Great clean hotel near airport at a budget price. SeaTac area is not the greatest but nice to be just an airport shuttle away. Also has scale to weigh luggage in lobby and offers shuttles every 30 minutes to airport. Convenient for early flights.

This property is undergoing major renovations. Everything is old and outdated and dirty. They are tearing a lot of things out and all the debris is EVERYWHERE. They don't even have a vending machine with water and drinks on the property. We had no remote control in the room. The airing area for the dogs is very small and there are no bags to clean up so there is poop everywhere. If we had to stay more than one night and weren't flying out so early, I would have just left. Wait till the renovations are completed to book. There is debris everywhere and it smells pretty bad.

At 3:30 AM we were informed that there would not be a shuttle even though we scheduled it the night before. We.were.almost late for our flight and had a $22.00 Uber charge. Inhave stayed with you many time but not be back.

Property is currently under construction. It seems like the breakfast offerings were limited maybe because the lobby and common area was under heavy construction. Staff was friendly and helpful. Room was clean and relatively quiet.

Staff at desk and shuttle service to airport were amazing. Facility is dirty. Room had what I imagine as bodily secretions on bed frame and vomit possibly on floor. No bed bugs. Family slept ok, sheets and towels were clean, however shower had hair on wall.

Our stay overall was good. Rooms need to be dusted and vary behind the Bed. Lost a Earring and had to pull the bed out and needs to be vacuum. Staff was Friendly and Helpful.

I liked that the front desk let us put our luggage in early so we could return our rental car. They are going to remodel this facility in the future, however it was not great. I just needed a place to rest my head for my flight.

Was supposed to have refrigerator and microwave. The microwave wasnt plugged in where it was and we had to move it to the bathroom to use it. No refrigerator. Breakfast was better than expected.

The heater has something lose inside. Called ftont desk about the problem. She said maintenance personnel would stop by. No showed up. Turned heater down to low fan. Noise is bearable. May book a different motel next time.

I liked that the property informed me that the elevators were out. I didn't like that when I came down in the AM, no one informed me that the elevators were working. I was placed on the 6th floor. That negatively impacted my participation in breakfast.

We took the shuttle from the airport and that was very risky. The driver drove like it was a racecar and nearly hit multiple vehicles. We were tossed around the vehicle more on the trip to the hotel than on our flight. This need to be corrected immediately. People are at risk of being injured. If you must stay here, find another ride

Great location-5 minutes from airport. Very helpful snd friendly front desk attendant. Free airport shuttle. Morning driver drove fast and erratic but I got there. Would definitely stay here again

Stay away from this hotel
Wyndham's mission is to maximize revenue, and optimize rates. In other words, sell high, and spend little on maintenance. Such was my experience at La Quinta in SeaTac. The elevators were not working and I had to climb the stairs all the way to the fifth floor. Breakfast was unimpressive. The stairs were dirty. Even worse, I faced obstacles on the emergency stairs. That's a code violation and the City of Sea Tac should investigate and fine them severely. I'm staying away from any Wyndham property from now on. I'm not the only one complaining about it. Hotels.com should avoid advertizing them.

I was completely satisfied.For an airport hotel, it was fine.My partner who was flying out has higher expectations.so we both provided critique with mutual input for final score.in conclusion, for the price and circumstance I will give an 8/10. Nice helpful engaging and personal staff/ employees.
Facilities can use some upgrading and repair. Our room was very nice and I have no complaints. Nice bed/ pillows/ shower / bathroom across the board / ac and heating system etc. Thank You !!!

Room was clean . Recently remodeled. Nice decor.
Could hear people at 2 am talking in hallway. Noisy location due to airport , but otherwise a very good value. Decent breakfast offered. Free parking . Good shuttle service from airport. Would stay here again despite ongoing construction in adjacent rooms.

Dirty, dark and unwelcoming
This is dirty, dark and unwelcoming hotel that only one time by-passer like me would stay. The elevator did not work and I had to take bags through steps to the 3rd floor.

On the website, it was advertised that extended parking was free and available, so I booked a room for the night before our flight (week long trip). When we checked in, they told me that I couldn’t leave my car due to renovations and said that I would have to pay at one of the other lots nearby. I wouldn’t have minded so much if I’d known in advance, but we arrived later and were leaving early so I had to scramble a little to figure out parking and had to pay another $100 that I wasn’t expecting to pay. I felt like they could have at least offered a discount for the inconvenience. Everything else about the stay was pretty mediocre, the one good thing was that there were several airport parking lots in walking distance.

