The guy sold the room that was reserved by the time we came in and we were left wigh one queen bed room for 4 of us. Such an uncomfortable night we had to spend after 10 hours of drive. The sofa bed was littered witb food and the room smelt discusting. Horrible room And service

The Heater in the room was not working. However, the staff ensured that we do not suffer by switching us to a different room. The breakfast is worst. It is simply only a couple of energy bars and coffee that is at best mediocre. Falsely advertising as breakfast!!

Awful Experience
When we arrived there was a song at the desk saying they were helping someone and would return momentarily. No one appeared for over 40 minutes and when someone did it was an employee just coming to work. Was not apologetic at all and took another 10 min getting ready for us to check in. I had just gotten ready to look for a new place but was also dealing with a toddler & my mom on a handicap scooter. The extra “sleeper sofa” in our room was broken and disgustingly stained. I instantly folded it back up. It wouldn’t close correctly because of the broken bracket on one side which then left our couch also unusable. Tried calling the front desk several times and it was busy. When I went back down, the same sign was up ace no one was around.

Great Set Up.
The cabinets falling apart!
Room was very satisfactory for the price and location was right on so I plan to stay again in the future due to location.

First of all , they told me they have problem with their Wifi ,so all the hotel no Wifi for 3 days. They told me they have Breakfast but its just a small corner with Coffee which is not brewed well like a fake Coffee and with some small snacks for kids. Inside the hotel almost every thing is very old that too easy to lose and off when you use it.

When I arrived the machine that makes the door cards was broken and it took 8 hrs for me to get my card made. The staff walked me up to the room and unlocked it with a master card.
The outside door was propped open with a rock. Looked like on purpose not sure the key cards worked in the outside door.
The nice little pond with walkway was nice, but there were geese and the poop from them was all over the grass and sidewalk. Like tons of it.
But for the price of 60-80 per night it was fine and served our purpose. 10 min from airport.

It was a pleasant stay however the the Curtain rod was literally hanging out of the ceiling and there was a missing/broken towel rack in the bathroom. I reported the items immediately and took pictures but no one that never came to fix it.

My toilet did not work in my hotel room. Had to switch rooms and still had the same problem. Had to flush twice in the second room for it to work. The hotel is not clean. Needs a lot of work done.

Decent location - rooms run down.
Room was run down. The bathroom door didn't close or stay closed. The cabinets "coating" was peeling away in a number of places. There were zero items in the kitchenette (ie, we didn't even have drinking cups). The pull out bed was filthy with blood and other large stains on it. There were no bed supplies for the pull out bed in the room, ie sheets or covers.
The "breakfast" was not a breakfast, it was granola bars.
On the plus side, the staff was nice enough, it was in a good location, we felt safe.

It was alright experience with this property. The property is outdated and need of updates / upgrades. The toilet was running with cigarette smell and kitchen didn't have any vessels. I wouldn't recommend this property unless you don't have a better choice.

No one is available at the front desk, and this was true our entire stay. The room is lovely, but there was no silverware, soap, or plates in the kitchenette. The area is very commercialized/industrial, but it is very close to the expo center. Overall, it was an ok stay.

The staff is fine except for the gentleman that works on Sunday Aliso(sp) He thinks he has power over the guest and doesn’t understand that the guest is the customer. Repeatedly had issues when he’s working. They need to re-train him immediately or move him off the front desk.

I put my name on the reservation in my name instead of my wife's even though the reservation was for her. Despite the same last name and a copy of the credit card on the reservation with her name on it she was not allowed to check-in, even when she called and I verified. I had to contact Expedia and have the reservation changed before they could check-in. The hotel wouldn't even let her use the lobby rest room while she was waiting!

The hotel was not clean and the smell was awful. The first room we walked in a the smell immediately took our breath away. Went to back down to receptionist and told her. She didnt seem to be to concerned. She gave us another room and that was not clean. I will never stay there again nor recommend it.

The room was clean, the shower was hot and had good pressure.
The hotel was poorly staffed and stocked. I only saw 1 staff member at a time. The continental breakfast was, no lie, a cabinet they opened with oatmeal packets, chewy Quaker granola bars, and prepackaged muffins. There was coffee and a single hot cocoa packet.
When I called for paper towels or napkins (it’s supposedly an extended stay), they didn’t own ANY. Instead I was told I could have a box of tissues. There was one single dish towel in the room. When I called for napkins I also asked for linens and pillows for my mom to use of the sofa bed. They told me I had to go to the front desk to get them. It was only 9pm. When I went to the front desk the employee led me INTO the stock room where she asked me specifically what I wanted. There was literally only 1 pillow in there stock room, high she gave me. I never saw one other guest in the hotel the three nights I stayed there. However, despite their lack of guests, they did put someone directly above me which woke me during the night multiple times. Lastly after I showered, I used their blow dryer mounted on the wall. The thing overheated and instead of flipping the socket breaker switch, it started to bubble out the handle and almost burned my hand. I dropped it immediately. When I told the employee at the desk, he didn’t apologize or thank me for telling him or anything. He simply wrote a note about it.
Also no maid service at all.

Roaches Galore, Compensation Refused, No Breakfast
The room was infested with cockroaches; crawling on the walls, floors, coming out of the faucet, and the list goes on. The front desk offered to move me, but I was on the top floor and can only image how bad it would have been on the lower floors. They did not offer any other compensation and when asked, they said - no. This place does not have breakfast, they only have coffee, tea, gas station muffins, and granola bars. I do not recommend staying at this hotel.

