Was disappointed when we hauled all our luggage in and were then told we had to go to the North building- desk person could have cared less about us- was concerned her replacement had not shown up- we had a hard time finding the North building because of her very slap happy directions

Decent but isolated
Our stay was comfortable, we stood in a pet friendly room. No odor in the room just a stain in the carpet. This hotel had two buildings and we were in the furthest. It felt a little isolated. When it came to getting breakfast in the morning we had to drive to the other building for it.

We had issues with the room door every night during the 6 night stay and they were not able to give us a different room. The hotel is divided in two buildings and you have to walk thru 100 feet of a very sketchy zone on what looks to be an avandoned train station to get from one building to the other. The dining area is tiny even for one of the two buildings and the lines to get food are unbelievable.

My room was not ready when I arrived for checkin close to 10pm. The carpet in the room was stained and there was a bad stale odor in the room. The refrigerator was not working so I had to be move to a different room. I felt scared and unsafe staying at that hotel.

Once I got to the hotel, I was told I had to stay in the “back building” so I found my way to that and then once I got in here I was confused as to how to hook up to the Internet so I called the front desk and they told me that they don’t have Internet in the back building building. If I knew that I wouldn’t have stayed here as I have work to do that requires me to be on the Internet. Not once during booking or check they let me know. I checked in after 10 PM so there’s no getting another another hotel room tonight.

The area around is old, industrial and really rundown. The north building should be avoided at all costs. It has no connection to the main building, is some distance away, and during our stay, had no Wi-Fi.

The only positive the property has is the nice girl working at the front desk. They are severely understaffed and she was the only one checking people in and answering the phones.
I was put in the back building. I arrived late at night and I had to cross a RAILROAD TRACK in the dark to get to my room. The front desk girl asked me if I wanted an escort to them room; I was shocked that this was even offered. When I walked to the room I understood why. I said yes to the escort but it was taking so long for security to arrive that I just went on my own.
The building I was put in was dirty, ran down and has no internet. My room had black hairs on the conditioner bottle, the shower, the towel and the floor. Absolutely disgusting. I don’t know if it was the housekeeper’s hair or if they just hadn’t cleaned the room.
Stay away! It is not safe and it’s not clean. You shouldn’t have to cross railroad tracks and dark parking lots in the middle of nowhere to get from one building to the another. And no internet access in 2024?

The room itself was not dirty but as soon as we walked in the room smelled like mildew. It was extremely difficult to breathe in there and I couldn’t stop coughing.

Very sketchy insecure area around premises as surrounded by railroad tracks and abandoned warehouses. Did not feel car was safe to park. Breakfast cold and no milk for coffee. Bathroom had soap the size of a finger. Room was in a building separate from the main building. Ughh!!!

Liked almost everything. Didn't like the guy sitting outside of our room smoking pot and the fumes coming through the ac system. Staff handled the situation appropriately however security should have been there and stepped up to handle the situation so that the female front desk staff wouldn't have needed to handle it.

Clen and good location but the hotel has two separate buildings. I got the old ugly one and far from the main building with the lobby and the dining room from breakfast. You have to walk outside in between buildings.

Avoid the 'North Building'
The woman at the counter when we checked in was less than impressed to be doing any sort of customer service job, let alone to be helping me check into our room. The only time she showed any enthusiasm was to tell me that we were staying in the 'North Building' OMG! You know the expression' 'On the wrong side of the tracks'? Well that is where the 'North Building' is. It is located in this dead zone with railroad tracks on either side of it. A homeless encampment under one bridge and a few engines that seemed to be constantly running on the other. Needless to say we didn't feel super safe and felt that we need to remove everything from our car and store it in our room. It is definitely on our never stay there again list!

The first room they booked me smelled like pee, they transferred me to a next room, the water in the shower was so boiling hot. So they had to transferred me again to a next room. The receptionist was so patient though and made it sure we will still have a comfortable stay despite of all the hassle and issues.

The hotel and area around is good and safe, but the city of San Francisco is not safe, there are many thieves, they vandalized my car and stole several of my son's electronic devices. I arrived with my son very happy and left with him very sad since he lost everything they had brought him for Christmas. Be very careful when you visit the city. It is very beautiful, but instead of calling it the city of industries, they should call it the city of thieves, but the hotel is all excellent

No hotel contact phone # shared from the booked ticket. Waited more than one hr and didn't see hotel shuttle coming . Contacted travelocity that auto help doesn't say how long shuttle would come and only say by schedule. So actually take Uber to hotel. Told at hotel it would come every 45 mins. After checked in, hotel staff didn't mention my room was located in North building - another one. Took a while to find out and room was hard to be very opened. Also didn't explain why they would charge $50 for deposit on possible damages. It was also noisy before middle night. So was not good experience for this stay.

