I found this insulting. There were also items in the room that did not function

Nice property, hot water, quiet, no free breakfast
Check in was easy and front desk person was very nice. It was a late check in so it was pretty quiet around the property. Comfy bed and pillows and hot water. Only missing was a free breakfast. They did have food on site but it was 12 bucks for an all you can eat.

The staff is very friendly. I stayed here a couple of years ago and it is not as well maintained as it could be. The light fixture on the bathroom ceiling had a big hole and the air vent also was hanging down some.

Hotel was recently updated. More than enough outlets with USB ports in the room. Largest fridge I’ve ever had in a hotel. Super comfortable bed. Very clean. Overall fantastic stay. Highly recommend.

5th floor rooms smells wet and mildew after raining that morning. My first room had a giant roach, second room floor wet, third room I was just tired and sprayed the floor with Lysol to help the mildew smell and went to sleep. Quality has went down.

Left for work in the morning and returned to find everything I left in the room gone. My clothes, medication, and toiletries had disappeared. The manager said they will clean a room out if it appears no one is still staying there?! They offered me a meal voucher and said I had to contact Expedia if I wanted a refund. I did so and they contacted the manager who said it wasn't their fault and that it was just a couple toiletries. After "reminding" them of the previous conversation I was able to get the refund. Then the manager revoked the meal voucher. Fair enough I guess.

Staff was very nice, everything was clean. My only complaint was I stayed in room 307 and the parking lot lights were shining like headlights into the room and the drapes were see through. It was SO bright it was difficult to sleep. Otherwise, nice hotel stay. The bartender was nice.

Great staff - very friendly & attentive. Our requests for specific room cleaning requirements throughout our stay (3 nights) were taken care of by Dominic.
The hotel is close to I-10 highway, so you will here the background noise of traffic. It wasn't too bad, but it is a constant background noise.
