Very friendly and helpful front desk staff. Clean, spacious room. Excellent fitness center: functioning equipment, lots of choices, well organized free weights. There is also a game room with a pool table. The outdoor pool and hot tub area is hosed down regularly and is very clean. The location is near the Interstate, restaurants and shopping. The owner/manager obviously works hard running a hotel that has everything an overnight guest could want, provided at a reasonable price.

Stayed at this property last March for spring break and it was very clean! This time around it wasn’t. I moved the curtain and saw peanut butter packets laying on the floor so that tells me that they didn’t even clean/vacuum in that area. The tub had the pink mold in the corners as well. I think the maids are being rushed or maybe just not being thorough in the cleaning that’s just my opinion.

Good but noisy
Nice hotel. Very friendly staff. Better than average breakfast. Only problem was the very noisy boiler that you could hear in the room. Off and on all night staff was aware and waiting for parts. They should have placed guests down the other hall to minimize problems. Otherwise it was good. Didn’t use pool or hottub. Overnight stay on our way south.

It was so nice there. One thing is I got there about 8:00. It would be nice if they could have a couple sandwiches in the cooler. I hate the noodles but they don’t set well. Just a suggestion.

Very Nice Facility
Spacious room. Got a 1st floor room which was preferred. Nice bathroom. Bed starting to show a little age. Breakfast mediocre. Staff friendly and helpful. Facility well-maintained.

Woke up at 5:30am to shower and there was no hot water. Went to the front desk, where there was another customer also asking about the hot water. The front desk attendant simply said ‘sorry ma’am, they’re working on it’. No apology, no eta, nothing further. Took a cold shower and left the hotel as quick as I could; very frustrated. I stay here once a month for work - the lack of empathy and customer service over this event means I won’t stay here again. A simple apology would have gone a long way.

The entire property is well cared for, the beds are comfortable and the rooms are soundproof. The breakfast was typical waffles, cereal, fruit, juice and coffee. The staff were accommodating and friendly. The reason I give a 4 star is because the day we were checking out, someone (most likely housekeeper) tried to open the room door at 11:30am. We had kids still brushing their teeth and on the toilet, if the housekeeper knocked we did not hear it due to the noise inside the room. Then we got two calls from the front desk asking if we were intending to stay another night, to which I responded “we are leaving, in a few minutes we will come by the front desk” I think they could have waited until 12pm to do this. Just wanted to put this on the radar so hotel staff can review it. Otherwise, I will stay here again.

Overall cleanliness. Good service. Friendly staff. Great breakfast. Quiet. They seemed to cover all the bases of what's expected of a good stay and then some. Very comfortable stay. Everything was accessible and seemed to function correctly. Highly recommended.

Driving through USA from Canada this was my favorite place. Great staff, excellent rooms. Front desk was very professional and extremely polite. Cleanliness was top notch. very good value.

Breakfast should last a little longer. The elevator was scary (made some weird noises. My trash was not taken out on the last day of our stay. Not soap replenished on the last day of my stay. Over all loved my stay and time there.

The check in was excellent, she was very friendly and informative. The rooms were fine, little older but comfortable and spacious. The best part was the breakfast, it started at 6 and my kids were so excited to make waffles. I had a sausage egg English muffin with a salsa they had. Just stay one night so didn’t check out the pool or spa.

Like everything about this place. Clean, neat, expect for some hair on the bathroom floor. The only wish I had was to have a cup of coffee in the lobby at 5-30 am when I was checking out for a long trip back home . The guy upfront informed me that I would have to wait until 6 am ( breakfast opening time) . If I’m ever in Yuma again I would definitely stay her again .

The hotel is showing it's age. The outside temperature was 111 degrees and the room temp I'm guessing was 80 degrees. The lobby seemed to be at 80 as well. I did mention this to the staff and got no response. Ice machines on the property were out of order. Mattresses seemed to have gotten their full use (worn, like sleeping on a box-spring). On the plus side the linen was clean and smelled fresh. I've stay here previously and can truly say that this place needs some work.

This hotel served its purpose. We spent two nights and spent most of our time in the room. We used the pool once at night and there was no lights, it was cloudy and full of leaves. The first room we got the AC didn’t work and after a couple of tries they moved us to another room. We ate in the lobby and the staff did not mind. Breakfast was decent, but they really could have extended the hours from 6-10 instead of 6-9.

The pool water was not the cleanest, slightly green (but, perhaps, it had just been serviced). The rest of the property was very clean.
The pool over at La Fuente is better.
The tv remote was sticky, but I think that also was from cleaning it. It had that non-slip finish that would get sticky when wiped.
The hot water side of the bathroom faucet didn't work well.
I know this sounds like a horrible review, but it was actually a decent place for a night's rest, passing through.
Breakfast was really nice.

Confirming email didnt show address ;lack if consistent telephone service while driving- so hotel name put in Maps & was directed to wrong location in Yuma. Should be corrected. Very frustrated to drive around for 30 minutes trying to locate hotel.

We booked this room as it states it sleeps 5. We had 2 adults 2 15 year olds and an 11 year old. It only sleeps 4. Staff was unwilling to make any accommodations and were not friendly. Beds were very hard and uncomfortable. Hotel was very hot throughout. Took a long time to get the room to cool off. Breakfast was decent which was a surprise.