We stayed for 2 nights and we had rough time here, we dont recommend this property at all. The staff is very rude and we faced issue with door lock and they have given the room in back building and we have to ask them to come and visit for maintenance. Poor property maintenance and worst office staff, donot stay in this hotel

Rooms were pleasant and clean. Airport schuttle unavailable when we arrived. Person we talked to lied, kept saying it was coming, we waited at least 45 minutes in cold. We told by other employees there had been a problem with the driver, were given rebate to reemburse for taxi. Shuttle experience was terrible!

The key fob was not working so I have to go pick up new key at 1:30AM. AC was not working. I was offered a different room an hour after complaining by the time my kids slept.

The room was clean and comfortable but there were major issues with the airport shuttle. The shuttle reliability at this hotel is terrible. The shuttle did not arrive at the posted time and when we asked the front desk to call the shuttle driver to find out why and when he would be coming he lied and said he had already come. We were in the lobby waiting 15 minutes before the scheduled arrival time. He never came. He also hung up on the front desk people multiple times and didn't care that we were going to potentially miss our flight. The shuttle only comes every 45 minutes so when he didn't arrive we would have had to wait another 45 minutes for the next shuttle and would have missed our flight. Luckily one of the couples checking in offered to give us a ride to the airport. We had two little kids with us and the front desk people were smiling and laughing about our predicament and acting like there was nothing they could do and that it wasn't a big deal at all. Terrible customer service! Beware

Great room, fabulous breakfast
This was a great stay and the breakfast was fabulous: tater tots, sausages, scrambled eggs, waffles, and more. The only issue I had was there there were so many people at breakfast that there was nowhere to sit and I had to eat standing up with my plate in my hand. Eventually someone left and I could sit. But the room was great and the beds were comfortable. It’s odd to be in a completely different building than the main hotel, but it was fine and the drive was short to get there.

The only toilet in our suite was broken. They were supposed to move us to another suite the next day. When we went in, the room had not been cleaned so we had to go back to the suite with the broken toilet for a second night. The next morning they couldn’t confirm that the new suite had been cleaned, so they had us keep our belongings in our original suite until the new suite would be ready. When we returned, our belongings had been taken out of our suite and kept in the back office without anyone even notifying us. The key machine wasn’t working so we couldn’t even get into our new room without the staff using their key. In the meantime the airport shuttle was almost an hour late, so my husband took the family that was waiting to the airport so they wouldn’t miss their flight. The only positives were the breakfast and the manager who helped us get a refund.

Faucet hung, unattached. No one cleaned our floor. When we got there, food and drink spills were on floor, when we left 2 nights later it was still there. The cpuch was so gross we asked for sheets to cover it to sit. The bess were clean though, but if there had been another option for our family of 5 we would have left.

The hotel is better than I expected. The room was quite nice, much better than other similar kind of hotels I stayed. It was also very clean. The complimentary breakfast, though not fancy, is warm and freshly prepared, also better than expectation. Overall, it is a good value hotel, considering its price. Highly recommended.

my room is fine, Big bed, lots if "little"pillows (standard size).
the room is quite spacious, the tv id not big and does not have my favorite news channel (MSNBC)
Bathroom is adequate but no lotion, no shower gel (jusy shampoo and conditioner.
Little creamers would be way nicer than dried coffemate

I liked the staff, cleanliness and quality of the hotel. My only concern was walking late at night to the building in the far back. It was dark and there was a man standing kind of scary by the train. I’m usually not spooked but that kind of concerned me.

Expectations were excellent.
One complaint, I requested through Expedia was for a shower access,which didn't happen,lack of communication between Expedia and the hotel.
But the hotel should consider handles in the shower/tub.

Front desk was extremely unfriendly threatening to charge extra $10 per night for parking even though it was listed as free parking at the facility. Secondly many rooms were available when checked in but we were given a room right next to rooms with barking dogs all night long. Thirdly we were never told when checked in there was no daily’s cleaning services and we ended up using same wet dirty towels for three night stay and trash were not likewise removed

Disgusting insides the bathroom was not clean hair everywhere. The doors don’t even work to get into the building, smells like cigarettes, dirty sheets, the floor is dirty. Tried to call more than 5 times for them to clean and never did. Can’t believe I spent 2
$250 here.

