Not really an Extended Stay
It is a minimally furnished extended stay. Nice refrigerator and microwave but hard to wash dished or cook anything other than prepared frozen meals.

Staying for the night to give my children a different holiday experience. We were disturbed by another patron at the hotel. The staff was not helpful. The patron should have crossed boundaries... I like extended stays but I was not pleased with this location

A Just Okay Place
This is a budget friendly no frills type of hotel. The staff is great and very helpful. You see housekeepers working but the hotel is dated and old but functional. Our kitchen had a working refrigerator, stove, and microwave. If you need dishes, ask the front desk. We brought dishes, pots, and utensils. Bed was comfortable. And hotel was in walking distance to the mall. Restrooms in the lobby were temporarily closed. Free breakfast consisted of granola bars, muffins, and coffee. All in all a just okay place.

Absolutely waste of money. Staff behavior is rude enough. As I already paid that’s why I had to stay. I have visited so many places in US but never seen such a dirty hotel/ stay/ motel. Minimum tea or coffee was also unavailable in the hotel.

Check-in was easy and there was plenty of parking at this property. The hotel needs a serious facelift, the bathroom needed the tub replaced or re-glazed, breakfast consisted of coffee and Granola bars.

The room was in terrible condition and had a strong bleach smell. I sat on the bed and immediately picked up a long hair in the sheet. The counters and furniture were in poor condition. The bathroom toilet seat was broken. I could go on. Overall one of the worst hotels rooms I’ve ever stayed in. I’m glad my trip was only one night. I will not be staying there again.

Hotel had overbooked and I wasn't able to check-in when I arrived. The front desk didn't offer anything but a weak apology. I asked for them to find another room with the difference covered via voucher, etc. The other hotels in the immediate area had availability, but out of pure luck, someone called to cancel their reservation. I was able to use that room instead. I'm not sure if I would have been compensated for the difference between the Extended Stay rate and the replacement Marriott rate (which I think is standard procedure), so this was very fortunate. Overall, it was a nice enough place and more affordable. A good basic facility.

The cleanliness of the room was subpar. Long females hair everywhere. Mold on the windows. Not one trash receptacle in the room or bathroom. The bar of soap was from 1982 and dried out.

Inside doesn't live up to its great location.
The room was weathered but clean, It was an "accessible" room. Most notably it was missing a desk and desk chair that were advertised in photographs of the room. It would have been helpful to better and more prominently explain in the booking and within the room how to rent kitchen equipment.

No silverware or cooking utensils. Person checking us in did not tell us we had to ask for it, morning clerk did. Cigarette burn hole on one of the pillow cases. At least 3 cabinets/drawers had trim missing. Breakfast consisted of packaged oatmeal, prepackaged muffins, and inexpensive granola bars. There is no breakfast room just a standup area by the front desk.

Don’t pick this hotel !!
Was very disappointed when arrived. We had a kitchenette with absolutely no dishes, cookware … nothing !! Not even a coffeemaker. Why give us a dish towel with no dishes!! Also breakfast was included if you call a granola bar and mini muffin and if you got there to late coffee was already gone and not available any other time!

During the dates of my stay in mid-July 2023, this hotel was the least expensive near the Tysons area, so I had low expectations. I did not realize how low they needed to be.
Based on loud conversations I could hear outside my room and the clientele I observed, this hotel is probably now hosting people experiencing temporary homelessness, as well as itinerant construction workers, and at least one client talking to the front office staff was clearly high on drugs. In addition to the noise outside my room, my experience was colored by the stickiness of the room floor, a general poor smell in the room, and the fact that the visible bathroom plumbing was all rusted and leaking from poorly-done repairs. I asked to change rooms and the staff could not accommodate my request, and in the end I left and stayed elsewhere.

Ehh, last minute booking kind of place
This hotel is more of a last minute choice kind of place. The room we were in had mold in the shower wall due to a faulty shower head, this should have been fixed. I'm not sure if it was just my room, I was too tired to even bother asking to change rooms. I've stayed at other Extended Stay hotels which were much better. Personally I wouldn't stay at this one again.

Our room was not bad but just needed updating. They don’t clean your room, bring fresh towels or take trash out unless you ask them to. Was not told that upon arrival. Not far from many restaurants and shopping.

2 main things that caught my attention
1- the staff are super nice and helpful whenever you need something, it will get done
2-comparing to same prices of other hotels
It is so clean that it’s honestly the first time I’m in a hotel in US without seeing bugs in the room ( knowing that I stayed for about 16 days

After more than a 1000 hotel nights I was glad to finally find the worst hotel of all time. And this
Was it. It was simply disgusting. Filthy. Hairs on bed. Carpet had not been vacuumed let alone cleaned in ages. The bathroom was cracked and paint and tile chipping everywhere. Furniture would not sell in a thrift shop. Security doors were propped open to let the smell out of hallways. In short - should you only have this as an option please find a crack house to lodge instead.