Overall the stay was okay. It was mostly clean although it had a weird musty smell inside. The front desk employees were great but the lady in charge of the breakfast was so incredibly rude. She was yelling at guests and when a man said something about it she got very aggressive. For this reason I would not stay here again

Hotel was filthy. Entire hotel smelled of vomit and wet dog, especially in the hallways and on the elevators. The room had pink and black mold in the bathroom and along windows. Very loud outside and inside of hotel. While at hotel we were approached by homeless people and they were roaming in the hotel accessing coffee station. NO to go bags provided for breakfast which is one reason why we chose this hotel. Active construction in progress at hotel also causing limited parking access.

The first 5 rooms were not ready for us! This was at 6 pm. The woman who helped us out was wonderful because after we went to two rooms, she went looking for one so we weren’t having to move from one unready room to another. She also comped us for the inconvenience.
Breakfast was good. The rooms were nice and the wifi consistent.

Neighbors next to us were fighting all night and having sex. My family didn't get any sleep. I didnt get any sleep either. The fighting with the neighbors next to us didnt have any respect to others.they were throwing things and cussing loudly.they should of been kicked out

What I liked the best was the service from the reception clerk that checked me in the night that I arrived. But the morning reception clerk was not friendly at all when I checked out the next morning.
The room was very nice, and seemed new and renovated.
The breakfast area was average. There was no one around to help you, and the carpet including some tables had trash from previous guests that left their trash on the tables and on the floor.
The Shuttle ride was average. The driver wwasn't clear with his communication and he drove to fast.

Property look old. Aisles and corridors look like horror movies, I even felt someone would be chasing me down if I looked back. Breakfast was not the greatest, but definitely could be worse. Desk staff was not rude but still not that kind you'd expect from the front desk people
Would not stay here! Id better pay for an airbnb next time

Dislike:
1- Staff in reception once we arrived is very rude and no care for the guest actually our flight was delayed seven hours due technical problems in aircraft and we reported the hotel and we arrive we did not found anyone in reception we ring the bell several times no results then we call third parties Expedia the lead the problem to reach hotel manager , after one hour in the lobby the reception lady come from up she was in deep sleeping and she don’t care for property reservation guests …finally second day we reported to other lady it was supervisor and she is very friendly and helpful and she apologised to us
In the end hotel is good but should be review the staff skills and performance .
2- There is sound and noise when we sleep due Train rail way station
3- during our stay we never catch wi if it was very very poor net work
4- My son failed down in lobby due water fool down from the drinking water drum in restaurant and not cleaning in order to protect the guests as saftey issue

Worst night at SeaTac
Experience was terrible overall. First, hot tub was under renovation, but no where was that listed or advised. Was charged for two rooms when only need one. Front desk helped me out after I returned from trip, but probably would have know sooner if there had been a front desk person the morning I left. From the time I ate breakfast to trying to check out did not see any hotel person. Did not respond to bell. Breakfast was left out with also no one attending or cleaning up. Everything seemed sad and run down. Will not go back even when they complete work.

The hotel is under construction and was very dirty. The bathroom in my room had hair all over the floor. The shuttle took 3 phone calls and one drive by without stopping before I was finally picked up. The next morning had to get a taxi to get to airport because I was told the shuttle had a flat tire even though they have 2 and one was still there. There was a homeless guy in the lobby in the morning annoying people. It was also very loud and difficult to sleep.

I don't do many reviews but I feel I need to with this one. I will never stay here again! When i arrived, there were police there trying to find a bad man. Then when I headed up to my room, i look out the elevator and there was blood all over the floor. I stepped around the blood, where I really should have went back to the lobby, but I went to my room and called the front desk and she acted like that is where the crime happened. The room was not cleaned. The light fixtures moved into the wall as i tried to turn it on. The window hadn't been cleaned in a long time. The floor, you could tell had not been moped, the chair had crumbs in it. The couch had a stain. There was no way i was going to take a shower because of the way the tub looked. And then at 2am, someone was ponding on a door then he was yelling at her and her yelling back, I called the front desk and she was like oh that's just the police. Really!!!!!
I do have to say the staff was very friendly but the front lady didn't have to put me on a floor where there was a crime that happened.
The breakfast was good.
But I do not recommendstaying at this hotel. Spend the extra money and stay at a nice one.