Extended Stay Double billed me... stole my money
Overall the service wasn't the worst. However, I was starting a new job. I got stuck in another town all day. i called several times during the day to make sure that they held my room because i hadn't paid for it yet (i was running to a appointment and the front desk was busy when i came down.)
I check my account on the way back to make sure i had money for room , and the hotel had changed by already. So when i walked in i asked for the recepit. It was a new system and it was down when i can in... I was told. I was told i was ok, i toke my child and went to bed.
the next morning, i came down to rebook for the weekend and was told i had to pay again because they didn't see the payment. I showed them the payment deducted from my account... In other words. They double billed me and i went to another Hotal.
I have called several times... they will not return my money.
Make sure you get copies...it in writing. I was passed around and disrespected by customer service for a month. I tried to be nice but they stole my money...

I was unaware that there was no housekeeping on the property unless you stayed 7 days so you don’t get fresh towels unless you take them to the desk. Also the breakfast was only muffins and breakfast bars. I feel that if Extended Stay will not provide the basic amenities of most hotels, there prices should be cheaper compared to other hotels.

Cheap, but you get what you pay for.
There were insects across the property. Had a spider walk on my arm while laying in bed. Also while I was there, what seemed to be a drug bust went down. It was a bit alarming to follow the hallway to find two police with one crouched behind a riot shield. The property is old and does not look like it has been renovated since the 70’s. The carpet and hallway stinks of smoke and has an old musty smell

The room was clean on the surface but the cords had at least an inch of gross dust; the curtains had large slices in them. The bed was hard and uncomfortable. Absolutely no plates, silverware, cups provided. Just wasn’t worth the discount for me to stay there. I guess you get what you pay for.

We couldn't stay. I was supposed to wait for my wife and baby at Dulles Airport (they were coming overseas, arriving at 3am but because of the conditions at the hotel we decided to return home). Just a waste of money. Really poor customer service and the room had a terrible cigarette smell.

Disappointing second visit
I was very disappointed on this, my second visit. I went back to this hotel thinking I didn’t need to worry about accommodations for the family, including kid and dogs. I didn’t realize that the pet fee I paid was not correct the first time, so when I called to let them know we needed a pet friendly room for this second visit and found out the charges for pets I requested the same rates as previously given because that was part of the deciding factor to stay there again. The manager said he would put a note in our reservation, and later we found that the manager had either not put in a note or that it was ignored. When I brought it up to the hotel staff there was no manager available and was told that I was a liar because no one would ever change the pet fee like I claimed regarding my phone call. I was very upset, however thanks to this terrible example of customer service we found better accommodations nearby. The overall stay the second time was not as nice as the first time, and since we are coming up here frequently over the next few months it’s nice to know there is a better place worth returning to.

Very rude staff at checkin. The whole facility was run down. There was what looked like dried pee on the bathroom door, gooey stuff on the wall behind the toilet, crusty stuff on the couch, the towels were stained, the kitchen faucet had to be moved just right to not run (and it wasn’t in an off position) and it dripped the whole time. The curtains are about 4” from the window and the bed is at an angle to them so that the light from the parking lot shines right on the bed in your face. It was very noisy - we could hear everything in the rooms around us and the the hall. No one was available at checkout when we left and as we had a flight to catch we couldn’t wait for them to come back. Lousy stay and we won’t be back.

The rooms felt over 20 years old both in finishes and quality/wear and tear. The shower curtain was being held in place by four rusted out wood nails so that has clearly been broken for a long time. The office chair had a broken seat and a cigarette burn in the cushion, and there was trash and beer bottles in the trash can when I checked in. I also removed the sheets when I checked out and underneath the (removable) mattress pad had large urine stains on it. I'll never stay here ever again in my life (just this specific location).

This property had flickering lights, horrible toilet systems (took me a couple of times to flush or to wait before water going down). That is very unsanitary. I would not stay here again unfortunately. There was a booger on the wall next to the bed in Room 230 (the one I stayed at). The blankets were either OLD or WORN out - not like regular basic hotel blankets.

There wasn’t anything about this place that I liked. It was disgusting and under staffed, tv’s not working, clocks not working, towels look old ragged and dirty stains. People having sex so loudly it freaked me out...so not go there!

I was in a room for the weekend my checkout was on Sunday plans fell through so I needed to check back in however the same room that I had checked out of that day was still available the washcloth that I had used the day before was still in the room when I was told that the room had been cleaned also the shelf was broken that wasn’t broken before I took pictures and reported it to the front seat the man at the front desk yelled at me saying there was nothing he could do for me the carpet in the room needed shampooing as well there was trash left under the bed from the person or persons that rented the room before me I didn’t feel that the room was properly done

I made reservations a month ago and they sold the room out before we got there and had to get a smaller bed. Idk why that would happen when you know we are on the way. And they promised a full breakfast that ended up being coffee and prepackaged muffin the the lobby!
Oh and they called to tell me about the room asking if that was ok AFTER the fact...so it didn’t really matter.

When booking the through Expedia is states there is a pool and breakfast... there is no pool and breakfast consist of half size breakfast bars and single muffins. Expedia needs to have more details ( cleaning of the room, empty trash and removal of dirty towels all by the guest). Workout room consist of two treadmills only.

This property has some age issues but is clean and well serviced. The kitchen is not stocked but utensils and pots and pans are available through the front desk. There are hints of smoking around the elevators and the room.
