Just what we needed.
We needed a place to stay for one time, close enough to Cape Canaveral so we didn't have to drive forever. This fit the bill perfectly. Easy to find, quick check-in, room was warm and comfortable. And the bonus, was the hotel was close to food that I could eat!

There was no tissue in the bathroom, had to use Kleenex afterwards, and the toilet made a running noise all night. When checking out about 7am no one was at the front desk so I called once in the car to tell them about this

The AC unit was SO LOUD that we finally turned the AC up at night just to be able to sleep. The alarm clock was set by someone to go off at like 1 am in the morning, couldn’t figure out how to turn it off socket kept ringing every 5 minutes. Finally had to wake up turn on a light to figure out to unplug it. Check in - we waited about 5 minutes until someone finally came out to wait on us, he was so quick and quiet while checking us in (I was not impressed) then while trying to turn the tv on, a worker just walked into our room. Of course she apologized but at least we were able to show her the tv wasn’t working. The only plus about this hotel was the bed was comfortable.

First room on First floor had mold
Second room the toilet didn't flush and we had to use a plunger each time using toilet. I did ask to see a third room and it had mold as well. We stayed in the room with the non flushing toilet. All 3 woke up congested. This room doesn't smell like mold however I am guessing its the entire hotel that has mold.It is just more noticeable on the first floor.

My jacket was lost, from our room after we changed rooms because out our window was a noisy air conditioning unit and bright lights. Unfortunately the blackout shades do not close. I accidentally left my Jean jacket there. I noticed that I didn’t have my jacket in the new room, when I went to the front desk to ask if it was turned in….. now turn it in. Dissatisfied.. the manager said he would contact me before I left with or without good new…… he never did. I’m very dissatified

The staff was very friendly. I think the air might have been out because the lobby was pretty warm. The air in our room was barely working. The room itself wasn’t the worst. Just worn. There was a hole in the wall and the bathroom was not the cleanest. I was only staying there for about 9 hours though and it did the job. I would definitely chose another hotel if I was staying for longer.

The hotel is in need of an update. It looks like they tried to update it, but just changed a few things. After getting up in the middle of the night, I realized that I was in a connecting room. Decided to check the lock and it didn't work. It just spun around. That meant that all the other room needed to do was stick something in the bottom piece and my door would have opened. This was completely unacceptable!! When I told the front desk they said they would have someone check it out. I told her that I clearly didn't sleep after that.

We stayed here for a baseball tournament. The pool area was a mess. The pool itself was very dirty. The lining had holes in it. When you walk on the bottom of the pool it was like stepping in holes. The air conditioning was horrible. It was either too hot or too cold. The room was extremely damp. The sheets were wet our clothes in our suitcases for very damp. We left here and went to another hotel. It was so much cleaner the AC worked and housekeeping came in everyday. Definitely will not be back.

Room smelt musty and like cigarettes, shower didn’t drain and was mildewy with tiles falling off walls. We stayed for a week and our room was never cleaned, had to ask for clean towels and toilet paper… or I just washed them myself. The jetted tub in our king suite smelled moldy too. I also found it a little ridiculous that breakfast wasn’t included in the stay, after paying 1500 for the week. Only upside was it was convenient to the ballpark we attended every day

Good: I did like, and very much appreciated the fact that this hotel assisted with salvaging our Family Reunion which could have been Up-ended because the original location had an Air-Conditioning failure and this Hotel agreed to provide a space for us to meet on only two days notice.
Bad: All the rooms on the 2nd floor had Terrible Mold odor, I mean we could not even walk 2 feet into the room it was sooo bad. Not sure why they even send folk to those rooms because everyone just marches back down to the front-desk and are promptly given a room on another floor.

No linens for the hideaway bed, and front desk was out of blankets. Only given fitted sheet and pillowcases, had to use flat sheet from our bed as blanket since we hadn’t brought one with us. The shower curtain was ripped and falling off curtain rod. The shower drained horribly slow, and you had to hold the handle on the toilet the entire time for it to flush properly. Finally on our second night, they found a blanket for us. The front desk staff was friendly, although absent quite a bit. Waited around to pay for two bottles of water for 10 minutes, only to leave the money and a note on the desk for them to find when they returned. Had to pay a $100 non refundable pet fee that wasn’t mentioned at the time the reservation was made. Overall, I wouldn’t stay here again. Price was good, but too much was disappointing.

