Upon entering my room I discovered that the bathroom had not been cleaned as evidenced by human waste on the toilet seat. I went to the front desk to ask for a rag and disinfectant explaining why I needed them. The man at the desk didn’t blink an eye as he handed me cleaning supplies. As I began to clean the toilet I discovered old, dried urine all around the base of the toilet I hadn’t noticed before. And then hair in the corners of the bathroom floor. The black mold on the grout of the shower was just frosting on this disgusting cake. When I returned the cleaning supplies and explained that I chose not to get on my knees and clean the bottom of the toilet the man at the desk said “okay”. No apology, no offer to remedy the situation, no concern that a guest had just cleaned a previous guest’s mess. Needless to say I kept finding more evidence of previous guests’ stays but as I was just staying until my flight in the morning I decided to stick it out. The fact that someone decided to run the dryer next to my room, with what sounded like a bag of marbles, at 10:30pm is not the fault of the management but it only added more fuel to my resolve to never stay here again.

Sent us to a dirty room, then changed rooms, no too bad but they were painting, so had to move tools and painting supplies to hall. Was having morning coffee in the breakfast area after 9am, was sitting at a two top and was asked to leave because a female empoyee had to clean it. Unlocked doors 24/7 leading to rooms, filthy carpet, never again!

When I arrived at airport I tried to call the motel for a shuttle to the room I had booked. I spent 25 minutes in a recorded twilight zone trying to get to front desk. No matter what number I tried I kept getting a recording trying to get me to book a room that I didn’t need Even when I pushed the number for the front desk I got the booking recording. Thought I was going to have to take a Uber. Once I finally got through things went smoothly and driver and front desk were great.

We didn’t stay because the place looked so bad. I received a text message saying they had a problem with the reservation so it wasn’t active. So we found another hotel — but we were charged for the room when we never checked in. Upset with the Expedia and the hotel for this.

They did not clean and to get clean towels I had to bring the soiled ones to the front desk. Breakfast was supposed to be til 9 am, but was closed at 8 am. The room was at the end of a long hall and the entry door at the back would not open with the card key. Was with my 91 year old Mother and I would have to leave her in the car, go in the front entry walk down to the end of the building so I could prop the door open so she could enter the building.

Staff gave me a dirty cover sheet even though i showed them a picture, bathrooms don't have shower curtains asked for more towels they say no even though towels was rip, they told me was 2 towels for rooms per day.

Terrible stay
The motel was run down. No baseboard trim. Hallways were dark and carpet was dirty. Room did not have a chair other than the desk chair. The breakfast room was dirty and not well stocked. We wiped our own table to have a clean place to eat. The doors were slammed in the rooms next to us and we heard the people above is all night. Not what we would expect from a Wyndham property. We will not stay at LaQuinta again.

FILTHY HOTEL! Bugs that caused friends to leave and book at a local Hilton. Google said a bar/lounge and 2 restaurants so we booked for my son's 21st birthday, only to find out that the restaurants are NOT on the property and the bar is in one of the restaurants that close at 9pm. Worthless stay. Breakfast is ALL cold, coffee was OUT, no one was tending the area....looks like the Cecil Hotel and creepy dirty as well. Pretty sure multiple ODs have happened here. Hallways smell like weed constantly. Terrible place. DO NOT stay.

Disappointed in this LaQuinta.
Carpets were filthy throughout. Maintenance has been ignored. Breakfast was non existent- rude about my service dog. Breakfast dining area not at all welcoming. Chairs up on most tables at 8am. Fire door at one end non functioning.
Night clerk was pleasant.

We arrived fairly late, and we’re welcomed by a delightful man named Ronnie. Without me asking, He immediately tried to get us Wyndham points. which we can’t use when we go through Expedia. They’re obviously doing some renovation because all the floorboard trim was pulled off. I’m hoping that they’re tearing out that really old dingy carpet down the hallway. Outside in the dark it was a little weird with the parking because we had a U-Haul. But it all worked out fine. The beds in the room were extremely comfortable. The curtains actually closed. I mentioned the two things that bothered me to Ronnie at the front desk which were, no fan in the bathroom so it’s remained fogged up for about a half an hour, and that the lock on the door did not work . Ronnie wanted to know in order to fix it. It just reiterates how important having somebody greet you at the front who cares, understands, being exhausted when you arrive and accommodates you. The breakfast had premade omelettes which we reheated in our microwave. It was a lovely experience And I would return there.