I would like to say thank you to the lady at the front desk who help me with my reservation. Hotel.com can canceled my reservation without telling me. When I got the the hotel is when I was told of such thing. Titi was very helpful and kept me calm as I was worried that me and my kids wouldn't have a place to stay. It's holiday weekend so everything is booked. Thank you Titi at the font dest for everything.

The room was clean. The only concern was that the hallway light can be seen all around the door when the room lights are off. In the room I stayed in, It would be nice to have a better seal.

Staff was extremely rude and unprofessional. Instead of helping us check in they raised their voice and communicated that she already told me what I needed to give her(AKA CA ID.) I explained to her that I had other forms of ID as I forgot my California ID 10 hours away but could provide a picture of my ID or could provide her with a different ID or a credit card with my name on it. She ignored me and did not help me. I figured I would try Expedia and they were extremely helpful got the reservation changed to my husbands name as he had his CA id and had him check us in. They were extremely rude to him as well rolled their eyes at him and were giving him attitude if he asked a question. When we finally checked in the hotel smelled like cigarettes and the whole hotel had scratches all over the walls while walking in and in the hotel room. It’s disappointing that they did not even attempt to slightly help us or guide me on how to resolve the situation. It was 10PM and I had my 2 year old baby and they couldn’t show any type of kindness, helpfulness or understanding.

Needed a quick overnight stay at an airport hotel for our flight connection. This filled the bill. Be aware that their shuttle circles once every 45 min and can make up to four stops. The call button at the Shuttle booth in SFO (arrived on Swiss Air) connected to the wrong hotel so I had to call them directly to see if a shuttle was running.

LaQuinta's always deliver.
Our stay was just one night after a week in San Francisco. It was handy to be so near the airport, especially when you will have to be up super early the next day. We've always been pleased with LaQuinta's. My only issue was there didn't seem to be a lot of food options nearby, nor even suggested. We ended up eating at the Denny's in the shared parking lot. Sadly, the staff at Denny's were not friendly, nor helpful.

Room itself was clean and comfortable and La Quinta is pet friendly which is why we stayed there, the staff was all very nice. The area surrounding the building was not nice at all. Right next to the main building is a dilapidated warehouse, and a train goes by every 30 minutes. Since we had our dog we had to stay in the north building which is over the railroad tracks and through a literal homeless camp. At least 10 people sleeping in tents under a bridge right next to the entrance road. We didn’t have any issues and there were plenty of cameras on the property but just be aware of the area you’re booking in.

The property was clean and well kept, and the beds were really comfortable, rooms had lots of places and ports to charge phones and laptops. Like that the TV had Netflix built in for my 4 year old. Bathroom was super spacious and modern.
I would have loved to extend 2 more nights but given that my mother who lives on the peninsula offered to pay for my extended stay, when i asked about it i was met with an extremely rude response. So rude that i decided to check out and spend my money elsewhere. I was taken aback by how rude this person’s demeanor was. There were 2 other women who were super sweet and made us feel welcome. But this one, needs to find another profession because hospitality is not her strong suit. Coffee was good and i would hope to stay again since we are frequently here for family

Okay stopover after a long flight. Room was nice, bed was comfortable. I would stay here again. Nice breakfast included. Shuttle service had delay between pick up times. Unexpected wait outside at 11pm for 40 minutes for the next shuttle. Website should reflect pick up times.

I needed a local place to stay for the night between flights. The hotel was local to SFO and the free shuttle to and from the hotel / airport was great. Denny's was on the same lot - good food, good service and very convenient. The breakfast that was in the hotel was also very good.

Hotel is actually two buildings, so some rooms require you to leave the hotel and walk down the road with your bags to use your card to access a completely different building. Room had 1 toilet paper roll spare and the roll on the holder was completely empty so we had to replace it. Our TV didn’t work correctly so we called down to the front desk, who put us on hold for a few minutes, then came back and told us they’d send someone to our room. Hours later, we called again because nooone came and they sent someone who had no idea what we had even called about and didn’t speak English.

The setup of the room was great for what we needed and staff were friendly and helpful. The airport shuttle was a great perk. The property is in not great condition, there were stains on the couch and the floors were weirdly sticky. The hallways were not clean.
