Nice overall facility. Rooms were not well lit in certain areas. The layout was not as spacious as I expected. Narrow walkways in rooms around the beds. Just seemed tight for 4 people. Breakfast was decent but not much variety from day to day. Oatmeal was watery every day.

What a great location and great hotel. The pool area is awesome the breakfast was great. You can walk to the Westgate Entertainment area which is really fun. Walk to Bass Pro Shop. The rooms were perfect, the front desk was nice too. Will stay again.

Great stay for the price
Great stay for one night from front desk staff to room amenities. We loved that the bedroom is separated from the small living area. My son said we should always stay here every time we are in phoenix area. Will definitely come back.

The people next to us were loud and slammed their doors over and over. The TV wasn't properly working either and it's ridiculous that you have to pay for parking if you're staying there!

Nice hotel with free breakfast. The tv didn’t work, the shampoo, conditioner and body wash bottles didn’t work on the second night. We got only our beds made once, they skipped the couch lol.

Was a bit subpar compared to other SpringHill. Example also was arrival, getting two rooms(4p) they only offered us one water. Twice there was barf on the floor in the hallways not cleaned up.

Hit or miss with breakfast
Check in was simple and easy.
Pool/spa arewas clean and quiet.
The soap bottles in the bathroom secured to the wall with adhesive that gave way at random times of the night was not enjoyable.. on our second to last night the shower head started separating from the head and thebrealfast service for the last two days was lacki g the same efficiently and attention to detail our first two mor ings had... i was so happy oatmilk was available the first two days and i waslucky if they had coffee the 2nd 2 days. House cleaning was great at refreshing the room when asked or delivering extra clean towles..

The best thing about staying here was the incredible customer service. I arrived after midnight and the lady who checked me in was just went above and beyond. The rooms are very nice too, roomy with a comfy bed. I will definitely stay here again. The only negative things were that my TV didn’t work well and the shower door doesn’t close.

Had a great stay. Breakfast was very good, but pretty much the same stuff every day. Would be nice if there were more options. Shower was great, plenty of hot water. Bed was comfortable as well with the right amount of pillows. Staff was friendly and very accommodating. Pool was super clean and warm on cool nights. Hot tub jets were a little out of control, shooting water up and out of the hot tub and should be addressed, but enjoyed that as well.

The staff was great! Although Expedia didn't note a check-in time on my folio, it turned out to be 4pm. Imagine my surprise when I arrived at 8am after a 20 hour dirve. The staff was able to get us in a room by 9am. Our stay was quiet and comfortable. There are minor maintenance things that could be taken care of around the room but nothing was out of order. I was surprised at being charged $5 a day for parking. This being a premium brand, I wouldn't have thought I would be charged extra for something like this.

This property was in a perfect location, near all that we needed and wanted to do. Very clean, good breakfast, and friendly staff. Upon my check in which was very late Dina the nighttime desk assistant was super helpful in resolving a booking issue I had. Overall I would stay at this property again. Very pleased!

Very cramped snd crowded. The sofa was incredibly uncomfortable. We rented a room with sitting so that we could relax and thst was impossible! I tried sitting in the desk chair, but it was broken. We gave up relaxation snd decided to shower and get some sleep...but.. the water in the shower couldnt be adjusted..scalding burns! So painful, but i did manage to wash up with ice co k d water. The next day a manager offered us a room next door at another hotel it was an upgrade and very comfortable. She said it was complementary at our original checkout date. In the morning when I inquired about the comp terms i was told thst night would be more thsn double our original date! Really for 9 hours! So we checked oyt. I would never recommend this paricular p

Excellent property with great staff! Our only surprise while there was the fee for parking each night - and a door dash delivery man that may or may not have been carrying a green skunk in his bag. Otherwise, this property was perfectly situated to shopping, the state farm stadium, and eating out. The front desk attendant was great when we showed up and was very patient with a troubled guest in front of us. We were super impressed with her customer service.

Rooms are very spacious and clean. Only issue we had was the toilet was broken, running constantly the first night. Flapper broken. Had to close bathroom door to block the noise. Also very wasteful on water. Notified the front desk the next day and it was indeed quickly repaired, which was great. But then the tub draining back up. Notified desk on check out, by then it was annoying to have maintenance in our room again. Other than these plumbing issues, the hotel was great. More seating for breakfast would be a plus as well.

I took my family to enjoy a day away and have fun on the pool. Well after the pool my son try to take a shower were he almost got burned. So i went to check the water and it was scolding. I call the front desk they sent some to check and the guy say they wouldn't be able to fix it till the morning. We were not going to sleep with chlorine on our bodies. So we checked out. Mind you we checked in at 4pm and checked out at 10:30pm. Worst experience ever.

When we arrived place looked nice and clean. We had issues with our toilet not working. We also had cockroaches. Cold that evening to let front desk she said oh that’s just our sewer! Checked out next morning told front desk about toilet Ms they said that have someone waiting to go in to look at it. I mentioned the roaches he said that wasn’t noted from the previous night but to expect a call from management. I am still waiting for that call!!!

You can tell that maintenance is the last item on their priority list. Shower with tilted floor that does not drain, shower head does not shut off, shower door doesn't close, ceiling tiles literally broken in half and hanging from the ceiling in the gym, many broken trim pieces around the property. Staff are great.

The only drawback was we had a industrial fan blowing into a storage room near our room that was very loud. The water pressure of the showers were a bit low and maybe it was the timing of taking a shower but it lost its heat.

Very nice property. Check in and out was a breeze. Great breakfast