The staff I encountered was nice. The building is going through renovations but there are a lot of exposed areas that need to be addressed. The heat never warmed up and when I laid down my body rolled into the middle of the caved in bed. I was disgusted after that. You definitely get what you pay for with this hotel

The hotel is under renovation. I wish that was made more clear when I booked it. The hallway to our room was messy. The room did not feel clean and was covered in dust. The noise was louder than expected as well. But overall, a very convenient location to the airport and I do not regret staying there.
We checked out and later that day realized we left our electric toothbrushes in the bathroom. Our fault, of course....we left early in the morning and did not sleep much the night before and were super tired. But when we called to ask if housekeeping had turned them in they told us nothing was collected or turned it. But we know we left them there. So someone most likely stole them which is unfortunate.

The parking lot was not lit or clean we did not feel comfortable even walking in. We checked with. Hesitation and went to our room. We found hairs in our bed and sheets and ans left. Asking for a refund and did not stay. We checked into another hotel for the night. I have stayed at other la quinta and was happy this was terrible.

The floors in our room had not been swept or vacuumed. There was hair and food and debri all over the floor. I went and asked for a broom and the front desk didn't say a word, just handed me the broom. I spent some time trying to get all the hair and gunk off the floors. I was pretty grossed out.

We booked a few days in advance. Few minutes before we arrived the front desk called and said they didn't have any hot running water. The way it sounded over the phone was it had just happened that day and possibly be back the next day and we get there and see paper notices all over the water issue had been for a few days. I just feel maybe that would be nice to know before hand rather than 5 min before showing up with nowhere else to go... Other than that staff was nice the room was nice the waffles in the morning was very good..

The hotel was under construction, no hot water. We were not told until we arrived, wish we could have received a call that morning to cancel. We were on the road for a long time and really need a place to stay. Staff was friendly, but I would wait until all construction is over, this info should have been listed before making reservations. Shuttle drive was unsafe and speeding all the way to the airport.

There were people walking in and out at 4 a.m. as the outside doors do not require key card. No staff in lobby/at front desk. Six of us waited for the airport shuttle we signed up for the day before who never showed. We had to ring bell and apparently wake the desk clerk to ask about driver. The second time we rang her, she said he didn’t answer and she didn’t have any suggestions. There was no hot water, but received a discount and phone notice earlier in day about that. They are under construction, so understandable. Just did not feel safe and free shuttle turned into Lyft fee and stress about getting to airport on time.
Shuttle driver FROM airport the day before had his phone on console, openly visible as it scrolled through pictures of lingerie-clad women in suggestive poses. Definitely an adventure. Tried to give two stars several times but it keeps showing three.

We arrived and there was no hot water and staff could not say when it would be fixed, no solution offered. They called the manager and she did not answer, we had to wait until the day to speak with someone. Had a flight the next day and planned on showering and resting unfortunately it wasn’t possible.

what i like was the staff, they were friendly, but what i did not like was that during my stay, there was NO hot water for like 4 days and they did not offer an extended stay or money back or anything. i am not satisfied and I would like my money back for those 4 days with no hot water. I could not even stay at the hotel and had to shower somewhere else, it is not fair.

Was not made aware prior to booking that their hot water boiler was not working. I made my booking on Expedia and it had no option for pay when I arrive I had to pay in advance and received no discounted charge for the inconvenience of not having a hot shower.

Good for a good night's sleep but not much else.
The lobby, elevator, and hallway are quite dingy, so nice surprise that the room was clean and the beds comfy. Relatively quiet too. If you need quick access to the airport and just want a good night's sleep, this will do it at a good price. Night clerk was friendly and efficient as well.

Staff accommodated an early check in - room was nice staff was friendly and helpful. Room service options were available. Relatively quiet so close to airport. Convenient location. Some construction improvements in progress was not disruptive. I would stay here again.

Our check in was fine the lady at the desk was polite. Our bathroom door did not close so very little privacy. We ordered food from the recommended restaurant and our food and money was stolen by the delivery person and we couldn’t reach the restaurant at all to correct. After a poor experience with Expedia in the Dominican Republic this was the last leg of our trip home and we couldn’t be more disappointed
