Upon arrival, we were greeted by the front desk staff an immediately checked in. She gave us instructions for parking and how to ding our room. The complementary in room internet connection was having a problem so I called the front desk. She had tech support call the room, and within 5 minutes I was online and doing my work. The next morning I went to the lobby to do some online work while my wife slept in. I got a cup of coffee (or three) and received a very friendly greeting from the building maintenance gentleman. Super happy and will stay there again!

It is a good hotel for a brief stay. It is right off the I-10. We had our dog with us and they were ok with him staying in the room for a small fee. The rooms are out dated but comfortable. It looks like the outside is getting a new paint job. It was overall a good place to rest our heads for the night.

Unexpected surprise, not in a good way
Checked in and was assigned a room. Went to our room and immediately left as the room was occupied. There was a suitcase on the bed which was opened and personal items were laid out. My wife could see toiletries in the bathroom. Took our concerns to the front desk. There was no apology, just a look of bewilderment. She took our keys and were given another room assignment. In addition I am certain I reserved a room suite and was given a standard room. The charge reflected the room suite.

First time staying in Phoenix area and picking a hotel from PA. Our room was a two room suite and could not have been better. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Location was right off of I10 and there are lots of fast food and shopping places close by.
If I had to list cons one would be highway noise. The loudest racing traffic and sirens all night. We eventually got a little used to it, but it was an issue.
Second con would be that the only food service in the hotel was a mexican taco resturant. That type of food does not agree with me. I chose this hotel because it said it had a restaruant, but I ended up eating three dinners out of the snack options in the hotel store. I also paid for our breakfasts in our room package and we were given a choice of three meals (plus one kids) for breakfast every morning. I ate the same single slice of French TOast for three mornings in a row. If you have children or are expecting a standard hotel breakfast with bagels, cereal, waffels, juice etc. this place will not meet your needs and you may want to not include breakfast with your room choice so you don't end up paying twice.
I believe that their website should be updated to reflect the type of food service so those of us with somewhat restrictive diets can make a more informed decision.
Not wanting to leave on a negative note, if you are in and out overnight, if your family loves mexican food, if you are not counting on meals at the hotel, this may be a great choice.

There's construction next to the hotel, which is the worst complaint i can possibly find and at no fault to the hotel. Otherwise its my go to when finding a hotel near Ak-Chin pavilion

Road and highway noise crazy load. Almost like windows were open. Police and fire truck sirens. Heard every car driving down the road. No free breakfast. We had a suite, bed was in the living room and other room had 1 chair and tv. AC was so loud, had to turn tv up past 18 to hear it. Tv is bolted to table and even in height with bed. Impossible to see 32" tv if you are laying in bed. Bathroom was nice.

The property was very clean and actually you didn't hear noise from inside the building, but it's located right on top of the highway and you could hear traffic all night long.
We tried to get into the pool one day and it was dirty and uninviting.

Lots of traffic noise.

Where was the free breakfast?
The window in our room would not close tightly. It seriously sounded like a hurricane in our room. I had to take a roll of tape from one of the contractors in the hotel doing tile work and tape the gap in the window. Why would a hotel window open on the 4th floor anyways.

The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, while under duress, due to the remodeling in the front lobby. The location, is unfortunately the worst part. The traffic on the freeway is very noisy.

Not a good stay.
There was no HOT water. There was no soap. The smoke detector was hanging off the wall with a sticky note says "Fix". The bath tub was dirty. Not a very nice stay.

Rainy days in Phoenix, but not at the Hotel.
The hotel was clean and well groomed. The room was spacious and comfortable. Beds were outstanding and the shower was to die for. The icing on the cake was the staff at the front desk, and the employees at the cafe. These people were amazing, friendly, and made me feel genuinely welcome. I'll definitely stay here again and I highly recommend it to anyone.

Bad traffic noise on east side
The east side faces a busy street which has a traffic light at a busy intersection just northeast of the hotel. As a result, traffic is always either accelerating past the hotel either from the adjacent street or turning left in from the cross street. A lot of the vehicles are noisy pickups. Our window on that side of the hotel didn't muffle the noise enough to keep it from being a nuisance late at night. Every minute or so most of the night there was a new set of roars like a drag race starting. It interfered with our sleep. If you stay here, avoid east-facing rooms.

Awesome hotel
Everything was great! Inside was very clean, room was nice, friendly staff. Had a trash problem on the outside though. Super full can was over flowing and blowing all over the parking lot. Kinda gross. Other than that, place was really nice for a hotel.

Booked room with king bed, not sure why but upgraded to a suite with king bed. Just a stop over for us, got in late and left out fairly early so really didn’t get a chance to check things out. Room was great except for loud air conditioner.

Wonderful Hotel in the Heart of Everything

Front desk wasn’t very friendly & no coffee every morning. You should have a back up pot ready to go when the other one runs out. Trash overflowing outside front door. Covid should not be a reason for poor service & no service.

The property is right off the freeway. I read some complaints about how loud the freeway was and we didn’t think loud at all. Lots of fast food and gas places near by. The breakfast my family thought was amazing. Big portions and quick service.

Overall, very nice. The only down side was that when we got into our room we noticed a bunch of dog hair on the carpet next to one of the beds so who ever vacuumed last missed it. Not really a big deal as we are dog people. We just brushed it up ourselves. There also apparently was some sort of golf tournament in the area so when we went downstairs for breakfast, the restaurant was packed. We ended up going to iHOP down the street.

Hotel no longer cleans your room or gives you new linens - Also no breakfast expect a bag that was not what any one in my family would eat for breakfast. - Other hotels found a way to serve a breakfast during these pandemic times. Should of been a better price for the lack of service.
