People smoking in non smoking rooms. Dirty and tub was moldy too much to even state. Definitely wouldn’t book here. Keep looking.

Horrible property!
Smelly, damp, clammy, I paid good money upfront and stayed with a friend because this hotel is absolutely the worst I’ve stayed at.

Good price for Boston but won't stay there again
Pros: Great price for Boston. Convenient location for Waltham, Cambridge, and west Somerville.
Cons: Room outdated with peeling countertop, cabinet doors that don't close all the way. Felt unclean, with some crumbs on floor and hair in tub. AC tuend super cold when we arrived so we went to bed freezing, had to raise temperature a lot and then by morning room was stuffy. Lowered temp again but room stayed stuffy rest of our visit. Grab n go breakfast was carbs only (oatmeal, nutrigrain bars, packaged muffins). Adding fruit would be nice. Also, dark roast coffee was out and no one at front desk to refill.

The property is located in a newly transferred road construction, and the GPS has difficulties, finding it. It is also confusing, that a second, separate Extended Stay America is located in front of this location, where every guest checks in and is advised that it is the wrong location.
Otherwise, besides this confusion, I had a good stay.

The staff was quite nice. There was no breakfast, only coffee, tea and muffins or bars. Hotel was very noisy at night and unpleasant smell in the room. I didn't feel safe.

Do not ever stay here!
This was the grossest, most poorly kept hotel I’ve ever stayed in. The room was disgusting. The cabinets were all broken, splintered and falling apart. The baseboards were coming off and mold in the shower. I cannot believe I paid money to stay at this place.

Functional not comfortable

It was terrible. The sink water didn't come out correctly and bath water didn't drain well... i asked the front desk to change the room. She asked me to pay more.... i don't want to come back here.

Room was dirty, carpet sticky (do not go barefoot), and doors/drawers were falling off or not opening at all. Definitely piping in a sickly lemon scent and our room was very musty smelling. Also the switch for the vent fan in the bathroom was disabled, so I’m sure that added to the mustiness. Walked in to check in and no one was to be found, waited 10 minutes for someone to appear out of the back. Upon checkout, asked for a copy of my bill and the young girl that was on her third day of work with no manager on site, had no idea what she was doing. If I could get my money back, I would.

By far the worst experience of my 50 years of traveling. Dirty smelly unsafe. Elevator broke. Breakfast included was dry muffins. They ran out and so did the coffee. No ice. Didn’t clean room. I could go on…..

Staff does not respect the client’s time. We were force to leave the room at 9am due to maintenance, on check in they did not inform about it. Had to leve the hotel at night once we receive the information. Did not issue a refund for the inconvenience. Terrible communication with manager. Staff didn’t know what to do. Rooms didn’t smell well. I will never stay in a extended stay america again, especially in this one. Please be aware!!!!!!!!!

Property is very mediocre. No supplies at all in the kitchenette. We booked a queen room but were told we could not check in to a queen room at that time. When I then asked for a king room I was charged an additional $26. Hallways were shabby and smelly. King room was spacious and pleasant but no supplies other than soap and towels - no kettle, pots, cutlery, etc. I would not recommend this property.

I was in town for a commencement and this was the closest available affordable hotel. Ride share made it expensive but the place is clean and staff attentive. Families live in hotels these days, I was impressed by the sense of community and kindness in the shared spaces.

The room was ok but all the lights did not work. Shower leaked cold water. Curtains didn't fit picture window, so it had to be pinned and tapped closed for privacy.
Main light over the bathroom sink did not work. Receptacles didn't all work.

Spraying went on and we were told we had to be out of the rooms by 9am.
The site also said breakfast but it was a grab and go which only had coffee, tea, fruit bars and packets of oatmeal. No fruit, or yogurt or cereal.

I liked the first floor location.
The front desk person was hardly available when needed. No washing detergent available for purchase. I had to leave my room for 3 hours due to a visit from Ecolabs.

Check-in was a nightmare!! 40 minutes wsiting in line because there was only one perdon at the desk. The person checking people in was very graciuos and kind, but she needed help. The hallways need shampooing as everything smells like old rotting food.

Its a reasonable price and it's fairly decent. For the price I'd say it's a good deal. No breakfast just coffee and packaged muffins that were smashed. No bowls for oats and no spoons. Etc. You get the idea

When I booked the room, I originally paid extra & booked the room with two queen size beds. When we arrived I was told that wasn’t available. I stayed in a room with one king size bed. Other than that, the hotel is decent.

Terrible hotel, used to be good before
Hotel looks like it might be undergoing renovations sometime in the future. There was spakle from all the holes patched but no painting done. Hair dryer was falling off the wall in the bathroom. When we asked for room service we were told that was only offered if you stayed over two weeks. When we asked for fresh towels we were told we had to bring the used ones back. There were no kitchen utensils in the room and when we asked for some they were never delivered to the room. Overall a very bad experience.