Extended Stay American - Tysons
We checked into our room and when we got there, we realized that there was no water in the toilet tank so we couldn't flush the toilet. We tried turning it on, but that didn't work.
We told the manager the issue, and he quickly moved us to the room next door. Part of the closet was broken, the outlets were loose, and although clean, it isn't well-maintained. Also, neither of the 2 rooms had nightstands on both sides of the bed although there is plenty of room for one on either side.

The staff were great. The property itself needs upkeep. We were there with our kids. We all had a hard time sleeping for various reasons and left a day early, which the staff easily refunded. The location is fine, but we felt uneasy all the same. Won't stay there again, but grateful that the staff was so accommodating to us leaving. For work travelers, it's a good location, close to everything.

There was nothing in the kitchen. Had to ask for a coffee pot and cups. The whole point of these type of hotels are to have the amenities in the kitchen. We were only given one hand towel and two wash clothes for 4 night stay.

The property is very conveniently located in a “quieter” area in Tyson’s corner Virginia. It was the least expensive option for a quick overnight stay. The property was fairly clean, but the rooms felt a bit tired from the equipment in the room, to the less than professional renovations in the bathroom (overspray paint on the walls from recent vanity painting, etc). It was a safe place to rest overnight in a convenient location.

Checked me into a room with no lights in bathroom tried to make me wait for maintenance crew to change light bulb. I made them that night. Room smelled terrible of mildew shower was leaking into wall. First floor window wouldn’t lock, and the refrigerator didn’t work. Then moved me to another room that was in a wing of the hotel with no power!

The hotel did not clean the room the entire length of stay. 7 days. No room service provided. The price included breakfast, but breakfast was only some drinks and cookies. Very misleading information.

The staff was friendly and it was within walking distance to the Metro. It was clean and not bad for a budget hotel. It would be nice if they offered a map of the area and of DC. I looked forward to having breakfast, but was disappointed with what was offered. I think fruit would be nice and maybe bagels.

Not a great experience, location was the only "+"
My room was adjacent to the housekeeping room, where throughout the morning and mid day the door was being open and slammed constantly. My room door bolt mechanism seems to be falling off and needs a repair immediately. There was one instance (Saturday Evening) where a lady who was inebriated with her two kids laying on the lobby floor to which the employee look perplexed and didn't do anything. My assumption was she was under the influence and not able to move due to her state. No additional towels were provided the following day - I literally had to ask the manager to retrieve clean towels. Lastly, the wifi was not working properly, to which I had to leave each morning to head to an coffee shop to do my work/presentation. Overall, not a great experience. I'm very hopeful in the near future that you are able to address each issue that I've discuss.

This Extended Stay is in need of remodeling. The room furniture, kitchenette appliances and bathroom are worn, and the TV remote was mismatched for the TV. There were no plates, pots, silverware, toaster, coffeemaker or glasses in the kitchenette. The included "breakfast" was: pots of coffee and hot water, oatmeal packs, day-old muffins and granola bars in the lobby.
One of our keycards stopped working, and the front desk stopped answering the phone in the evening.
Although the address is listed as Old Courthouse Road, you can't drive in from there. You have to find a rear entrance on George Washington Road.
Everything about this place screams "go elsewhere", so next time we will.

Night staff was TERRIBLE. We had to wait for 30 minutes at the front desk when we arrived because no one was at the desk. We called 3 times on the hotel phone number. And 3 times on the house phone. No one picked up. We had to walk through the hotel before we found a staff person at the back of the hotel in the maintenance area.

Nosy Guests and Little Yappy Dogs
Guests are nosy and the word that comes to mind is tattle tales. Yet everybody has to listen to most of the guests little yappy dogs ALL DAY which is tolerated but open and close your door and get accused of slamming your door and making other noises (that in most places is called daily living) but here its enough to get reported on. WILL NOT REPEAT GUESTS & WORKERS ARE EXTREMELY NOSY FOR A HOTEL!

Trouble with check in with online purchase
They stat was standard as expansion. The front desk receptionist was friendly and helpful. The check-in took way too long because my reservation that I booked on line was difficult to fine. I had to show the attendant my receipt 3 times to confirm my payment. Seems as though the systems are not synchronize well.

Amazing stay
The room was clean and tidy. It has a full size fridge. There is a stove and microwave. There was no utensils in the room if you needed it you had to request it from the front desk. It is close by to restaurants and shopping areas. Bring your own toiletries.

The room was clean; however, the stopper in the bath tub was inoperable. Additionally, there was some of the coating on the inside of the bath tub missing. The missing portion was the size of a golf ball.