Needed bathroom upon arrival , lobby bathrooms out of order , went outside and peed on bush . Room was musty and damp . Rented for 3 nights , on 3rd night my room key wouldn't work , they programed another the the next day charged me more than the other 2 nights without explanation , no one spoke understandable English

This was perhaps the worst attempt of "cleaning up" a run down, old facility I've ever seen. It smelled old and the thick coats of paint on hallways walls was almost creepy. The room was adequate but located across the hallway from my door was an ice maker, and dehumidifier that were noisy. The only power outlets in the room required moving a desk out of the way to access and had a multiway splitter plugged into the main outlet.

The picture portrayed on expedia's website was not the same as the hotel we saw. FIrst impression it was dark and scary. Hardly any lighting outside. Went into the lobby to check in and they had neon lights on. That triggered a feeling of being in a prostitute or crack house. It stunk like it had never been cleaned. We walked down the hall way, baseboards torn off the walls, stained carpet and holes in the carpet. Walked into your room and the plaster was coming off the walls from water damage ( mold), curtains had water stains, took my shoes off to walk on the carpet and it was wet. The stench was making me so sick, it took almost 24 hours to get the smell out of my nose from the smell of this place. I presume it was because there was mold spores floating in the air. The pool was closed and looked like it had not been open in 10 years it had dirt in it. The fence around the pool was coming down. I could go on and on.

Language barrier at check in caused it to take longer than normal. Room was on the bottom floor and there had been some type of flooding in the hall, and trim was missing along the floor. Some lights in the room didn't work. The shower drain was slow causing water to back up.I have stayed there before and now it is getting run down.

We made reservations while on the road and chose this hotel because it had a continental breakfast. The room was fairly clean but had hairs on the tub which shows it hadn’t been cleaned well. The tv had green vertical lines running through the top half of the screen. We noticed in the morning that there was standing water in the windowsill and it hadn’t rained. 😳 Worst part is there was no continental breakfast and no one at the front desk and no one answered the phone number either. We were also told that the pool wasn’t open either. Worst service ever!!! I have plenty of pics but can’t post them here so I’ll find a different place to share them.

This property is pretty run down. Hallway carpet and walls are really dirty. Room was alright (bed was great) but bathrooms are outdated and cleaning can only make things looks so good. The one big gripe I have is that there is NO airport shuttle as stated as an amenity. The shuttle was my primary need when booking. The person checking me in said that I could walk to the airport which is about a 10 minute walk. I had to drag three bags (including a bike bag) across a highway and along a frontage road with no sidewalks. If you are booking this place be prepared to do the same.

The first room they gave us smelled so bad I didn’t even step into the room. When my husband came up to the room I opened the door again & we went in the room. There was an end table on top of the bed, a fan blowing on the carpet, and trash on the floor. Unfortunately we were on a time schedule, so we couldn’t switch hotels. They gave us another room. This room had mold on the shower curtain and the drapes were broken. It also stunk of mold & mildew. I would never stay here again and would recommend it to anyone.

Worst expedience ever
Arrived after driving for many hours have booked with La Quinta on many trips. This particular facility was probably one of the worst experiences of our years of travel hotel was dirty, with areas boarded up needing repair. Clerk was unhelpful. Initial key did not unlock the room. No parking. Rundown and dated appearance. Pool out of order, unusable. Felt unsafe. Parking in rear off hotel unsecured. Fencing to back of adjacent property pulled down. Back of hotel is the service area for a restaurant and was filthy. Homeless walking around as well. On duty staff shrugged at security questions. Decided safer to continue to safer area. I will be requesting a full refund from Hotels, Com. Wish we had pictures to share UT to be honest just wanted to get the heck out of there.