The room I thought I booked didn't match the picture from hotels.com. The first room smelled like mold so we were moved to another room. An almost gone roll of toilet paper was all that was in the bathroom. Not enough towels for the number of guests on my reservation and couldn't get new towels until following day. No bed sheet/blankets for the pull out sofa (which again should've been in the room based on number of guests on reservation). The front desk person was helpful in trying to rectify the room situation but did not have the room I was under the impression I booked via the picture on Hotels.com. Now I know I can't trust the picture to match the room. This is important to me as I needed the bigger room with a table/additional living/bedroom option. The hotel itself was dirty and run down. We were there for 3 nights and the hallway was never vacuumed in that time. Broken ramen noodles were all over the hallway the entire stay. Sheets and towels (while supposedly clean) had stains on them. Will not return to this hotel in the future.

The property is deteriorated. The bathroom floor was sticky. No maid service. Needed to ask for service. The bathtub enclosing was crack. Carpet stain. The personnel was nice but the facilities need renovation.

Staff was awesome - friendly, courteous, and helpful. Night clerk Cortez was a standout. The only negative was the property itself. It is old and dated. Parking lot was marked by potholes. Convenient to many dining option.

This place was disgusting and staff had no clue what they were doing. The bartender was drunk, the room was covered in dirt and hair, the a/c didn’t work, the pool chairs all had rips and couldn’t be used.
The poor waitress for breakfast was running around like crazy and was clearly overworked. When asked for a refund for our remaining day, they charged us extra and said no one could fix it until next week. Will NEVER go back to a holiday Inn based on this experience. We canceled our remaining days and scrambled to find a clean, safe place to stay

At 3am the battery in the smoke detector started beeping. Went to call the desk only to find the phone in the room did not work.
Had to use my cell phone to call & front desk clerk was indifferent. Took 2 trips for him to get a battery that worked.
There were only 2 towels and toiletries for 1 person.
Not a great experience at this hotel. Will not stay here again !

Never again!
We will never stay in this hotel again. Our room was cleaned once during our four night stay in spite of daily requests to do so - including just emptying the garbage or leaving fresh towels. The general condition of the hotel is run down and there’s very little interest it appears in rectifying any complaints.

The tub drain was clogged and immediately started filling and never went down. Toilet had been used recently and not flushed. Refrigerator was not operational and smelled like bleach. TV had no guide and channels were very hard to find. Disgusting and terrible.

Be careful about booking this hotel
I booked a one bedroom suite they gave me a regular room with additional living space. Then they lied saying they dont have one bedrooms. Roomfeels deppresive not very nice. Ants in the bathroom.

Overall is was ok. The shower bar needed repair which was taken care of when we mentioned. The phone in the room did not work. Staff was friendly. Maria at front desk and Justin in the breakfast room were awesome!

The room was fine but if you don’t have a Roku account and just want to watch live TV it’s difficult to get it set up. I don’t understand why Roku is the only option. It will definitely influence my decision to stay at Holiday inn again.

I needed a place close to Rockledge Hospital and this was the one I thought the best choice. I was not wrong. It was clean and staff was friendly. I felt very comfortable traveling alone here.

Staff was great. I don't know if it was just dumb luck but my bedspread was dirty, the entire wall next to the bed was dirty and the shower was was dirty with what looked to be oily or dirty hands. Staff was very attentive and quick to help when i asked for a new bedspread. Everything else was clean and tidy around the property. I'd give it a second chance.

Comfortable and great service!
The staff was fabulous helping us with missing our cruise and them losing our luggage. They gave us toiletries and extremely accommodating. Great location and convenient. Mattresses were not terrible, but a little uncomfortable.

Pretty standard "hotel by a major freeway" kind of place. The room was clean and quiet. The bed was very soft, if that's your cup of tea, you'll rest easy. The pool area was kind of grungy and could use a good pressure wash.
Evening front desk staff, Sabrina, is an absolute gem, I give her 5 stars! However, the young bartender, Casey, is well on his way to becoming an angry, irritable, customer service troll... bad mouthing the company, his management, his coworkers and guests, in front of anyone and everyone. He has no clue about the alcohol he is serving, how to make a decent pour and drops the f-bomb with reckless abandon.
Bottom line, stay here if you need an inexpensive place to rest your head, but grab a drink at the happy hour down the road.

No enhanced cleaning as advertised. I cleaned the areas in my room that should have been. Phone. Door handles. Light switches. Blood dried near entry door handle. I hoped the sheets were clean. Not clean at all. Parking lot dark. Lots of dead trees. Worried about car. A few pot smokers in lot. I wasn’t comfortable as a female solo traveler. Lousy think towels.
