No ice machine, no bedding for pull out couch, a/c in bedroom didn’t work first night and when they came to fix it we were gone and they made a mess on the bed with dust and debris from tools or ac unit or something. Also asked for them to bring towels up and it took them an hour. Conditioner in the shower didn’t despense. My keycards stopped working at 8am the day of check out even though check out is suppose to be 11am. Room was too expensive for all of that

Don't be confused between the Candlewood Yuma and Candlewood APG. this one does NOT have any breakfast offered unless you count buying something from a vending machine. Staff was barely polite. Room included a full size refrigerator which could be handy for a longer stay but for me was just loud - making it very hard to sleep. Air/Heat was also loud and was either ON all night or OFF all night. It did not respond to the temperature setting. Would Not choose this place again. Lots of other options in Yuma.

It was very disappointing. I checked in to the hotel and not even 3 hours into my stay the smoke alarm went off. I woke up and called front desk, the guy said I'll be there immediately. Guy never showed and after approximately 6 minutes the alarm turned off. Couple hours later same thing happened. I didn't get any sleep because of the smoke alarm. Decided to take a bath around 7AM and the alarm went off yet again, because i was in the shower I did not call front desk this time. A couple minutes later maintenance just walked into my room to check the alarm, while I was in the shower. It was by far the worst experience I've had at a hotel. Never staying there again.

Highly recommend.
We travel quite a bit and we are rather picky about our hotels. This hotel was everything we expected and more. Clean quiet and all the amenities.

there were hundreds of small black sewer bugs coming out of the sink in the bathroom...not going to see me again at this place

Convenient location, clean room
We have stayed there several times when in that area. The front desk in friendly but this time the AC was noisy and no toiletries in the room. I should have asked to change rooms.

My FAVORITE all the comforts of home

The overall experience was great! The room was clean, and accommodating. The only complaint I have is when I arrived the front desk staff were not very personable I felt like they didn't want to check me in. In the morning when I checked out I had to wait for the front desk attendant...she was no where to be found...I was in a little bit of hurry, and it's understandable to wait for various reasons, but I was there a few minutes just waiting. Please train or hire responsible front desk attendants who take pride in their work and are available!

State wasn't very good I book 2 rooms and in both rooms maintenance had to come pick something in my room the refrigerator was making a high squealing noise and in the second room the AC unit was not working and it was 110 outside

Favorite Hotel in Yuma!
My favorite hotel in Yuma! It's like a studio apartment. Staff is very friendly and helpful. No pool at the hotel which you kind of want in the Yuma heat, but you can use the pool at the hotel next door.

It's great for where you are.
I've never had a problem with any Candlewood Suite and I've stayed at this particular location multiple times for work. It's pleasant and humble. Having your own little kitchen is pretty awesome as well.
Also, shout-out to the girl this morning who liked my Studio Ghibli T-Shirt. I would have loved to talk about them all day with you if I didn't have to come back to Victorville. Next time maybe. :-P

No breakfast
I had 2 rooms. I asked for ajoining room. They put us in 2 seperate hallways. One of the rooms was missing the recliner chair. The other room the floor was a bite dirty and the drap had what looked to be blood stains on it. No breakfast. And the pool was shared with another hotel. In the plus side the front desk people were friendly and the beds were soft

Relaxing Weekend in Yuma
On business driving between San Diego and Tucson. Stopped at hotel and was pleased with overall stay. Clean Room. Room was very comfortable. Great staff. To me, a hotel is identified on how the person greets you on arrival but also shows on politeness of cleaning staff. This hotel had both. Also, loved view from room. Price was right

Loud hotel. Will not stay again.
Terrible hotel. They put us in the very first room from the front desk and it was very loud. We could hear everything the people in the lobby and the front desk were saying. Not only that but the cleaning staff was loud and inconsiderate in the morning, talking at a very loud volume. And the noise from the outside bbq area was very obnoxious and kept us up late as well. Will not be staying here again.

Nice room, no breakfast included
The room was like a studio apartment. New, clean, and nice. One reason we selected the room was because the room description said breakfast included. They have no breakfasts or even a place they could serve breakfast.

Loved the view of the little lake with the ducks.
We came to Orange Co. to see our children and grandchildren for Christmas. We had a great time with our family. The room was nice and roomy and loved the shower.

Very Nice Suite close to I-8
Very nice hotel (suites). Comfortable beds with lots of pillows. Fully stocked kitchen. Desk area with lots of space. Spacious bathroom with storage and nice towels. Free coffee in the room or downstairs all day. Coffee was great tasting all the time. Very nice staff. Very clean hotel and it was very quiet when we stayed on New Years weekend. No freeway noise at all. Food and shopping is very close, within 4 miles.

Great Place
This is a great place to stay. The only downside is that it is a little ways out of town. We were able to walk to Arby's for dinner. The kitchen is great if you want to bring your own food or buy a frozen meal down in the lobby.

Dude, the room came with a kitchen. Come on now.

Quite a surprise
Awesome staff and great room. First time here and a little apprehensive about how the room would be like. Room was well proportioned and bathroom was spacious . Pool /jacuzzi stays open late which is really a treat after a long drive from Tucson.

The staff are very friendly and accommodating. I arrived at 3 am and my stupidity I booked a queen sized bed with the intention of having some friends stay with me while in town. The agent was more than accommodating to find me a room at 3 am and switched me over to a room with two double beds. Very nice, clean and accommodating. Nice BBQ. I've stayed at a Candlewood in Wisconsin and everything was consistent from the the look and feel of the rooms to the service I've received at both sites. You cannot go wrong with the price either! Awesome!