You need to remove this property. Transportation to the airport does not exist. I was told by the front desk to walk down the highway at 4:00 a.m. No hotel transport no Uber no taxis. I was forced to rent a car for 70 after walking 2 miles.
Hotel is absolutely nasty. Blood on the bedding and smell was unbearable.

I thought the room was very well maintained, and comfortable. Shower was clean. Tv was great. I just think it’s crazy that the steakhouse threatens towing if you park by your room. So we basically have to park on opposite side of building. Not hotels fault. I’ll always be staying there. I recommend it to everyone that’s comes to town. Prices are awesome during the week. If they were maybe $8-$10 more on weekends instead of $20-$30. You’d be sold out every single day. Keep up the good work. I never have anything bad to say. Y’all go ahead and pay $235-$500 a night at Holiday inn or whatever name brand you want. I’ll keep my several hundred and put in a checking account for things I NEED. Not a Fancy PANTS HERE!!! Matter fact I’ll be there tomorrow till Sunday because my house is haunted!! I’m not kidding you

Wow! Do not stay here right now. They need better management. The bathroom was not clean. There was hair and it was dirty along the baseboards and corners. Black colouring in the sink by the drain. They had a flood and the hall smelled very musty. Carpets looks dirty in the halls. Doors need paint. The room itself beside the bathroom was ok: bed was clean, no bedbugs or bugs. Internet was in and out at times, very slow. My first bad review.

This property is under renovation….I hope. The hallways stunk with a musty odor. There were no baseboards in any hallway. The pool was closed and we weren’t notified by the staff. The room was ok minus the bathroom. The shower looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in quite some time. There was hair in the shower and pink mold. We had 3 guests in the room but only 2 sets of towels. I would not stay here until renovations are completed. I was very disappointed.

Overnight Stay
Their computer system kept shutting down during check-in. It took a while to get through it. Once in our rooms, one had an HVAC unit that was not working and the other had a clogged toilet. The hotel is pretty run down and certainly needs a renovation sooner than later.

The front lobby was decent. The staff was very friendly. Outside properly is not very well taken care of. When you walk into the hallways the floors are very dirty and smells. The room at first glance it looks clean. You can see a lot a holes in the walls where they tried to patch, but not very well, there are stains on the pillowcases.

At check in we found out that the pool was closed. They were refurbishing parts and there was no elevator. Double beds, not queens, we’re uncomfortable. Bathroom was small. Breakfast was….not good. Waffle mix was watered down so waffles weren’t fluffy like most waffle iron places. Biscuits didn’t look like they were done. Gravy for biscuits was watered down and in a crock pot like someone had made it at home and brought it in to work. Passed on breakfast and went to McDonalds next door. Staff was ok.

Very dirty. We were staying for five nights, so we went and bought cleaning supplies and cleaned our room before use. We were not informed about pool being closed until we asked for towels for the pool area. The only bright star was one of the desk clerks who was very friendly and accommodating.

Furlture was stained and looked like from a second hand store ond had 2 rooms clerk assiged room completely on opposite sides of the hotel daughter had a boot on no handicap provisions and place us on the sgw from the second floor if we didnt switch rooms between us er would have been a long walkss they placed her on the far sideof the hotel

My friend and I were in town for a girls weekend. I made the reservation earlier in the week for a room with a king size bed and a recliner. We get to the hotel and right from the get go staff wasn’t friendly. We get through check in and get to the outside door to get in and our key wouldn’t work. Another guy had to let us in and when we stepped into the hallway just inside the door was our room. One of the unfriendly staff people was there with a coder machine trying to code the door for our keys. The guy that let us in was still there waiting for the staff person to get done with our door so she could go code his keys for his room. We get inside and we see there’s no recliner. I go back to the front desk and explain to the staff that there’s no recliner in the room and when I made the reservation there was supposed to be a recliner. Basically I was told that all rooms don’t have recliners and that the hotel was booked so they wouldn’t change rooms for us. I explained again about reserving a room with a recliner as to what that is what we paid for. Due to not being accommodating I canceled the room. The staff person did say she would refund the money for the room. I go back to the room where my friend was with our luggage etc and I told her we were leaving and had to find a different hotel because they wouldn’t accommodate for a room with a recliner. I was further told they had uncleaned rooms but they were for other people that hadn’t arrived yet. We went elsewhere!!