The bed was super hard the bathroom look like it was dirty it was like they were in the midst of renovation there was patches on the wall like there had been holes in there covering it up it just looked like we were staying at a motel down the street my view was a parking lot. Bath towels were small no shampoo and conditioner they also didn't have any lotion.

The smoke detector was hanging by wires and the divider on floor was cracked. I cut my toe between the cracked boards. The hallways smelt HORRIBLE.

This was the worst place we have ever stayed in. We stayed there 4 nights and not once was our room serviced. We had to get our own towels twice and also Toilet paper. The room smelled like an old ashtray. The smell was so bad we had to keep the exhaust fans going 24 hours. We told the front desk they just said they don’t clean the rooms every day. The rooms were in bad condition. I took pictures of everything there. Missing faceplates on electrical boxes fan covers hanging off the ceiling by one screw. There was even water leaking out of an outlet box ! Plus the caulk around the bathtub was coming off. The light fixtures were all different some with out on and off switches. We will never stay there again. The bad part about it was we couldn’t go any place else because of the Boston Marathon and everything was booked.

Good place to rest your head...very basic.
I was disappointed in the check in. I had to ask about breakfast. I was not told that if I wanted kitchen ware that I would have to ask for it. So when we went to have breakfast we brought in the morning we had nothing to eat it with or to heat it up in.
The walls are thin and you can hear others very clearly.
I would have preferred a room not around children like we were.
We were at the end of a hall and I had requested elevator access and this should have at least tipped off reservations that I had an elderly person with me. Next time I will have to be more specific.

This hotel is a cheap hotel with generic everything. So you get what you pay for. No frills. However the hotel did have a partial renovation makeover with updated elevator, wall paint colors and some lamp and furniture and decor updates in a tasteful style but other parts of room decor looks very dated. Kitchen only has a dish towel. No cookware or flatware or dishes etc. disappointing! Breakfast was extremely cheap with a couple cheap items to eat like packs of oatmeal and hot water, coffee and a cheap package mini muffin. Not my idea of a free breakfast! No fresh fruit. No yogurt. No hard boiled eggs or toast. Room was clean in general areas but very dusty and dirty on lamps, molding, tv clicker, clock. Bedding was cheap but okay. Only three pillows but were good. However the mattress was very cheap. Not the worst hotel mattress but not the best either. In a very convenient location. I would recommend if under $75 a night. But hotel needs some updates and better cleaning to charge more. Forget the little you get for breakfast.

While I stayed at this place, I had a horrible stay I accidentally booked this place meant to book 32 the hotel in the front but they wouldn’t let me refund at 52 so I end up staying there to find insects in the faucet was broken and the water was leaking and got all over my clothes outside the shower When they told me they would refund waited more than a week and half with no response from the manager about my refund I’m not type of person to even write reviews, but this place was horrible I highly recommend choosing a different place especially if you have kids.

Breakfast = packets of oatmeal or muffins. No fruit, no even bowl for the oatmeal (“use a cup”). Trek from Boston, reaching 52 is quirky (drive behind 32). Basic accommodation, not even carpeted room, a little expensive for its standard.

We usually travel low budget but this hotel was something else. To start, entrance and the whole floor we stayed in was smelly. Some very distinct odour of dirty, mold and food. The reception and elevators floor were dirty and sticky.
Second, we didn’t get room service when we left the hotel. Bathtub was dirty and it was full of mold on the grouts.
Bed was old and noisy, the towels didnt look clean.
Lots of noisy neighbours running and screaming in the corridors.
Also, the smoke free room was smelling cigarettes when we atrived.

The room was a shambles. Although we were told that the bathroom needed painting, we were not told that the plaster was chipping off. Furthermore, there was, what appeared to be, black mold in the shower but I will admit that I’m not an expert by far. Also, the toilet seat was not bolted down. There were other issues with the room but apart from the bathroom, the worst part was the mattress: it was sagging and we kept rolling to the middle of the bed on top of each other. It was very difficult to sleep or get any rest. Some of the more irritating things such as the vending machines not working, the staff was dressed in wrinkled and some dirty clothes really put me off.

Not a good place to stay
There was such a bad smell in the corridor! The room was shabby. We asked for spoons and plates and other stuffs they said would be available but we never got them. The microwave looked like it was 100 yrs old! The blanket was thin and the air conditioning was leaking water all over the floor next to the bed. One of the drawers were broken and nails were sticking out, and I had my 4 yrs old child with me. The TV would shut down in the middle of watching, looked behind the TV and it was literally taped with a duck tape! The bathtub was filthy!
I’ve never stayed in such a mess before!
