Be Aware! Definitely A Play Area!
I am so unsure how to comment. Let me do my best, and be honest. Not a bad location, but somewhat congested and busy. The amenities were convenient, and heavily traveled by locals and tourist. Not always a good combination. The room appeared clean, but had a strong, lingering, stale odor. The odor wasn't offense, but it was definitely present. The staff seemed really nice, professional and responsive. HERE'S THE SITUATION..., I had no prior knowledge of some sort of event/party/convention/gathering, but the noise and commotion was extremely loud and disruptive. I didn't call the front desk, but had I known about the "celebration"/"party" I would have chosen a different location. Yes, I eventually went to sleep, but it was loud for a long time. It's possible that when I booked this stay, I didn't pay attention to nor understand what "Celebration Area" meant. A little more effort and information could have helped me make a better decision. I think that this may be an area, better suited for a younger demographic. If you're looking for a "play" area, or a location for fun and excitement, this might be the location for you. If you're looking for a different type of "rest and relocation", this might not be the area for you.

The only draw back was the building 2 floor 4 hallway smelled like cigarette smoke. The room did not! Everything else was perfect.

The staff was very helpful always checking to see thru text if everything was going fine bedrooms and sheets very clean little bit of noise from the highways but I like it also the location is so close to everything and the price was acceptable I would recommend this property

I have higher expectations from Hilton
This property was just alright. The room cleanliness had alot to be desired. No one refreshed my room during a weekend stay. The entire floor smelled like cigarette smoke. The shower was filthy. Price was affordable and close to Old Town and other eateries.

Overall good experience
Room was clean and updated daily, towels replaced daily, did not make beds daily. Bus to parks only goes to Epcot and Magic Kingdom, one time slot for drop off and pick up. (Not at opening or closing of parks) Was not convenient.

Not a good place to sleep
All the air conditioners make some crazy noise, when asked if they can be fixed they took their time. Kids couldn't go back to sleep after they finally fixed it.

Very surprised with the condition of the hotel. The hotel was incredibly clean, the staff was nice, and the single king bed room was amazing. Definitely will book here again when I come back to orlando

Poor service
The booking in staff where superb very nice.
Next morning I wanted a coffee machine not working one cup no condiments called down to reception was informed I had to come down to reception as no one around,got dressed was told when arrived by another receptionist that it would be delivered the man next to the lady who informed me was wrong I turned around said “left hand does not know what right hand is doing”

Beautiful hotel, excellent location, friendly staff, very good breakfast.
Called the hotel in advance requesting a crib and was assured we would have one. Got to the hotel and they didn't have one reserved. Was assured by the night manager one would be delivered the next meningitis. Never received it. Very inconvenient with a 2 year old.

It was such a convenient option being close the parks and the place was very nice, clean and the staff were so friendly and helpful, Veronica helped us check in and she was exceptional!
The room was also beautiful and very clean, the bed was so comfortable also breakfast was nice.

If you are visiting Disney or just the Orlando area I would highly recommend this property. The front desk staff (Niko) was friendly and efficient. The breakfast was delicious. All the staff was helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. They also had a shuttle to the parks. Can't get any better.

It was really nice the room was comfortable, & very presentable good features. I loved the bed & bathroom & I didn’t even realize until we got there we had a balcony which was also very nice. The breakfast had make your own waffle & the good ol blueberry muffins you get at like school breakfast which were my favorite. Also close to world of food trucks which has amazing food for dinner choices! Its between everything food & park wise!

I believe it eas not the hotel's mistake that the noise was from external. There were unruly motocyclist who keeps on running at the parking area noisily the whole 2 nights stay in hotel.

We love this hotel and we had been staying there during our Disney visits. It's very close to all Disney World parks and restaurants etc., The staff is super nice and polite. Great breakfast buffet. Nice and clean amenities.

The room we stayed in had a lot of noise from the nearby road and we also had a lil roach in the room. My husband also found a piece of gum on the wall but we just used the room for sleeping in during our Walt Disney World weekend getaway. Room was decent and well kept otherwise. Beds were comfortably and clean. Bathroom was nice and had good water pressure for showering after a long day.

Standard hotel, not the best holiday inn I have stayed at. Overall wasn’t the most aesthetically pleasing due to the brown and green colour schemes. Wasn’t dirty but wasn’t fully clean either. For example the carpet in the hallway had some unclean areas I.e dirt and debris.

Front desk customer service was great. The hotel itself wasn’t the best since it is outdated. The room was huge. Bed could be a bit more comfy but the pillows were. The soap, shampoo and conditioner were a big plus since it wasn’t those tiny bottles. Room outdated but very clean. The TV only has a few channels that actually work. Several say no signal or just was off half the time. 3/5 in my opinion.

We booked a king and when we arrived, we were given a queen. The condition of the room was outdated and in desperate need of a remodel/touch up. The walls looked disgusting- as if something was dripping from it. Great location though, walking distance from old town.

Close enough to Disney. Black mold in the bathroom, all of property - doors, walls, elevators, floors - even ceilings DIRTY. Just could never recommend, grungy. Smelled like marijuana.