Reservation was for two beds. On arrival we were told all that was available was a room with one bed. The desk clerk reminded me it was not her fault. The pool was closed. Never again.

The room was lacking. The bed looked and felt like the box spring was broken and the entire thing was concave. There were bits of trash, dust, and urine present in the room.
Guest services was willing to allow a room change, but the second room had a pungent odor.
Guest services was receptive regarding my concerns and the manager approved a full refund.

The hotel entered my room after one day of my two day stay after I put a do not disturb sign on the door. The took all our belonging. They didn't return them until after I called the police. I cancelled my second day stay and they refused to refund my money. I notified Expedia and they said there was nothing they could do.
So La Quinta Hotel and Expedia have proven that once they get their money the customer doesn't matter.
They are untrustworthy and lack any proffesional ethics.

Horrible service
When we arrived I had to wait 10 mins for someone to come to the front desk . Got to the room linens were stained and our daughter went to the front desk to get new ones and told them they were stained . They proceeded to tell her you guys just checked in no way they were dirty yet . Now I’m being charged $200 for a damage deposit for the same sheets . They said my dog ruined them absolutely not . I want the $200 back asap

Across the hall put out a bag of garbage that was not picked up in over 12 hours. Mattresses were noticeably sagged. Breakfast was poor. One day they offered biscuits and gravy. The gravy was in a crock pot but still cold at 7:30, and breakfast started at 6:00. Two pluses: check in staff was friendly, and during a multi day stay, mauds actually checked room, changed out towels, and emptied garbage. My on the second day if our stay, a motorcycle gang checked in. Nice people, but their motorcycles coming and going, and partying in the parking lot were not conducive to restful sleep. Wife said, “we are not staying there again.”

Bugs, Bugs and More Bugs!
Well, the LaQuinta Inn appears to be clean but I had several encounters with bugs. First in room 152 I captured vidio on 2bugs one was bigger than the next. I asked for another room...they put me in room 178. Spiders in bathroom. I was really upset when I was offered bug spray. Grrrr... They never tried to compensate me, spray the room or contact Pest Control. Never saw the manager.

Horrible! This hotel was filty. The carpets were grimmy and the room and hallways reaped of cigarette smoke. The bathroom had mold growing. They claimed it is smoke free hotel. It was so bad, we could not stay there. We had to get another hotel. And to top it off, Orbitz nor the La Quinta would not refund our 3 night stay even though we did not stay there at all. This place is a smokers dream. No need to light up, just take a big breath or scrap the nicotine off the walls.

Absolutely disgusting property. Smells deep of smoke, random people coming in and out from the street into side entrances. Dirt/hair all over bathroom and sheets that smelled like urine. I immediately left after entering the room, tried to ask for my money back but the attendant was gone.

The worst part was the bed. It was broken (sunken in the middle), so it was impossible to sleep.There was also an awful smell coming through the vents in the bathroom like there were dead animals in the vents. There were stains on the walls, doors, and carpets, dead bugs, and the ceiling above our bed was literally bowing, like it was going to collapse on us. We didn't try the breakfast aside from packaged oatmeal because the place was too sketchy to trust it. This place should have cost 1/3 of what we had to pay.

The staff was friendly but the hotel room was disgusting. There were stains on the sheets (in addition to loose hair), carpet, and curtains. There was a partially used bottle of lotion behind the tv. There was food and wrappers under the beds. Half the light bulbs were missing. We left and stayed at the Best Western down the street, which was very clean. I don’t usually give bad reviews, and I'm no hotel snob, but I do expect cleanliness.

After we located the room and saw the condition of it and the property as a whole we decided not to spend the night there,

Staff was rude, hotel was old and not overly clean, in need of many updates. Breakfast was nothing. Might as well as brought your own granola bar. Will never stay here again.

Won’t stay again
First room wasn’t clean second room tub filled with water while showering.. the hotel halls wasn’t clean and needs a lot of fixing to look nice and not run down.
